Not too busy, the employees were very friendly and were moving quickly! Someone was always available for assistance to help with any problems or questions. I love coming here because you can t beat the prices for the parts and if you know how to tell the good parts from the bad parts, then you can save yourself a trip or two. Plus they have a VIP program that costs NOTHING (FREE!) and saves you 50% on admission! Several other neat, updated features like viewing your purchases and warranties for the parts online! I also use to work here and it s a great place to work too!

OMG! Just when my mechanic lost my return receipt and all the cashier workers here were adamant about their no receipt no return policy, the most AMAZING manager, Sean, absolutely made my day and let me know that there were still really good people out here who are willing to go above and beyond to help! He was was to locate the store copy of my receipt through the credit card purchase I used. He didn't have to do that, but I sure do appreciate his thoughtfulness and willingness to help. He saved me from having to make another $300 purchase! That's what I call A-1 customer service! Wish there were a few more like him out here!!!! Thanks so much Sean... you're worth me coming back!!!!!

I thought the employees were helpful. They setup a loyalty card on the first trip and helped us get in free with the card on the next visit. Cars are well inventoried and the website will tell you how to find them with a simple search. Check in and check out was easy. My son and I plan to visit again soon.

Did not have what I needed but definitely worth the trip. Everybody was quite helpful. $2 to try your luck at finding your part.

Beware. Very rude and unprofessional employees. I bought a trunk deck from a Honda Civic Hybrid and the cashier rang it up as a trunk deck with tail lights and shocks. While the trunk deck did have tail lights, it did not have shocks. When I politely informed the cashier of what I believed to be an error, rather than explaining that the price list does not have an option for just a trunk deck with tail lights or taking a few dollars off the price, she got very nasty and individually charged me for a bare trunk deck, 2 tail lights, and a "bolt on spoiler" (which I don't believe means a small, non removable hump that is integrated into the trunk deck from the factory) and rudely told me that's how it is and to take it or leave it.I will be talking to the manager about this incident and I expect at least a store credit for the significant difference between how she charged me separately for each part including the "bolt on spoiler" and the complete assembly (how she should have charged me) and I will not be returning if that doesn't happen, which would be a shame because I have been to Pull A Part many times and this is the first bad experience I have had. I will be sure to update this review when I am able to talk to the manager.Update: I spoke to customer service and they were wonderful, was able to get a credit for the difference between the way the cashier charged me and the way I should have been charged. Excellent customer service!

Went to look for one specific part for a Toyota 4 Runner and it was a total bust. Looked at some Lexuses and vehicles that would cross and all I found was junk. If they could tell you if that had the part before you drive out there it would be great. Also refund my $2 if you don't buy anything would have been nice. They need to start recycling and smashing some cars. There's no salvageable parts in most cars. I can see how it would be good if you were a reseller.

Alot of vehicles and parts..pay 2.00 to enter lot, only for me to find out didnt have part I needed. Saw a fox body mustang for sale for like $1,299.00. It's great if they have the part u need. Can pay extra fee and Have them pull it

After spending all morning pulling parts, the guy behind the counter tried to double charge me the price that was listed on the website. Then told me to put them in the trash if I wasn t going to pay that price. I did throw the parts in the trash. Then when I try to talk to someone on the phone they kept putting me on hold and no one ever answers. My mistake for not going to pull apart.

went looking for a part for my 2013 Chevy impala. This place has good inventory and great customer service. The guy who greeted me at the door was very helpful and Latoya at the checkout was very professional. Take plenty of tools if you go because they don't have many tools available. The online search is a great tool and it helped me to locate the vehicles quickly. I will be back if I need any additional used parts.

Not your dad's old school junk yard. Well organized system and huge inventory. Staff is courteous, considerate and professional. I went looking for unobtainable parts for an older vehicle. I was directed to a row of vehicles, got my parts and 20 bucks later, I was on my way back to the house. All in under an hour. Works for me.

Associates were friendly but the vehicles I was looking for were not in stock but I know how that goes. I like the return policy and I definitely need to wear my steel toe boots but in all I will be back to get parts

Used to be a good place, now its horrible. Customer service is horrible, they try to over charge you, then when you catch them at it they get angry. Check out usually has long lines in the evening. there is never any soap, and the sink gets dirty every time I go there. The manager clearly hates the world and doesn't want customers. There are people fighting you for parts, people follow you and try to steel your tools. I have been to dozens of pull your own part lots this is by far the worst. they start driving around at 5:30 yelling you to get out when closing time is 6:00. Oh and if you show up at 5:25 they won't let you in, you can even show them your phone with the time. Don't waste your time. Pull a parts are normally great, this place used to be good. In the last year it has gone down hill fast.MID-TOWN AUTO PARTS & SALVAGE is not as big but they are decent people who you can haggle with about the price of some items.Memphis Auto Parts & Salvage Inc. is super friendly but $$$.Hopefully Pull-A-Part can change the management of this location.

Michael Mantion definitely hit the nail on the head with his review. I have no clue about the sinks, but I definitely haven't had good experiences with this place. They will ALWAYS find some trivial way to try and overcharge you for whatever part you pull. The price list on their site is just a joke to get you in the lot and pull the part because they know that once you pull it you are not likely to walk out without buying it. Top it all off with the random and misleading hours of operation that they have and you have a recipe for disaster. Yesterday I arrived at this location at 5:05 p.m. The closed sign was on the door and they weren't letting anyone in to purchase or pull parts. When I spoke to one of the employees that was letting a customer exit, he said their admission hours meant that they were just putting people off the lot by 5:30 p.m. and not letting anyone on. Total B.S. then he rudely closed the door after I told him the part I needed only took 5 minutes to pull. How is Sales open until 6:00 pm if you can't even get on the lot at 5:00 p.m.? Waste of time, gas, and energy. If the part you are looking to pull out is your hair, shop here! Avoid this place like the plague with their poor service, mystery hours, and sliding scale pricing that your cashier of choice decides what she wants to charge you.
