Staff is very friendly and professional. I received my rims the next day (within 24 hours). Got the job done in no time. Quick in and out. Very satisfied and definitely will be doing business with them again.

RNR Suck They Deleted My Last Post , They Got 2 New Guys That Ain t Worth 2 Pennies In A Wishing Well ; They Keep Balancing My Rims Wrong . I m Driving car Shaking Like 2 Big Girl That Haven t Ate At A Buffet. John A Rat And Smell Like A Sailor. Jackson Look Like His 45 Years Old But No Where Near It . The Account Manager Will Seriously Take Your Stuff At Your Job While You Working And Leave U On Bricks In Front Of Your Job!!!! I Really Dislike This New Crew They Currently Have .

Over priced to begin with. Would give a grade F or 0 stars if could. Complete 0. Gene is a liar and wasted my time on 2 days really 3. First day had me waiting 3 hours only to tell me to come back because they didn t have a part for install. Second day was a phone call told me to come in and will have me taken care of for sure. Third day Gene was a totally different person when his white boss man was there. All of a sudden didn t have tires that he just had 2 days ago and also still didn t service me after just saying he had me for sure less than 24 hours ago. By the way was trying to sell used scratched up rims for a new price. Beware and watch these people if you decide to go in here. Very suspicious very suspect very unprofessional very sloppy.

I can't speak on the rent and rolling part , but I can speak to the service and pricing I received. I was greeted as soon as walked in the door by both employees, I wasn't pressured at all in anyway shape or form and was quoted competitive pricing and a quick turn around. On day of install there was a bit of issue with the parts and my sales guy handled it like a pro. I was able to put some black rims on my black daily Ford Ranger without breaking the bank so all in all I am happy.

Need to educate your repo people more. They were at the wrong house and the wrong car I come outside to them jacking up my vehicle then when argue with me when I prove them wrong that it's not the car they're looking for... I don't even have Tennessee tags racial slurs were throwing at me and my wife.. I have never had tires from rnr. Then they're going to leave and call the police to my house for a 911 call childish

RNR saved my life my tires was ball couldn t afford a new set of tires my sister-in-law recommended this place to me I told her I didn t have any money she ask me do u have $50 I said yes she said that s all u have to pay down and u can make payments every week or bi weekly or monthly I told her my credit is shot & im under bankruptcy she said they don t check your credit and everybody is approved and they don t care if u under bankruptcy thanks to my sister n law & RNR I m riding a new set of nexen tires

I just called the Raleigh store to find out about getting new tires. Not only would they not give me a price over the phone (ok, that s fine), I tell him I d be paying cash so I m not interested in the payment plan this time around. He tells me all the free stuff I d be missing out on for paying cash upfront. I ve used this place in the past for numerous sets of tires and I ve been happy with all of my purchases. I don t know what has changed recently but I won t be getting work done there anymore.I ve never been talked out of spending money for a service I need before. What a weird place RNR is now. What a shame.

I wld give them 4 stars but they way I was treated after making my very last payment blew me out the waters. The attitude instantly changed to nasty behavior and I requested some type of confirmation that my account was closed and they literally refused to give me anything. The lady that works at Memphis location said Im glad I dnt have to deal with her anymore and I cldnt think of anything I did wrong to anybody at that location. And the day after my tires was installed,one of my lugs was missing so im assuming the tech didn't screw it on correctly and put a bolt on my tire that doesn't even match the rest. The whole deal with this place is a scam. I wldnt recommend anybody to this place.

Rodney was amazing! Super informative and made this process a breeze. Every one was so easy to talk to and explained everything to me seeing that I don t know much about cars! I would definitely recommend you come see them !!!

The manager over at RNR is the absolute best sales person I ve ever worked with!!! This man wasted no time and was all about his business and satisfying his customers. I d recommend any and everyone to come shop with this guy! Great financing and cash offer on tires and rims. I promise you won t be disappointed at all. Staff extremely friendly.

I came in today for tires and rims. Mr Rodney was an excellent sales person. Everything was a fast and simple process. It was affordable too!! definitely will be back for this kind of service.

Prices and service are great esp if you are buying them out right. Never done any leasing but have bought several times from here and recommend all the time. Only down side is when you buy them out the door you get no warranty against damage. If they offered that it would be 5 stars

My Experience was wonderful, I called rnr this Morning and spoke to Rodney and he was very helpful over the phone and explained everything to me. I made my appointment and 3pm. Came in done my paperwork and got my tires. Everyone there was so helpful. Thanks RnR
