Nice friendly family owned business. Glad they were close to my house so I didn't need to pay for a tow.. I had run over a screw and had a flat. I was thankful they were able to patch it instead of buying a whole new tire.

Great customer service and excellent work. I got quotes all over town for my dad s thermostat to be replaced in his 2017 Canyon. They had the best price and did an awesome job. I needed a tire replaced after getting a flat tire earlier in the day. I went to a couple of other tire shops before going to Right Tire and found those places didn't have the size I needed. Right Tire had the right size tire at their shop in less than 2 hours. I went and took care of some errands, by the time I was done with those, I got a call telling me my tire was ready to be put on. I was in and out the door in about 10 minutes with a new tire! Thank you!Service: Auto tire replacement

Over priced.I called a few days ago for a quote on changing out my front axle. I purchased the new axle part myself *$100* just needed the someone to put it on. This is NOT a long job. 1hr - 1.5 hr max if you have problems. I was quoted right around $200 w tax. Several other quotes were $150 or below. Raleigh Tire did a great job for $135.

I have been taking my car to Eric and Jason for at least 15 years. They are the most honest mechanics in the city of Memphis. I would not even go anywhere else for an oil change.One time my husband and I were in there and Jason told a lady to take her car down to get inspected (when we still had to) and see if it passed. She said what do I owe you? Jason said if it passes inspection, come back and pay me and if it doesn't we'll keep looking for the problem. I told my husband where else in town would people do this?If you ever need a great place take your car here. They are always busy because they are the best, but it's worth the wait.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have trusted them with all my auto needs for 15+ years. More times than I can remember Eric or Jason have told me that my vehicle did not need any work when I thought it might. Other times they told me to wait a bit longer to fix what I thought was an issue. Their track record with me and those I have recommended is spotless.

Ok first I Wana say they are good people n does good business just don t go to them when u have major work that needs to be done for instance I had a 2012 Nissan Versa sv unfortunately they didn t do absolutely nothing to it they gave me lies n excuses either they didn t know how to do it or they didn t want to or they mess it up worser I m thinking all three cause it was to much I had water n my gas tank they swear that i needed a motorr they gave me a 1,000 n one lies n excuses went up the street n got it it done overall they are good people n does good work just don t go to them if u have major work that needs b done lazy n lies n excuses u will get unfortunately not to mention they left me out there to push my own car out guess they was mad cause they couldn t get my MOTOR that they lied n said DIDNT work pashby auto summer ave is the best

Just moved to town, and definitely my go-to shop. They squeezed me in for a flat same day, had me out by noon, and was blown away at the great price too. I was expecting a steep bench fee like most shops would stick ya with for a quick job, but none of that nonsense. No need to call anywhere else anymore!

I have been taking my car here since 2019 Jason and Eric are the most honest guys in the mechanic business. They don t try and overcharge you or try to get you to pay for services you don t need like Firestone or Pep Boys or some dealerships will.

I called before I got there and talked to Jason. I wanted to be sure they could put in balancing beads (I provided) instead of traditional balancing. He gave me a time estimate and a price. They finished faster than they said and the price was fair. Good job!

Went to these guys as a 1st time customer when they came recommended by a neighbor. Had some issues figuring out what the exact problem was with my vehicle, but they were courteous and understanding every time until the problem was solved. I'm glad I stuck with them- Now my car runs great and I have a place I'll take it back too

Great place, great people. I took my tire in to get plugged, left it there for a couple of hours & it was done. After talking with one of the guys there I can tell they do good work & very reasonable. I will take my car there if I have any mechanical issues. Thanks Right Tire

These guys are the BEST! I have been going to them for years and will never take a vehicle anywhere else! They do great work for a great price and it's nice to know that they aren't going to try to up-sell you every time you walk through the front door. I would strongly recommend Right Tire to anybody!

I mostly get tires there but have had other services. Experienced staff, friendly service. It's located on Summer near Highland. Highly recommend!

They did a really good job prices were pretty good also. 1st time having an alignment issue but they did a great job drives awesome now all done in a few hours no appointmrnt needed

They don t know how to fix mechanical problems. Just a oil change and tires is recommended here. Anything that is high class or luxury please don t bring it here. Your better off going to real professionals that know how to find the problem instead of coming here where they beat around the bush and can t find the problem. Waste of time and money!

Dirty, dogs that weren t service animals, and Apparently for whites only...totally ignored while the body behind the counter was having a personal conversation....Not recommended!

Best tire shop and full service auto in one facility. When you just need to have something looked at this is a faster easier experience then anywhere else. Great bunch of guys there ready to help.

They do a great job, are cheaper than any other place I have been (doesn't mean they are the cheapest, I just haven't seen cheaper). Helpful staff and dont try to over sell.
