I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any truckers. Just blown away by how honest Larry and Tony were. Got a brake chamber replaced along with some other minors jobs. For the necessary part, I was given the shop price and even the original price for comparison. They gave me tips and pointers on how to maintain my truck. Great conversation and overall a VERY pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back again. If ur looking for a truck shop in the Memphis Area, look no further :)

On 05/13 there was a police chase in West Memphis. Unfortunately the fleeing person plowed into our Semi taking out the driver side tire , rim, and battery box/step. This happened right at exit 280 where Loves Petro and Goodyear are located. I called Loves was told they would b out in 3 hours. 5 hours later they never showed up and when I called back I was then informed they were closed. Petro the same thing. Goodyear simply told me they didn t feel like coming out. I called Rescue Repair. Mr Larry picked up on the first ring. Gave me all the pricing told me he would be here within the hour. Called again to check on us. Got the work done in less than 30 mins. We cannot thank him enough for everything. Men and businesses like him are hard to come by in today s world. 1/28/24 7:00pm on a Sunday!!! These guys are amazing!! They helped us coming through Memphis with a 2012 ram 2500 6.7 and 5th wheel, our alternator went out, we hardly got off the highway and these guys picked up the part and put it on and got us back on the road! Would highly recommend!!

Rescue is the exact math for this business...no tire place is open on Sunday and everywhere else it's a 4 to 5 hr wait...with me still having 600mi left for delivery and an 7am next day appointment time they really did rescue a day broken from post trip Saturday night.....when I called they picked up on the first ring..very courteous hospitable and professional.....they changed the tire in 15min then the mud flap

I had a reefer trailer emergency with a bad sensor making it shut off and needed it fixed ASAP had Load appointment for that night !!!!! , I found rescue repair service and very thankful for all their help and hard work was done quick got my reefer fixed and was back on the road

Called earlier yesterday on a Sunday not many people want to work or over charge you but the owner showed up and got be back on the road in under a hour. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and sharing information to us to help out business. I try to stay away from major shops or tire care center like Loves Or Ta they make you wait all day use this shop if you re anywhere in Memphis area they are quick and they work hard to get u on the road.Services: General repairs, Brakes

I came to this shop As a last minute call and they were FAST! I had my trailer tire replaced in 32 minutes with no hassle. Cash app, debit card, or cash are all options of pay. Everyone here is friendly. I appreciate their service

It s a reason it s called rescue mr Larry the owner is a heaven sent human being with a heart of gold even tho they repair mainly trucks he helped me out of a bad situation with my tire on flat rim riding the ground and he helped me out without question or a problem I thank god for rescue repair services and recommend them 100%

My semi broke down on interstate 40 on Saturday evening. Everywhere we called repair shops were closed or they did not have the part. These guys were above amazing! They had the part and knew exactly what they were doing. It s hard to find a fast and good honest mechanic and on Saturday evening this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service!! I was an outter towner and these wonderful people were ready and able to help out with my tiers! They are very reasonable and will get you right for the road look for them if your passing thru memphis,TN....Larry's work is often imatated but never duplicated !

None of the truckstops had a tire that fit and if they did it was over a 4 hour wait. I called rescue repair and they had a tire and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service at 9pm on a Saturday night. Don't waste your money at the big shops give them a call

I had a small issue with the kingpin. on my front tire but was a safety issue, I called the owner he put my truck in the shop in less than five minutes, fixed it in ten minutes and he didn t even charged me anything. Super honest and respectful worker s there. I m grateful to them!! God bless u guys!!!

This rescue repair is one of the best Auto and truck care shop of all time. And their customer service is like none I've ever seen. First off I know they advertise 24 hours and are no longer 24 hours but I can understand why he's not he's a small operation and he cannot work 24 hours a day 7 days a week nobody should be expected to work that much however when I showed up at 1:30 in the morning with a flat tire on a box truck which he does not usually even work on not only did he answer the door but he gave me a tire at an unbelievable and unbeatable price for any time of day much less this late at night his customer service skills or right on the money and he is a god-fearing man if I have ever seen one if it hadn't been for God and him that night I would have been screwed and would have never been able to get to work that night so thank you for your help thank you for your service and keep doing what you do best sir.

Rude people and unprofessional. Lady had a power trip because we merely mentioned that she was putting tax on labor which by law you cannot, and then demanded to be paid only by T-check or EFS or else they d leave the job site. Good riddance, found someone else with a better condition of a tire and for better pricing oh and someone who doesn t put tax on labor. Stay away, unless you like being treated like less than dirt

The BEST emergency service we have ever received! We are in a Class A motor coach and noticed a puddle of fluid beside our front right tire. Our campground neighbor had called Rescue Repair to service their tires and we asked them to look at our situation. The service technicians evaluated and ascertained that we had lost a plug to fluid that lubricates the bearings on the tire. That little plug, had he not fixed it, would ve cost us thousands. The lead technician was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Thank you Larry for a job well done. We appreciate your skill and work ethic.Service: General repairs

Very professional establishment of hard working, honest, respectful & very reasonable people here. Call about 6pm after hours of closing for other tire shops in the area. LOVE'S put me on the shop wait list & still hasn't call me in. Mr. Larry & his crew got me in & out within an hour with a new trailer tire (NO RETRED)at a very reasonable price. Take it from a 22yr Floridian vet, they're the best in Memphis, TN area hands down for truck-trailer issues!!

I just want to express my gratitude for the Rescue Repair company. Yesterday they came to the rescue of our crew who was stuck on the side of the highway with blown out tires! Donald from Rescue went out of his way to track down the tires we needed and was able to get our team rolling down the highway in short order.
