Had a very pleasant trade, sales, and finance experience. The staff was non pushy, accommodating, and efficient. Deal time compared to big dealers was very short. I'm excited to drive this beauty and look forward to keeping Smith Imports in mind for a future purchase.

Great car buying experience! Didn't feel haggled or pressured into purchasing. The entire process was smooth and I also brought my car in to be serviced. The entire team is wonderful and I will continue to do business with Smith Imports. You now have a customer for life!

I happened upon Smith in my search for a late model GLC with a specific exterior/interior color combo. From the moment I contacted sales (Paula) through the paperwork (Dave), I felt comfortable and cared for. I drove my last car for 17 years so I clearly don t do this often! Yet, I was able to get a great sense of the vehicle and competitive price, and ultimately do the purchase from another state, sight unseen. Paula even worked with their service dept to get a piece of optional trim added as part of the sale. They found a competitive shipping rate and I had the car quickly and without incident. I had a lot of questions about the title status, remaining MB warranty, etc and they were patient with all of it. Definitely recommend Smith!

My name is Lynn English and smiths Import came recommended to me after Mercedes gave me a 2 month date to get my Mercedes ML350 in my vehicle would not start. I talk to Mr. Wess and he had me to bring the Vehicle in and he told me the problem.. they fixed it and had me out in no time .Service was great , I was very pleased and definitely will be back and highly recommend Smith Imports to Anyone. I traveled all the way from Maine to purchase a vehicle from here. Cherish, my salesperson was wonderful, forthright and pleasant to deal with. The business has been there since the 80 s and while it might not have the glitz and glamour of the state of the art facilities found with some car dealerships, what really matters, the interaction with the customer, is put as a top priority. What most people don t realize with the fancy dealerships is the costs gets passed on to the consumer. With Smith Imports, they specialize in quality vehicles at fair prices with good service. What more do you really need?I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. I ve been in the car business for over 20 years and I can tell you from my experience, Smith Imports is doing it right. Support your local, non corporate businesses while you can! They are what make up our community. Thanks again!

A wide selection of Mercedes Benz vehicles, all in showroom condition. Cherish is awesome and so sweet. She had all of the information requested on the vehicles I was interested in. She kept me informed on the vehicle I decided to purchase and even delivered it to me! Very happy with my experience

Thank you for the overall customer experience and probably one of the best that I ve had when purchasing a vehicle.Over the years I had heard very positive things about Smith Imports from several people and it was true (nice luxury vehicles and fair prices). It was so nice to just take my time and look without feeling rushed & stressed to make a decision. Before I decided to schedule my test drive I had been in contact with Paula. She s a rare jewel and was a pleasure to work with. Always prompt with answering my questions and she knew her business.After my test drive I made my decision and next up was David. While signing my paperwork we talked about our fond memories of Memphis in the 80s from Monday night wrestling at the coliseum, to who had the best hot wings and last how important family is. They pulled my truck around, me & Paula hugged and it was done.

Fast friendly service with great attention to detail. The service department led by Wes Dalrymple are efficient and helpful. Also great attention to detail was given in handling my complete brake replacement. I highly recommend Smith Imports to anyone in the greater Memphis Area looking for high quality repairs.

Outstanding experience! No high-pressure nonsense, no salespersons stalking you around the lot, friendly staff (family biz for over 30 years!), and convenient location. I bought a vehicle on consignment and noticed there was no spare tire. In under 30 minutes Smith Imports contacted the seller and had them get a brand new one on order for me. Paula and David helped me with sales and financing (respectively). Despite currently high interest rates on used cars, I got a great deal on the vehicle and a pretty good rate. LOVE my slick new Jeep!! Thanks so much, Smith Imports! You have a repeat customer and evangelist in me.

The Service staff led by Wes are always pleasant, accommodating and they work expeditiously to get the job done. Smith Imports treats its customers well. I can t imagine trusting another dealership with the maintenance and care of my E350!

This was my first time purchasing an automobile (2020, S560 Mercedes Benz) sight unseen. I was extremely nervous because this was a cash purchase. And like many buyers, we want to touch, feel and test drive a car before we drop down a lot of cash on a car without a guarantee. I did my due diligence by looking up the vehicles VIN information, history and past ownership data reported. But I was still uncomfortable with pulling the trigger! However, after talking to Cherish (Sales Associate), she made things very easy and clear for me to enter into a purchasing relationship with Smith Imports. She walked me through the process of purchase to delivery and assured me that the reputation of Smith Imports was bar-none! Cherish went the extra mile to do little things such as sending pictures of the car, explaining title expectations, banking and routing information, coordinating delivery, just to name few things that haunt consumers! Overall, the S560 arrived at my home after 3 days of my purchase date. Cherish and Smith Imports exceeded my expectations. And for that, I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend anyone reading this review, to trust and buy from Smith Imports!

The service at Smith's Imports is pretty good. When I called, they took my vehicle that same day to be serviced! The repairs were quick and efficient. Thanks to West and the entire service team at Smith's Imports, I am now back on the highway!

My issue was discovered and honestly told that couldn t repair. And at NO charge! They didn t try to force me to get unnecessary services or even purchase a new vehicle (which I probably need) Appreciate the referral to someone who could possibly help! Good team fast service!

CAR NEEDED NEW BREAKS but again as always, the service department was great. Wes is amazing, thorough and honest. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. Wes is the best!! The young man at the front is nice as well and has cool headphones

Awesome experience. A little slow since it's a smaller dealership so don't expect to get a deal done in two hours. Cherish was very helpful as was Dave in financing. All in all, love the car and will buy my next Mercedes from them if I don't go brand new!

Smith Imports provided me a world class 5 star experience from the time I entered the building until the time I left. My auxiliary battery went out on my 2016 S550 and the car needed an oil change. The team had me in and out within two hours. Smith Imports is the best!

We purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy AWD SUV recently from Smith Imports. I worked with Maurie Faulk and David Hunter. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. Since we live out-of-state, Maurie was kind enough to do two different "virtual walkarounds", which was really helpful. She also handled the entire shipping process for us, as well. David took time to review all the paperwork and answered all my questions. Smith Imports is low-key, no-pressure, cordial, friendly, dealership. They've been around for about (40) years and you'll understand why if you give them the opportunity to provide you with your next ride.

We had been shopping the local luxury dealerships for an EV. While researching we noticed Smith Imports had a few newer Mercedes in their inventory. After doing my research and numerous test drives we decided to buy from Smith. Andy the owner, Paula our sales person, and David in finance were all easy to talk to and eased alot of our concerns. We highly recommend this dealership.
