Very unprofessional. Too many workers not even dressed professionally so I couldn t figure who to talked too. One says one price then when it s paid they ll ask for more cause they cant figure out how to seal the bead on the tire onto the wheel. Excuses after excuses, whine n whine about the prices. I ll be taking my business and money somewhere else.

This is probably one of the best places I've ever went to they are extremely respectful and they get you taken care of quickly it's amazing!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The technician made a simple mistake and instead of admitting to his mistake he lied. Their technician was the last hands on the rims and the tire came off mid travel causing damage to the vehicle. The assistant manager was very unprofessional using vulgar language and being very disrespectful. Her help will only result into frustration due to her arrogance within her title. No one want to take responsibility for the negligence of the last hands to touch the vehicle. Honestly they need new workers or to just shutdown. Not satisfied and very unprofessional. Have photos as proof will post after legal matters are handle.

The person that goes by the name of Red is awful! The owner needs to find new staff to work here or these stores will be closed! They do not honor the insurance. It s a scam! Do not get the insurance! As long as they are open they should do insurance claims, but they say that they don t do them on certain days! They are terrible. The staff members have terrible attitudes and need customer service training immediately! Better yet, as I stated above the staff needs to be replaced! Keep driving by both locations in Memphis! They suck!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK AT RENT A WHEEL IN MEMPHIS!!! I use to hear about all the bad things but never do I listen to people, I always go off experience. As much as I did for the company, they ended up treating me as if I did something wrong. I never did anything to embarrass the company and always did what they asked. For them not to pay me for my vacation time that was approved by more than one management was real unfair because it was already approved and time that I worked for so just thought I would let people know before applying to work here!!!

Be very careful when you rent from this place , because once you finance the rims and tires through a third party financing, NO ONE WILL COVER NOTHING iF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR TIRES AND RIMS! They sold me tires that were to big for my vehicle & they never checked after installation , well i went for an alignment next day and the tire tech informed me that all my tires were rubbing, called them nothing ,called the finance company no help.This place is ghetto and they handle business same way. Never ever ever rent from them or ACIMA FINANCING! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. BUY AT OWN RISK!

I see a lot of comments about pricing . It s a rent to own . Yes it s going to be higher . With that said , I love the people who work here ! Red is awesome and always is willing to help those that actually pay . Mario is awesome too and always puts a smile on everyone s face .Overall ... you pay your note . It s a good experience.

Owner is great but Some of Staff is rude . Was out of town on business meeting and red the manager hung up in my face after I called ahead of time to explain that I wouldn t be physically there to make the payment . I was a previous customer that left due to the unprofessional service the first time and thinking that it would be resolved by now . Paying over 2k for some base level rims and being talked to crazy is not cool . I will be calling corporate and talking to the owner .

Poor business skills and communication, I had a flat on one of my tires and never been late or missed a payment, and I never got a call about whether my tire was fixed or if it came in. It was over 2 weeks and did not receive not 1 call, so I told them to come and get them, that is not how you run a tire shop or any kind of business. Than they had the nerve to say "if I make a payment, they can put the tire on, it just came in." No Thank You...I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, just poor customer service skills and poorly ran business...!!!

Went to rent a wheel to browse for rims. They were very rude took my camera in to take pics of the rims I liked they asked if I could put my camera up. I just walked out the door what type of customer service is that? They never tried to help look for rims or offer suggestions very bad customer service will not ever spend my hard earned money there!

Just make sure the contract/documents state what you were quoted prior to anything being done to your car. My issue was rectified quickly and efficiently with the assistant manager and the district manager. Will I be giving them my business again? Not this location!

Worst customer service ever. I spent 3000 with this company and they put the wrong tires on my vehicle for the rims I bought. No side wall on the tires . They should have never been put on . Bent rims constantly or flat tire constantly. All the staff is unprofessional including the manager . Don t buy from this shop

Low scale tire repair shop. Wanted two brand new tires but only one was available. There is no waiting room for customers but one can sit at two chairs by the entrance. Some organization needed as things are scattered around. However, price is lower than major tire sales and repair shop. Shop visible from Lamar Avenue and Knight Arnold. Shop also sells custom wheels. Has lots of used tired available at reasonably inexpensive prices.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The tires and rims are overpriced. They quote women higher prices then men for services. If i could give no stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Some months ago I brought my tires in for road hazard service. After that trip I noticed issues with the air pressure sensor. I did not report it or go back because of how combative the manager is even though I knew they broke the sensor.
