If I could give it a negative 5 star's I would. Service is horrible I guy working in the tire shop and he is not very reliable. On the phone and sitting around in the office doing nothing. Please don't come here. It's not worth the time. You will be sitting here all day if they even get you in.

Took care military family traveling to funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Tire hit a screw and needed patching!! Thanks for everything!!How I rate products, marketing has poisoned peoples thinking into believing anything under 5 stars is not good!5 Star Its the best possible product period!4 Star Its an amazing combination of value/quality/functionality.3 Star It just does what it's supposed to without any major flaw.2 Star It doesn't meet expectations in price/quality/functionality. Can maybe be made to work with a fair amount of effort on your end.1 Star Garbage, doesn't deliver it intended function without unacceptable compromise on your end.

I stopped here yesterday. I'm traveling with my son. Before we left home in Tulsa Oklahoma I had an oil change. When I got into Memphis the light came on. Back home the tech forgot to reset my computer. These guys took time to help me out, and help me get my light off. I appreciate their help it means alot to have nice people ready to help an out of state traveler. Thanks so much.

First experience here was great. Decided to move my fleet maintenance here. I called in and confirmed a drop off for a PM and an alignment. Once I arrived at the location they informed me that they couldn t do it today. This not only wasted my morning but caused me to schedule at another shop therefore losing a day of revenue. Very disappointed in the attitude of the employees as well.

Stopped in for a low tire light. They were going to patch up a hole in my tire but then said there were multiple holes and I needed a new tire. I told them I'd have to come back the next day and if they could just put my spare on for now. They charged me $32 to put my donut on. So I ended up going to Discount Tire later that day and bought a tire at the same price they were asking. Not only did you lose the bigger sale, you lost a potential repeat customer. I hope you learn from this. I did.

I needed 2 all position tires. Every where else was like $500 and above southern tire gave me ,$430 for 1 out the door the rest would have charged

I just don't understand how your a 1st come first serve company it's not even 15 past 12, You only have one truck in the bay for a oil change but your supposedly booked up so you tell a paying customer you can't do another oil change for the day. Just lazy no one wants to work or make money anymore smh.

Service is garbage. Called for roadside service for a flat on one of my motor coaches (carrying high school athletes) 30 minutes before they closed and was told they couldn t send a day shift tech because it was too close to closing time and it would have to be an after hours call which they wouldn t get to until 6-630. After sending me to the call center and waiting on hold for 10 minutes I got a hold of a dispatcher who took my information and was going to get a hold of a tech and call me back for payment. After 40 more minutes I called back because I hadn t heard from them yet only to have them tell me that they hadn t had time to get to it yet and would call me when they did Mind you, all the while these high school kids were missing their practice 2 1/2 hours later and I still haven t heard anything This is now the second time this has happened with two different southern tire mart locations. I called interstate fleet services and they were all over it and at the bus in 30 minutes. I have buses that run all over this country and I ll never use Southern tire Mart again

Truck was taken in due it pulls to the right.After repairs, it still does.Told it was finished. When I checked it out there was a 5 inch wire sticking straight up in the rear tire along with 2 valve caps stuck in the tread. The wire was completely rusted with NO shiny spots on it. Truck was driven over 100 miles to get there. Only way to repair was to buy a new tire. You guess where the wire was run over. E route or in their facility

They've always been reasonably priced, quick and efficient to me. And the new building on US 78 East in Memphis, TN makes getting in and out easier.

Great customer service. They usually have a pretty good variety of tires. There is plenty of room to drop a trailer for services.
