Chris McLemore and Southern Valet have provided excellent service for ARTSmemphis fundraising events for 15 years. They find creative solutions when parking availability is tight and their team is friendly and helpful. They recently helped us with two events with 500+ contributors in downpours. Even through mud and rain, thy went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team at Southern Valet have helped us with numerous events at The Village at Germantown. Working with seniors oftentimes requires a higher level of patience and professionalism, and this team does not disappoint! This company goes above and beyond when it comes to being punctual, efficient, and polite. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for event parking on our campus!

Southern valet did a wedding this weekend at my house. It was a rather large gathering with a lot more people showing up early than I had anticipated and it kind of messed things up for them. They were super great about it and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Super easy to work with and very straightforward with a quick response time. We really couldn t have asked for a better valet service. 100% satisfied and highly recommend! Thanks again!

I have attended multiple locations where Southern Valet handles the cars. At a recent visit to Hog & Hominy, I saw there was a slight issue on the bottom of my car when we went to leave. Within minutes the team was on the phone trying to solve the situation and make sure I could get home safe.The next morning, I was already set up to go repair it. The issue ended up being 100% not related to Southern Valet and my manufactures fault yet they gave me the best service and were so responsive.I cannot say enough good words about the team and owner. Responsive, kind, attentive, and bringing up solutions. The only valet service that should be in TN!

We were visiting Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar in Memphis for my wife's Birthday, don't usually use a valet but when we pulled down the street we thought "why not, it's your birthday". The valet greeted us and wished us to have a super time and don't worry about about how long your there because we will be ready for you when your leaving. The waiter asked for our ticket and as we exited the restaurant the car was being pulled to the curb. EXCELLENT service and friendly staff. Thank You for making it so special.

My 2018 Infiniti Q50 was stolen from Valet while dining at Porch and Parlor on April 15, 2023. The owner did call and apologize, but I can't say I felt any better after our conversation. I am still mad about it and MPD still hasn't located my car.

The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I own a business as well and would never speak to someone inquiring about a quote the way he did me. When I finally got the quote he told me a price that was different from what he charged another fellow business owner that I know. It was a huge difference. I do not know if he gave me a different price because I am a woman, but I tried to negotiate the price because of how huge the difference was. He then refused to service me and hung up the phone. Customer service and how you deal with clients and potential clients is HUGE for me. Especially when you are in the service business. This situation left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never use this company. I will also turn any one else that I know away from using it as well.

I have worked with Chris and his team for many events over the past nine years. Their proactive planning, attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service are impeccable. They take the stress and guessing out of the many details and paperwork when providing valet services. Looking forward to working with them again.

Chris and his employees were so professional and efficient with making sure that all of our guest were taking care of during the reception for our daughter.We worked with Chris personally to coordinate all of the transportation needs for our daughters wedding weekend. He made sure that the the buses and cars were where they needed to be so that guest and the wedding party were always on time. They also made sure that the bridal party s bags were taken back to the hotel and secure. This was such an added bonus for not having to worry about the details of the day. We can t thank Southern Valet enough!

They damaged my truck at the capital grille and won t take ownership of the issue. They backed the truck in when they brought it up so we wouldn t see the damage which I have never seen them do at the capital grille and I didn t notice it until the next morning. Owner was rude and said we can t prove anything. I will let my insurance company handle the claim with them but clearly a deceptive business who won t own their issues. We are a frequent patron of the restaurants they serve and I plan on complaining to all of them. After reading the reviews, it doesn t sound like this is a first for them.

I used this service on Feb 26 2020 while downtown at Tailors Union and the driver severely damaged my Cadillac Escalade. The valet driver backed into something and destroyed the driver side back bumper, taillight, and back quarter panel, which means he was gunning the truck while backing into a parking space. I found it hard to believe as my truck will sound all kind of bells to prevent you from wrecking it. The owner called the same night and said he would pay out of pocket and didn t want a claim filed on his insurance. I found that to be very strange. Nevertheless he said he would call to work things out in morning but I have not received a call yet. I strongly recommend no company uses their services and I would not let them valet my car. I m suing.

Southern Valet damaged my Corvette and would not respond to discuss this issue. Please everyone, if any vendor is utilizing the services of Southern Valet, please do not patronize that business. This company hires bad people, they damage your vehicle and this company does not want to deal with there issues. I will see Southern Valet in court. Stay away from Southern Valet.

Southern Valet is the only valet service we allow at the Annesdale Mansion. Their attendants greet all of our guests with quick, courteous and professional service. Southern Valet is, by far, the best of the best!
