Very nice customer service it was one guy but he was Quick & fast very reasonable prices.. I was $3 short & he took what I had with no problem.. I appreciate that the most & will be back This is the place to go if you need a tire they got it Highly recommended

Came to these guys for a used tire purchase. I had a slow leak in my tire so he saved me money by repairing the one I had. I love when people do honest business. I swear I was there for less than 5 min. Mike took care of me.

DeAndre is AMAZING! He really did a good job on my tire plugs and also gave me a special. He even was extremely happy to do the job 10 minutes prior to closing.

I recently had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they provided excellent service. Highly recommend!I was driving early in the morning when I got a flat tire. I called multiple places and every one gave me an an excuse on why they couldn t help me, this place saved me ! They got me rolling right away AND on time to work

Had a flat around 5:40 on Raines Rd not far from their shop. Called to see if they had my tire in stock and he assured me they did. While waiting I told him I wasn t sure if I was gone make it in time to get the tire and he told me to call back and let them know and they will wait for me and guess what they did exactly that !!!! Thank you Shelby county discount and tire, please go see them for your card meds. They got me back up and running with a new tire in less than 15 minutes!!

Mike was extremely professional. I thought my son needed a new tire and he was honest and upfront and let me know a new tires was not needed. He fixed my problem in no time. I will definitely be back!!!

Was told opening was at 830 owner didn't show til 915, they didn't have the wheel sensors needed so I was told he would order them and call me when to come back. Never received a call so I call him and he said he had sensors but they were about to close & come at 10 in the morning. At 10 he wasn't there & didn't show til hour later. Customer service isn't good.

When I say this guy has good customer service.... friendly from the moment of his first words. He's cost-efficient and open later than most shops. Definitely check him out for your tire needs

I barely write reviews and when I do it s because the service was excellent, superb honestly. I got my pads and rotors changed here and they brought my baby back to new! Excellent customer service too 10/10
