Came into the shop to get a new tire because I have gotten my new tires here before. The sign says they open at 7:30am. I got there around 7:41am. I walked in and ask if I could purchase a new tire because my tire was flat. The man at the counter was VERY nasty he responded, yeah you can get a new one when somebody get here. I left and told him I will go somewhere else he tried to continue by saying they ll be here in 10 minutes but I was already walking out. I understand that he may have been mad because the workers were not there but I don t work there and that s not my fault! How can you expect people to spend money with you when you have a nasty attitude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!

The worst customer service ever. I got here at 10:30am and it's 6pm I needed 2 back tires for my van .I'm still here waiting. Hopefully they figured why my van was riding ruff. They said I needed new tires. I hope they dionosed it right.

I got a nail in my tire so I decided to drive here. I was the only car there, it wasn t even 6:05. I asked if I could get a new tire and they said NO. Literally no excuse or reason for why. Just told me NO and nothing else

Customer service was horrible. I paid them $352 to do absolutely nothing. I took my vehicle in Monday July 3rd to be evaluated for a possible AC leak and Ac not blowing . Not only did they not evaluate my vehicle they just assumed it needed to be vacuumed and recharged . The AC mechanic didn t inspect my vehicle at all he was in a rush to leave work , because they were busy with other customers and just did whatever to my vehicle . I brought my truck back up there today (July 6th,2023) and they tried to charge me $810 to replace a AC hose that they should have caught Monday if my vehicle was inspected properly Why would I pay $135 for labor Monday and turn around and pay $460 for labor Thursday when y all could ve did your job Monday and my air could ve been fixed. I m livid because I don t have money to just give out and I have little babies who I have to drive around in vehicle. Never will I ever go to Pep Boys and best believe Karma will always come back around.

Took my daughter-in-law's car in to repair engine over heating. After checking the problems, I Was told it had no leaks car only needed antifreeze. Drove it home and all the antifreeze leaked out. Had to get the car towed back to Pep Boys to check it out again. Soooo inconvenience!! I paid $144.84 for that..what a shame! I'm so disappointed. I could have both my own antifreeze.

Went in because my truck was make a real loud noise on one side of my truck, I thought it was the ball joint. Ask these overly nice people to check it. They came back and said it was the ball joints, sturts, tires, arms etc total est. 2,500 dollars.......come to find out I just lost a screw and those to hole was supposed to be on top of each other with the screw connecting them

I only wanted to buy a tire and have it put on my rim. The day brought my bad tire in there was a four hour wait, so I had my tire ordered and said would come back in the morning. When I called to check on my 6 associate told me it was a four or five hour wait............WHAT? The only reason I would go there again is because the tire I bought has a warranty. Otherwise I would never go there again.

Sorry but the 4 Stars was what The Pep Boys review sent to my Google review. That was incorrect. I was confused from my experience the full synthetic oil change for my 2016 Chevy Malibu lx was over 90 dollars but I was informed they don't top off fluids like coolant, windshield washer fluid, transmission fluid, etc. I have oil on the hood of my car. My ticket says I had a tire rotation but I watched the whole time and all I saw was air put in my tires. This was my first experience with Pep Boys. I expected better. The person that set up my info did his job well. The actual service I received I'm in question. I have no problems with anyone I just wanted what I came for a proper oil change and hopefully fluids topped off. Also why is oil on my car shouldn't that been covered so it wouldn't happen in the first place.

I pulled into this Pep Boys store late on Friday afternoon with a flat on my company fleet vehicle. Mary at the service counter met me, went right to the vehicle, assessed the situation, called to get necessary repair approvals from my company, and ordered my tire without ever skipping a beat. She got me a tire brought over from the warehouse after 4pm on a Friday afternoon and got me back on the road in record time! Her help is the best example of excellent customer service and I felt she went out of her way to help me and get it expedited. She showed me the best customer service I ve seen since COVID messed everything up. Thank you Mary!

38116, US My Man KennyG. Your the best. Thanks for your help. One October 10 I purchase a 2013 Equinox from us auto and Pep Boys was under my warranty. so I came to the Elvis Presley to get some work done. And oil change was 1 of the things I had done on October the 19 to have my truck Knocking and clucking by September 29 2022, went to auto zone because I needed a second opinion and my knowledge was true no oil in my tank. So disbelief I purchase to 2 Quarts for now . But Mr. Derek C You I will not recommend your expertise to noone. Have a nice day

Mary s customer service was good. The only thing that bothered me was there were no one there working the desk. Waited about 5 minutes. Had to go to the garage door to get her to notice I was waiting.

I had an 8:15 appt. for and oil change. I went in and the lady at the desk was super nice and professional. Alphonso was my tech. They got me in and out in the 45 mins that was promised. My tires were low and without asking they put air in them. My overall experience with the pepboys on Elvis Presley was wonderful.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
