Just got me an extra key made for my 2004 Nissan Maxima. Took him no time to cut & program the key. Great price also compared to the other guys, thanks!!

So I had cylinder replaced on 4/3/23 on my front door. cost 125 plus tax Two days ago now 11/20/23 lock stopped locking with key from outside but can be locked from inside. Tech tells me 105 for service call and total to fix would be total under 200.00. My thought is it wasn't installed properly the 1st time why would I give you 200.00 for not to do it right a 2nd time

Needed a lock fixed on my Security Door. One of the guys came out and was transparent about the problem, cost and options I had. That alone made my decision to listen to him and heed is advice. They're a REPUTABLE Company. No nonsense or sales pitches, just business. Thanks

Wonderful service! Marcea was so kind, quick, and knowledgable when I was locked out of my house. He got me back in my home and made me copies of my new key! He also helped me get all of my locks changed to one key, instead of multiple different ones. Will absolutely refer all family and friends to this honest and kind man!

Quality Safe and Lock really saved us on Easter. We just moved into our new house earlier that week, and I locked us out by mistakenly closing our back storm door that automatically locks. We called several other locksmiths that marketed themselves as 24/7/365 but none of them answered. Quality Safe and Lock answered and got us back in our house within an hour of my call, they were very warm and friendly, and they charged a fraction of what I was expecting. Could not recommend highly enough.

I was told it would be a couple hours before he could pull up but he called back and told me 45 minutes so that was great news because my dog and I was locked out the house . He was professional and nice and it took him hardly no time to get us in. I m happy with the fast and professional service.

I've been in need of a locksmith a several times. The first time I called them it was just a chance decision but the last two occasions I made sure I looked up the same company. They know what they are doing, courteous, timely & did a great job. Highly recommend!

I had to send this review from their parking lot....For the past few months I've had to manually unlock my doors and pop my trunk from inside my vehicle. Anyone that owns a Chrysler knows that manually unlocking the doors on these vehicles is a pain due to the physical key being inside the fob! I am in and out of my car and trunk multiple times a day because of my job!!! Jase was so quick getting my new fob programmed that I didn't even realize it had been done. Then Lee came in with the assist and cut the new key for me. I don't think I was here more than 15 minutes MAX!!There is NO reason to use anyone else!! FAST service, FRIENDLY staff and VERY professional!!. You two have helped make my everyday tasks easy agin!Thank you Jase and Lee and Thank you Quality Safe & Lock

LEE IS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND WILL GET THE JOB DONE HE WENT OVER AND BEYOND FOR ME IN THE HOT SUN AND GOT MY ISSUED FIXED IN NO TIME AT AAA SAFE N LOCK I HAD TO DROP MY CAR OFF AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD GET TO MY CAR THAT WAS MAKING ME MORE IRRITATED BUT NOT AT QUALITY SAFE N LOCK I CALLED WENT GOT MY ISSUED FIXED IN LESS THEN A HOUR AND WAS GONE NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS ALREADY DEALING WITH MY ISSUE FOR A WEEK AND COULDNT WAIT A DAY LATER I WILL BE GOING BACK IF I HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS HE TOOK ALL MY STRESS AWAY!!!

Called that morning and got service the same day. The service person was very friendly and I have to honest. I had him look at two locks, he told what the problem was which wasn't my locks. There was no charge for the visit. I would use them again and recommend them.

Mr Troy was very nice and the tech, Mark was professional and courteous. They came back several times until they got my lock installed properly.
