Arrived late on New Years day and they were able to take care of a full tire and battery change and even gave me a discount for all the work I had done at once. They were so nice and I felt taken care of. Ive been going to PepBoys for years and I have not been disappointed

Great service. Knowledgeable mechanics. Friendly environment. This is my second time taking my vehicle to be serviced by them. I got an oil change, and I bought new windshield wipers at a reasonable price. Great job.

Went to Pep boys today , the guy tells me you don t have any oil in your truck at ALL . I take it to where I normally go take 5, tell the man when I get there what this man at Pep boys tells me . He checks my oil lets me look at the stick myself and say , you are still at SAFE LEVEL . So I m like soThey lied to me . Pep boys was just trying to either get a sale to charge me more for what I came there toDo . Or either I mA woman and they thought I wasn t goingToGet a second opinion. Y allAre dead wrong for that .

I feel like they messed up my sister AC blower due to her coming there for (ONLY ONE THING) which she originally came up there for a oil change her ac blower was working perfectly on high any setting and out of the blue Her AC blower stopped working now the only real heat she gets is only from the seat warmers. I don t understand why companies do this to women and knows most women don t know enough about cars. Everything is just for the money of course and what s even more upsetting is this is her very first car and money is extremely tight during these times.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Pep Boys on Mt. Moriah. My tire was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Chuck and his TEAM were awesome. Got in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. We were traveling and stopped there to get a nail out of the tire.

They rude as hell the manager s attitude was so nonchalant when you asked him questions they had me sitting there. My appointment was at 8 o clock. The guy that s supposed to be doing my tires didn t get there until 830. Almost then when he arrives he s going in his office sitting down texting on his phone like I wasn t even sitting here so what I did was get up get my keys and I left and then he had the nerve to ask me was i going to get something out of my truck? I told him no I m about to go. I was warned a young lady told me yesterday, not to mess with them, but it was at a different location

We want to thank the staff at this location for their willingness to help us out. We were heading to our hotel and getting off the highway when we got a hole in our tire. The staff here went about and beyond for us. Now we are able to head back home early in the morning like we planned

I would just like to thank the staff at the Mt. Moriah location for taking care of my vehicle. On 09/09/23 I took my car in to get checked out. They diagnosed the problem, and got me what I needed. I did have a minor snag with my front tire, but they quickly took care of that as without hesitation. All in all, this was my first time using Pep Boys, but it certainly will not be the last time. The staff is friendly and courteous and they seem to honestly care.

Pep boys got me in at a good time, they were very kind and helpful at fixing my tire. Didn't take all day even though they had a few guys on vacation. They did a excellent job! Keep it up! Thanks again!

The only pep boys in memphis area that actually will work on my car maintenance due to it being an avis rental. I don't know how complicated working with 3rd parties is but I appreciate it nonetheless.

I had a flat and the first Pep Boys I visited which was on Park could not service me because they only had one tech and she stated that they were backed up. I then went to the Mt Moriah location they had issues as well but yet and still I got service with a smile and a professional experience and in a timely manner and for that I greatly appreciate it ...

I brought my 05 mustang in for a new set of tires. I was able to get all four for less than 500 bucks. I made the appointment online for 10am. I walked in at 10:03 and Gerald already had my appointment pulled up as I was walking in the door! All I had to do was hand over the key and an hour later I was swiping my card and driving away.

The man was rude to me because I didn t allow him to do additional services on my car. I purchased a full set of tires, which was already almost $800, but he never offered me a warranty on them, but on my receipt it says I declined.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Amazing service! The mechanics really move swiftly to get the job done in a timely and efficiently manner. Best service I ve ever had. I highly recommend this location because they were able to take care of my flat tire after a couple of hours of its induction. Thank you Chuck, Keino, and Travis. Stay blessed!

I had a great experience at this Pep Boys location, despite having a less than ideal weekend. Following two blowouts, I was able to receive timely, friendly, and very valued service. Gerald was both courteous and informative, and I walked away with great confidence in this location and its employees. I'd gladly return in the future for any needed services.

Keino did a phenomenal job- that alignment did a miracle on my car, it was making all types of noises before but now it drives better, my wheel isn t tilted anymore and the noises are gone!! Thank you for getting it done and working some magic on it lol. Gerald/Jerald and Chuck (spelling may be wrong) are always super nice and put up with my 101 questions which is alwaaays appreciated! Thank y all for making my car care so easy

Robert was awesome! He took his time to explain everything that was going on and the additional services/items needed. He didn t just tell me things needed to be replaced, he showed me what and why these things needed to be replaced! I have never been happier with a service as I was at this visit. I would definitely recommend anyone to deal with Pep Boys on Mt Moriah, especially Robert. He even helped fix something from another store! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back. They even got me in and out right before closing. Thanks again!!

Store #6391, Mt. Moriah in Memphis, TN. Got to give it to them. Really great service and as of now, a few days into my new tires and alignment and everything's feeling pretty darn good. If anything changes I'll definitely be sure to update here. But I can say thus far we are very happy with our choice on Pep Boys. Thanks.Update - tires are holding up but my faith in their work and their customer service is gone. They sold me an alignment and warrantied it for a year but when I've taken my car back to get it aligned again, I don't believe they do it. My car is pulling hard to the left and after dropping the car off recently to get that alignment warranty honored, it's worse than it was before. Seems like a scam just to get you to pay for the warranty without any intentions of honoring it later.

Made an appointment to get 4 new tires for 3 pm. I attempt to be punctual so I arrived a little early at 2:45pm. Long story short by 3:48 pm I paying for my services and ready to drive off. Great job to the crew at Pep Boys.

Real nice and friendly customer service Torin made me feel at ease upon my arrival this morning. I didn't get the other gentleman's name, but upon my return this afternoon when picking up my car, he was super friendly as well. I really like the fact that once we had completed my transaction, he extended his hand out to shake mine before I could even turn to walk out. Go to Pep Boys on Mt Moriah hands down. Keep up the good work as well as the customer service!!!!!!!

I feel the customer service could be a bit better, I scheduled an appointment online. Did this prior a few months back for different appointment at this location, an today was told to really never use their site and kind of felt unwelcomed. I understand this place is booked right now from what I was told today but felt the automotive associate made me think I was a inconvenience to him real quick, I barely said anything besides my name for the appointment since he seemed busy an the only one talking to people while working on cars. I do recommend there being a official associate for front desk, which they usually do have but just not today Im guessing.
