I had an intermittent problem with my older model Oldsmobile for nearly a year that various mechanic shops couldn t figure out. Coleman Taylor even told me I needed a transmission at a cost of $2300. Another proved it wasn t the transmission and thankfully referred me to Redwine. It was my last attempt to repair my car. Redwine is the best. They know what they re doing, reasonable, good work and friendly. Don t hesitate to do business with Redwine. Definitely a 5 Star business.

After pricing around for an electrical issue on my vehicle, several shops said that Redwine was the place to call. Their hourly diagnostic rate was the lowest. Max was very helpful and upfront about the process. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. They called me within an hour with the issue and before the end of the day I had my car back. I work in insurance and deal with shops very regularly and not one has ever impressed me as much. I will definitely be referring my clients to Redwine.

Honest, dependable, courteous, knowledgable! We've been taking our cars to Redwine for a long time and have always been pleased with their service. Without a doubt, they are the best auto mechanics in the Memphis area!

They always do a great job! I didn't give them 5 stars for the fact the guy that answers the phone and works up front is far from customer service oriented as possible. As mechanics they rock!!!!Also when I left my car there for few days I think some kids from area went through it. Console was rummaged and a body spray gone. Not a big deal it happens in driveways everyday that's why you keep nothing of value in the car!

I had an emergency with my car - I was spilling oil everywhere..... I thought that it was a major problem that would take a ton of money to fix. I was a little nervous because I only had a limited budget to work with. To my relief, Redwine found that it was only a small valve or something, and they fixed it right away and I had my car back very soon. Three cheers for Redwine! John and Brent were super nice, and I recommend them to all of my friends now. They are honest, good, and the best car mechanics in Memphis!

I was sent to Redwine by a friend. I have never felt that a mechanic was as honest as Mr. Redwine. I have sent everyone I know to him. He will give you a straight answer for your problem and never over charge. He will not do work that isn't necessary. I am so pleased with all work he has done for us and I feel safe driving with my family. Thank you for the best service in Memphis!

Redwine is the only mechanic I will use. He is honest and fair. They finish in a timely fashion and are not pushy about what else to be done, but they will inform you. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Only if he had a great secretary or phone operator that's not trying to be a mechanic with her convo. The mechanics and the work is great.
