I have used this company twice. They never call when your order come in to schedule your install. I had to call both time to get my glass installed after waiting over a month after being told the glass was in stock. My recent experience leaves me to never used them again. I call over a week ago and the lady on the phone was to check if my glass had came in. When she came back to the phone I was told she needed to call me back. I waited a week for the call back and it never happen. I called back again and I was scheduled for December 27 which was about a week later. My appointment was between 8 and noon and no one showed up. I called around 1 pm and the lady answered the phone and tried to convince me my appointment was for the next day. That was a lie. I rescheduled for the next morning. The technician showed up around 8:15 and the first thing out of his mouth was we got busy yesterday and could not get to you. I said it would have been nice to get a call if you not going to make it. He said that was what the office was suppose to do. If this is the way they do business on a consistent basis I definitely do not recommend. The technicians did a really good job. I will never use them again because of the lies and the turnaround time.

Justin and Primo came to our house today to solve an issue that a previous contractor had left in our bathrooms - they were fantastic - even offered to take their shoes off!! Wowowow hard to find good folks - hang onto them!!! Bonus!!

Richard from Pitman Glass came to take measurements for replacement windows and a custom slider. Quick, friendly, and professional. We have not received an estimate or any work yet, but will update review as those are completed.

I had a shattered glass, I took the frame to them and they replaced it in 3 days. Plus it was clean in the frame. I was totally surprised and satisfied.Great service.

My experience with Pitman Glass: Quick turnaround on accurately filled orders with polite and friendly service. They even helped me to my car with one order. Old school customer service never goes out of style! I fully recommend them.

Very easy to deal with. Great customer service. Everyone was courteous. Dropped by and had a piece of glass cut while I waited. Ready to go in about 10 minutes. Fair price and exactly what I needed. Thanks.

I had 3 cloudy twin pane windows replaced by Pittman Glass. Their people were courteous and performed excellent work. There was a mixup on ordering the replacement glass however that was rectified by Pittman and we are very satisfied with the end results.

Scott, manager, was super responsible and lead us to Pete in their workshop. Pete expertly cut a piece of mirror to size and then replaced rollers on our sliding door. Furthermore; Pete was super patient and even showed us how the rollers worked and what we needed to do to adjust the rollers. Thank you to Pitman Glass we no long have to deal with sticky rollers! I would totally go there again!

Great customer service, guy treated me like his best friend. Fellas called me 30 minutes before they got there to let me know they were on the way and then finished up the work quickly and painlessly! Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks!

Not good at all. I tried to get quotation from a week, they kept saying they are going to send someone to measure the commercial stores , i give them my info but everytime i call to check the status i feel i start from zero they don't save my address or anything not professional : (
