A neighbor s tree fell on top of my house and ride. Which damaged my hood, top, windshield, and scratches on the sides. Perfection auto staff were very friendly, organized, and very good at keeping communication throughout the whole process. I am so pleased with their work and quickness. Thank you so much!!!

Who pulls apart a vehicle without ensuring the parts are available and in stock? Who ignores a customer that is concerned about their vehicle and laughs and says well you we can see if you can drive the vehicle even though it s stripped? Why not offer a loaner vehicle being that you all didn t deliver in a timely manner. I asked to speak to to manager to make a formal complaint and was transferred back to the adjuster. The door has minor scratches inside the side panel but I ll overlook it being that you all had my vehicle since 8/28 and it s officially done on 11/1. I had to contact Chevrolet myself to speed up the process. I wouldn t refer you all to anyone. Thanks for the service. Any other body shop issues I ll just find someone else instead of going with insurance recommendations.Edit to the owner:Actually, your companies poor customer service is blaming your company. Your agent mark laughed at me and told me I can drive it without the doors and I have it on recording and reported you all to my insurance company. The communication was very terrible. I have screenshots of the many times I ve called and many voicemails I ve left. This review was very thorough when I could ve said some ugly things based on my ugly experience. No worries, you all will not be recommended again.If my dining experience was bad customer service YES i would blame it on the server as well as the company for hiring someone with low standards. I worked with Bryant, not sure if he's the owner, but very courteous guy. Kept me informed. And the team works fast; Only had my car for 2 weeks. It looks like i just got it off the lot! I highly recommend you don't look anywhere else, get your car REnewed here.

I had a superb experience with this group from start to finish.First, arriving at the store I was greeted with a friendly face, minimum paperwork, and an introduction to my service manager with a very short wait.Then Mark was meticulous at looking over the damage and carefully documenting everything, and explaining the process.Then, working with my insurance, they made sure everything was covered, got me a ride to the rental car company and let me know they would call every couple days - which they didIt truly felt like concierge service from beginning to end, solving challenges with my manufacturer (parts) and working with my insurance.Great experience !!!

The team at this facility is superlative. After I shopped the job estimate at 3-4 locations, this shop offered the lowest price, and delivered on workmanship and speed (2 days). In the business world, this is colloquially known as 'great value'. They replaced a luxury exterior part and matched the idiosyncratic paint color perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. They were an all-around pleasure to work with and I would return my business to them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

SCAM ALERT Never do business with these people.. they committed insurance fraud.. did horrible work never did what they were paid to fix. Owner has a shady past and should never be trusted at any time. Owner will say anything to get your business. Workmanship sucks.

This place is Amazing. I took my Rav4 to fix there for a Deer hit. And they fixed like nothing happened at all totally recommended this place, I meet there Bryan. A great person this guy is amazing and really professional.

I decided to keep my old 4Runner, so I took it to Perfection to have the hood/front bumper repainted and have the rest of the car buffed out to make it look a little younger. Bryant immediately understood my goal, was able to give me a quote the same day, and scheduled the work two weeks later. Two weeks later, I brought the car in, and Bryant said it would take 3 days. Sure enough, three days later the car was ready as promised, and it looks so much better than I ever would've imagined. The respray with clear cost is glossy and matches the rest of the car with no overspray anywhere, and the old paint they buffed out looks almost new again. Bryant was extremely professional, knowledgeable and communicated the progress daily. No runaround, no unexpected delays or surprise add-ons to the price. Nobody ever wants to get in an accident, but if I ever do, Perfection is the first place I'm taking my car for repairs. Five stars!

The repair was projected to take 9 days. The reality was it took 30 days and the repairs were not completed. There is a rattling noise with the vehicle that the bodyshop did not have the skillset to repair. They referred me to Audi. However, having the vehicke for 30 days, it escapes me why the mechanic did not take the vehicle to Audi to get it repaired. Overall, very displeased with the lack of integrity and poor workmanship. If you use this autobody shop, even for insurance claims, be sure to lower your expectation. With low expectations, you should be fine.

I had my 1966 Mustang in with Jeff and crew to fix several small issues on the car. As this is a custom black paint job and show car I was very careful in choosing someone to make the repairs. As everyone knows black paint shows every defect and I wanted perfection. Jeff even found small issue that I did not know were. When he called me about fixing these I told him "I want perfect paint" which he delivered. I would rate my experience with Perfection Auto Refinish as perfection 5 stars+. Thank you very much for the great work.

I took my vehicle for a hood repaint and instantly I knew I was dealing with a very professional crew of people who were experienced and know what they are doing. Bryant was amazing at helping quote and make the process happen. The work was impeccable and my car looks perfect. They are fast as well. I could not be happier. Perfection Auto Refinish has a 4.8 for a reason! Should be 5.0

These guys are good. I was impressed at the job completed here and the kindness at which they completed it. I will be back.I visited first to order a panel to be replaced on my FJ Cruiser which I was required to pay up front when they ordered it. A few days later I received a call that they would be unable to acquire it and they would refund me. Since I payed by check, I decided to use store credit for a detail. They did a good job. I highly recommend you point out unique areas at dropoff that collect dirt, since they missed a few nasty places. Thankfully, they were able to help but it is worth checking at pickup.

Not once but twice now I have taken a vehicle here and they have done an outstanding job. Professionalism at it's best right here. I went to Perfection auto in March or April of last year because of a wreck I had..although it took me about 3 months to get my car back(because of the parts having to be ordered) they did a EXCELLENT job. You still can t even tell I was in a wreck. Now I give them 5 stars because they did a great job. BUT I would ve gave them 4 because of 3 things..1. The desk clerk was kind of rude..especially when I called checking on my car.2. A piece of my interior was missing(which I called and let them know & they told me they would order the piece but never got back to me)..It wasn t a huge deal because I ordered the piece myself & that solved the problem.3. I noticed a little later on down the line that my truck(black) had speckles of white paint in the back. I wasn t around any auto shops or anything so I m assuming it came from perfection. It isn t a huge issue because I m getting my car repainted anyway.Service: Body & Trim

I can't say enough positive things about this place. From my initial call to set up a consultation to the final pickup of my vehicle, everything went so smoothly. I worked with Bryant and his thorough evaluation of the work I needed was really impressive. He kept me informed about what was going on and worked flawlessly with my insurance company. He was always present when needed and always available to speak with. His estimate of the time frame to complete the work was right on point. Most importantly, the work they did on my vehicle was flawless...it looks exactly like it did when I bought it from the dealership. When they were done with the body work...they had it perfectly detailed. Every employee with whom I had contact at the shop was quite friendly. I did business with Perfection Auto about two weeks ago, being re-ended and the rear bumper was torn. I will say I am completely satisfied with physical repairs, but even more so am I highly pleased with the level of service by the group. I have never been to a more reparable and serviceable place. Mr. Jeff and the staff go far and beyond the basic level of service, they took such great care of me and were extremely flexible. They have such a team of knowledgeable and kind-hearted personnel; I do not have words to describe the appreciation I have for them. With that experience, I am am going to get ALL my car work done that they are able to complete. I just can't say enough positive things about the quality of service and high quality of workmanship that I received from Perfection Auto Refinish. Both the owners provided just outstanding levels of customer service, Jeff kept me informed throughout the entire process and when I picked up my vehicle I was overwhelmed by the the level of detail, quality and effort to make sure my truck was ready for me and exceeded my expectations. I would without any reservation and doubt highly recommend Perfection to anyone who's looking to have auto restoration work done.

These guys truly deserve their 5 star rating. I had a deep scratch on one of my doors on my new 3 month old Camry and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They actually took me back to work and then brought the car to me the next day when it was repaired. I had a slight issue with the clean-up and they immediately corrected it and gifted me! I highly recommend Perfection Auto Refinish and am glad to know I have a wonderful body shop at my disposal if needed. Thank you guys!!

This place is a real hidden gem. Some of the nicest people I ve had work on my car. I was recently in a car accident and had a lot of body and mechanical damages. Bryant kept me informed the whole time and let me know everything that was going on. I got the car back and it drives like it s brand new. They did amazing work and I will forever send people their way! Absolutely can't say enough about Jeff and his crew. They are so wonderful, extremely honest, and does excellent work. They do what they say they will do with no surprises. Rodney is awesome. I can be a pain, but he was so patient with me. My truck is back on the road and I am so happy. If you want the job done right and honest, take it to Perfection. You won't be sorry. I had an incredible experience with Perfection Auto Refinish. First, they made every repair on my car and returned it to me in immaculate condition. It felt like I was driving away a brand new car even though I had been in a wreck three weeks ago. Their skill with the car is second to none. However, what really sent me over the moon with them was how much they helped me throughout the whole process. From dealing with my insurance company, advocating for a timely resolution of my claim, and remaining accessible and communicative throughout the process, I can't say enough good about them. Rob and Jeff are honest, hard working business owners. I hope I don't need more body work done on my car; but, if I do, I will be working with Perfection.

They did a pretty good job on my repairs, not perfect; a couple of small areas were not touched up with paint. However, they got the dents out, cleaned up most of it. The staff was friendly and nice.I also felt like the communication was odd. I think they should try to initiate contact with customers about updates on the vehicle, especially when there are delays, even if it's just an email about vehicle updates.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair
