Rush Truck Centers is my go-to destination for all things related to truck maintenance and parts. Their service is top-notch, and I've always been impressed with their expertise in fixing my trucks. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience hassle-free. Whether it's a minor repair or sourcing specific parts, Rush Truck Centers has consistently delivered. I highly recommend them to fellow truck owners looking for reliable and efficient solutions.

Service is treble and over costly. Have to take it back for repairs on the same issue. The diagnostic is not right the first time.

They literally never answer the phone or call back.UPDATE: after going to the store I found that the ringers we're actually turned off. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of these people. And I got a response from someone giving me the same number that I was using before. This company is laughable at best.

Worst parts dept. They provide the wrong part, take zero responsibility, and then refuse to provide a reasonable solution to get the correct part to me. They have no problem with me being shutdown for another 24 hours to appease their own convience. When I tell them I will dispute the charges for the wrong part they claim fraud and hang up on me. Avoid this place!

I primarily communicated with Chris in the service department. My truck was towed in around 3pm. He said that they would probably look at the truck in the morning and recommended the LaQuinta Inn and Mexican restaurant down the street. The next morning he call and said they could fix my truck by 2pm. They had me back on the road when they said they would and had no issues since. This is an extremely busy shop but Chris worked my truck in and took care of everything.

Excellent service and fast. Called on a Saturday to get a part fixed quickly so that I could get back on the road. Reached Tyler who told me to head on over after he confirmed that he had the part. Got me in immediately and right back out in under 20mins. He is very knowledgeable, the place was clean, and everyone that I encountered were pretty cool as well. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Tyler!!

The Rush location at 1650 is the best ever. The old international in Memphis sucks. Just being honest. The original Rush rocks every time. From the parts to the service dept. Thanks again to all of you

Long story short, I sent one of my customers to get some work done on his truck. I bought the part myself in order to save some money, and drove it from Texas to Memphis so they could install the part. Once the job was done.....AFTER the work was completed, they told the customer that It was going to cost an extra approx. $150.00. Again, nothing was said until the job was done. Then they would not let the customer leave unless he paid them the extra money, forcing me to pay the additional labor. I had their quote. I got the part number that they tried to charge me an extra $160 for with shipping. If there was all this extra labor they should've known and put it on the invoice. I then talked to one of their guys and told him :"you are telling me about this after the work is completed. That is bad business. That's like me telling someone one price and then when I am done with their vehicle I tell them another because it was harder than I thought". He said that he understood and that his boss would call. No surprise, I never got that call back and they said they were adding another hour if the customer didn't pay. This is just a bad business practice. I cannot imagine doing this to one of my customers, and cant believe it was done to me. Hold them to what they tell you because I am not the first one to post a review like this one.

I took my vehicle to them on Tuesday evening. I checked back with them on Wednesday evening and I found my information wasn't in the system. They had to make a phone call to the guy I gave all my info to find out anything. The guy told me to call back Friday morning and the vehicle should be at least diagnosed. I called back Friday morning and I was told they drained my transmission fluid. But, they put my new filter on it and put the old transmission fluid back in it. They told me there was metal in my transmission fluid, but he said he forgot to leave some out so I could see it. They also told me I needed a new fuel pump ($5800.00) and a new transmission ($4900.00) parts only and not including labor. I told them I would have it towed away and try somewhere else. Then, all of a sudden they told me I also would need all my fuel injectors replaced, also. Why did it change all of a sudden? Not to mention, when I came in the first day before they did the diagnostic and I was told to be ready to pretty much pay for everything that it could possibly be. Then, he saw the look on my face and said " Maybe you won't need everything. " I felt like they were just going to replace everything and not do the diagnostic. The diagnostic ended up being $431.65. I paid the diagnostic fee and I was about to get my truck towed. The truck wasn't even put together and they said I had to wait for the evening mechanic. I called the next day twice for information on my truck. They answered the first time and forwarded my call the second time. So, I came to the establishment to check on my vehicle. It was outside with the key switched on in it, but it still wasn't fully put back together. One of the black plastic coverings around the motor was broken and the truck didn't have any power. The air filter wasn't even put back on. I wonder what else they neglected to do. If you are going to be expensive at least be professional. From my experience these guys are expensive and unprofessional. This was easily the worst case of service I have ever encountered. Parts department service was excellent though.

I have the unfortunate duty of dealing with the service dept. on too frequent of a basis. The guys there are great to deal with, on a personal level, but the fact that I have to deal with them for the same issue repeatedly, is what frustrates the piss out of me. I've never had any passenger vehicles give me the amount trouble that our commercial trucks have, I'd have gotten rid of them if they had. When you spend 100k plus for a vehicle, regardless of it's intended use, you expect to be able to, at the very least, be able to run it for a year in comfort.

The guys at the service counter were fast and listened attentively as i described the issues with my vehicle. That's were the service stopped at my vehicle has been parked in their lot for week before they got it into the shop when i called for a follow-up the person was clues and could not provide me with and kind of detail as to what was wrong with my vehicle. On another visit i told the technician what the problem was with my vehicle. The light switch had a short i requested to have the light switch replaced they still charged me for a hour of troubleshooting. If you take your vehicle there you will have call on a regular basis to get information

By far the worse sales experience. We purchased two trucks to find out they were sold from under us so we had to start the loan process all over again with other trucks they had. This happened twice. Then they promised oil changes so the trucks had fresh oil when we picked them up and of course they did not. Bad communication and bad customer service. Will not be back.

Absolutely ridiculous. Parts extremely high and labor., but worst part is the customer service. They refuse to answer the phone. Never call when your order come in. When you got to pick up part it is wrong part or they can t find it. They know people only come here because they have no choise

They worked on my truck did not fix the problem, truck was at their sister facility within hours with the same problem. They couldn't figure out that the fuel pump was going out so they proceeded with other unnecessary repairs. They refused to give me any sort of a refund on the unnecessary work they completed. AVOID this place if you can

These guys are in the business of keeping your work truck running. My employer utilizes their services any time one of our haulers is in need. They communicate, they don't gouge on prices, and they make time and space to get us in and out as fast as is possible.

We dropped our truck here Approximately, October 19, 2012, picking it up December,14 2012.Our company bought it brand new, only 100,000 miles on it and we've already had wiring and engine problems. We keep getting told it's fixed. It's not. Then we ended up here at this dealership. Our truck got infested with rats. They pooped all over.We ended up asking them to clean it disinfect it numerous times. They told us we left food in it. We did, but that is no excuse not to clean up after their rats! We left canned food and cereal in Tupperware. They are rude and do not care about good service!!!!!!!

2 hours for diagnostics only to find that the evap. solenoid valve needed to be replaced. Then quoted $450(3 hours) in labor + part($100) to replace said part. I asked why so much time and the response was that they go off warranty standards. I picked up my truck to replace the part myself. Once I had the part and was under the truck it took me no more than 15 minutes to replace. Explain that.

Just paid $359 for installation of a $7 part in the dash and took all day to do it. I m a fleet owner and have done business with many dealers over the years and this is by far the worst I ve seen! They were rude on the phone and didn t care my driver had been sitting all day, then gave me a bill like this.

Bought batteries from summit in Wichita ks, been less than a year and at least one is going bad. Been sitting all day just to get batteries checked out. It shouldn't take all day on the simple things.

They don't have everything together there, I was dealing with a guy in OKC, we had a deal, then he told me that someone else had sold the truck we were dealing with, then he sent me with another guy in Tulsa, we didn't get anywhere.
