WOW! I will never have a tire repaired anywhere else. These folks were amazing. I had a cracked rim and they had a look, gave me a price, told me it would take 25 minutes. When he asked me to come look at the weld before he put the tire back on, I knew they took pride in their work. BTW, I timed them, it was 27 minutes in and out, but here is the fantastic part. Not only did I get a great repair at a reasonable price, but I just so happened to drop a wallet full of cash in the parking lot on the way out. I returned 4 hours later to a wallet full of cash stored carefully in the back of the shop. I tried to leave them a reward and they wouldn't take it. Just doing the right thing ma'am :) What a breath of fresh air in a world where, more often than not, it seems a rare thing to "just do the right thing."

Excellent choice and experience. Alot of helping hands. Owners super Nice. Good location and service. In and out. I went back for second time. I added rims to the new tires. The same guy Nunie took good care of me, very gentle with brand new rims preventing them from getting scratches. He does an excellent job. Thank you guys.

This is the only place I will go for anything tire related. They are fast, professional, don't overcharge, do quality work, and guarantee their work. I also thought it was very sweet that the young men working there carried out chairs to the parking lot for me and another woman to sit in while we waited.

Had a huge nail in my tire and stopped by here after passing by and being over priced down the street. They were busy but still got me in and out quickly. Great service and prices. Highly recommended!

Of course, a curb popped up out of nowhere and immediately ruined my tire and my plans. Thankfully this tire shop was close enough to pull into before my tire was on flat. They got me in and out within 20-25 minutes. Super thankful! I normally go to the tire shop off Whitten, but nice to know there s a decent one closer to home. Prices were fair too!

Nice selection. I was given a couple of choices on used tires w/different, I felt very fair prices. They have a friendly staff. I was quickly serviced and sent on my way despite the fact that when I arrived, every bay was full, and they appeared to be pretty busy. I expected to have to wait. I didn't even have to wait for a bay to empty.

This place is horrible!! They bent my brand new rim and tried to say that it was already like that. They took the old rim off and put my tire on my new rim and busted my tire while doing that. The man tried to cover it up by telling me that I needed a new tire and he would sell me one. My tires were good and still under warranty so that was a lie. If my new was already bent, why did you put it on my tire? Lies lies lies.....completely unprofessional and rude.

Had a flat tire near Germantown, due to a piece of glass. Went to G'town firestone, totally not interested in customer service, called Jones auto repair in G'town, again, absolutely no interest in customer service. Just happened to see Riverdale Auto and Tire on my way home, so swung in to see if tire could be patched. Outstanding customer service! Staff was extremely friendly, they went above and beyond to help, even worked past closing hours to repair tire. Outstanding staff, friendly, and totally interested in customer service. This place stays busy, they really work their people hard!! Hope they pay good cause I sure wouldn't be sweating like they do for minimum wage!! The guys are very helpful and professional. Ive had to stop in there a few times for tires after having blow out and been stuck. But they get u in and out pretty quickly for as busy as they are. And they go out of there way if you have other unexpected problems, like getting a couple of lug nuts off that were pretty much seized so they went ahead and got them off for me and sent me on my way so I could finish the brake job I was right in the middle of at home. I'll continue to use them for sure. And the prices are very affordable.
