Just had some rough country e boards installed the other day on my 2019 silverado. The install went very well and only took them a half a day. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Excellent customer service and very patient while I was changing my mind constantly about what I wanted. The shop has so much to choose from for your automotive needs. Ask for Chris and he ll definitely be able to assist you! I love this place!

What a service? Before, during and after!!! Tina my hats off in front of you! The only regret I have is that I discovered "Southern Automotive Accessories" late, wasting several hundred of my money with other places around Memphis, since I moved in 3 years ago! I should have started with them. They are the best in town for knowledgeable, hospitality, professional work, customer service, follow-up and not least but very important at this time, hygienic environment and cleanliness. I don't give 5 star normally but they deserve if not more!

This place...I can't say enough good things about them. They are wonderful... great customer service, they really care.I had some apolstry work done at another shop, and after a month or so, I started to notice some things were done incorrectly. SOUTHERN AUTOMOTIVE to the rescue. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct. They even found something else that was done incorrectly, contacted the leather company, and made it right. I am a customer for life!

These guys are professional and top tier. I had a bed liner installed a few months ago that did not fit as well as I would like, however it is after market, which I was aware of.I initially addressed that in my review, and they contacted me offering options to make it right.I stuck with the bed liner that they put in, but appreciated their timely response. I would trust these employees with my vehicle in the future and will likely return!

Bought a topper for our new truck. Excellent service, looks great !! Also had a light kit installed on the interior of the bed. Installed both in one day!! Very reasonable, answered all my questions, quoted an install time and cost. Very reasonable, and excellent service. Highly recommend !!

I had a great experience ordering a camper shell and install.They are very knowledgeable about their products.They have great products at great prices!They went past expectations to meet my needs and helped me have a great experience.Any warranty concern was handled quickly and professionally.I would return for any future needs!

Chris and Tina are the best! I ve had the pleasure of working with them on three different occasions. They have never let me down and their products come fast and their service is exceptional. I couldn t be happier with the compliments I receive on my car and my daughter s jeep from how good they look. I always tell them when they ask to go to Southern Automotive because they are wonderful, professional, and super nice people.

They were able to provide the products I wanted and did so at a very reasonable price. The turnaround on the installation was great. Folks there are really nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly!

I had these guys install power locks, power windows, and an alarm, on one of my work trucks they did an excellent job, for a fair price I am now planning to take my Jeep in for some upgrades!

These losers just replied to my review of them on Facebook TWO YEARS AGO!! Saying I couldn t be made happy and they were sorry! Not hardly!! I was left with a NON WORKING HORN AND NO REFUND OF MY MONEY!! Had to pay $200 to get a horn replaced as they kept my original parts which were never offered back to me! Wouldnt even refund the $80 I spent with them!! Scammers who don t care about doing the right thing for a customer!!

Very clean shop, recommended by the dealer. Wish I knew about them sooner. Very fast. Last minute appt and quick turn around. Will go back if needed for anything else.

Wife has a 2016 Range Rover Evoque and the dealership wanted $1000 to install a hitch. Bought the proper one online for $105 and Southern Automotive Accessories installed in 90 minutes for $125. Good service.

Worst company ever! Brief history: Acaida 10' warranty replacement for Rosen navigation unit. Why was the company chosen? Rosen said it was the only authorized dealer in Memphis.I show up 20 minutes before appointment which they couldn't wait to start on my replacement. I notice that most of their equipment they sell looks either low brand generic or so old it has collected a very distinguished amount of dust on it(Nobody cleans anything in this store).(I can't help but notice that they are still using a ribbon printer and are complaining that it doesn't print properly.) The employee(I believe he was the manager/co-owner) didn't seem to know what my appointment was or really what was going on. They are really confused why I am getting the job done there because they don't sell Rosen and told me they disliked the company. (I can't help but notice that they are still using a ribbon printer and are complaining that it doesn't print properly.)They tell me it won't take long and then almost 2 hours pass by. The manager tells me that they can't figure out how to set up the GPS and have to call Rosen. Not 10 minutes after, they pull it around and hand me the keys. Not 10 minutes down the road, the unit is rattling almost constantly. I try calling them back but the lady tells me I would have to set up an appointment because they are busy. I tell her this is unacceptable and to either give me a refund or work on it after lunch. The manager comes out and wants to test drive the vehicle. He acknowledges the rattling but tells me its my car's fault and not his because my car is old. An Acadia 2010 is old? Considering that the old unit is the exact same and didn't rattle, I tell him that is not acceptable which he tells me he would re-install it. 15 minutes later he tells me he is done and that the rattling is just cause. 98$ for replacement job and they can't even install it right not to mention bash a company that considers them an "Authorized Dealer".Don't waste your time, money, or breathe on them.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice selection od accessories for vehicles. Professional installation of accessories provided. I am very satisfied with the work they performed on my car. Highly recommend.

I have had this company put a tow package on last 3 vehicles. I plan to have the 4th done soon. I have not had a issues with anything they have done.

Southern installed an alarm , key-less entry, carpet and support rails on my van. They did the work in one day as requested and for 60% of the estimated cost.
