I had a flat tire early in the morning and Mr Taylor came right out and fixed it at 7:30am. He was very quick and efficient. As a woman, I needed help repairing this so I could work that day. I will definitely use them for my tire needs in the future. Thank you Mr Taylor.

I had been looking all week for someone to come out and repair my dad's tire. Everyone that I talked to would tell me that they are on the way and never come. I finally contacted Mr.Taylor from Q.K.T and he saved the day. He was very helpful, very informative and professional. He communicated and made sure I was knowledgeable about what was going on. I most definitely recommend. I would indeed use him again. Thank you Mr. Taylor

Bad customer service. Was told an estimated time of 30 min to an hour. Called to get ETA and was told I should have received a text. Which I did not receive. Then told 20 Mins still no show or call. Called back to get ETA was told That ETA could not be guaranteed unless I paid which I would have done if I was told that upfront.

Latoris right man for the job. He came thru for me just enuff time before i had to go to work . I was able to make it on time thanks to him Thanks again I highly recommend him.

My tire went flat. I didn t have a spare and air pressure machine wasn t working. Looked up many 24 hour tire repairs shops but this tire repair shop was the only one that helped me. Thanks so much.

Mr. Taylor was quick to answer the phone, gave me a fair quote, and promptly showed up! Also, nice that he takes mobile payments.
