I went to the parts desk first to get Cvt fluid so I could do my own change. Man at the desk refused to look up the car and said he needed the vin to make sure the parts were correct - Toyota only offers one Cvt fluid. He continually questioned if my car was a Cvt. I told him at LEAST 4 times that it was and he still said he needed the vin because he didn t believe me and even asked to see the car. After the 15 mins of arguing with him I went to services to see how much they would do it for. The service man said that s going to be expensive refusing to tell me the cost. After he asked an actual technician, they said they simply would not do it. The only reason given was that Cvt s were complicated and I just didn t know how they work (I am an engineer and mechanic) He then proceeded to tell me that the price the parts desk gave me was way too low and something was wrong. NEVER COME HERE. This is the worst service I have ever received and they are only trying to scam people.

Sandeep Soni was fantastic! He answered all of our questions before we drove 1.5hrs to sell our car. We were given $2000 above the Carmax appraisal as promised. He greeted us and started working on our deal while already working with 2 others. Ask for Sandeep!

I recently had service work done here on my 2018 Grand Caravan minivan. Everything went well. The staff was great from offering food and drinks to keeping you updated on the repairs.

I worked with Daniel Reeves in the Service department a couple of weeks back and he was incredibly helpful. I unfortunately will be relocating soon, so will be unable to work with him again, but I do recommend giving Daniel a call anytime you need help. Thank you to Daniel for going above what was asked when working with my vehicle.

Walked up to the service receptionist. Had some warning system issues driving 1200 miles. Wanted to simply ask a question. Stood patiently while 6 people saw me. The receptionist came back. Walked right by me( with her fresh coffee) didn t even acknowledge I was there. Started yelling across the office asking someone if they were ignoring her??? At that point I was so disgusted I just left. I m hoping my safety issues will not get worse before I get back to Boston? Am a very unhappy Toyota owner. Wife needs a new one was pretty happy with Toyota til now. Think she ll be getting a ford. Am now seriously considering trading mine in and doing the same? A very dissatisfied customer! Worst Toyota experience ever!

April Haynie helped me and she was amazing!!! Chris Thompson and Peter butler were also awesome help. Got me the best car while also helping me with all the little details in between. Would definitely recommend going here and seeing these people to any first time buyer or even if you ve bought before!

This is best Principle Toyota I've ever been to. One of the employees by the name of April Haynie was so professional and had the best positive energy. She does her best to make sure that get what need and wouldn't stop trying until you get what you want. I highly recommend this Toyota

The best service department in Memphis Tennessee...hands down. I always get the greatest advice from my service advisor. They take into consideration of my needs and finances and work with me. My Toyota is new...l need trained mechanics in order to assure a smooth running automobile. These new cars need knowledge and. you receive it at Principle.

So this marks my third lease with Principle and I am once again impressed! Cassi started messaging me in January and was willing to accommodate with me being in medical school in Little Rock. She answered all of my questions in a timely and professsional manner and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She even went back and got my dad s veteran hat that I left in my old car. Principle has definitely found a gem in Cassi and I look forward to more business with them even once I am a doctor.

I sold a car to Poh, and she was very helpful with the process. She honored the $2,000 over Carmax appraisal advertisement and got me the money that I wanted for my vehicle.

Never had a good experience, every time I attempt to do business there I deal with someone with an attitude problem. They need better people answering those phones and dealing with customers. I just drive further out the way and go to another dealer.

Good people here who try to get your car serviced as soon as possible.I m still getting used to the overall slower times (1.5 hours+) for basic services such as oil changes and tire rotations but I m not the only one that waits that long.There is free coffee, water and popcorn for those who wait for their car. WiFi is free and there are extra charging stations for your electronics as well.

April Morgan Haynie is so amazing to work with! I purchased a Camry in 2018 from April. She made the car buying experience so easy I ve sent both my daughters to April because she finds the best vehicle with their needs! I would not purchase another vehicle from anyone but April!

Po Ng fixed me right up! I came to purchase a new car, and she found me an INCREDIBLE car at an incredible price! Very professional and witty, definitely recommend Po and all the folks at Principle Toyota. Go see them!

Failed to discuss 2 things wrong with my vehicle after my service was done. But 5 stars for my work performed. Just with was told my other needs. I live almost 1 hr away.
