Been going to Oak Court Auto for a few years now. They ALWAYS do a great job. Never had a complaint and trust them very much. Today, they checked out a used vehicle for me. (2nd one!) Highly recommend!

I was recommended to to OakCourt Auto by Franks Towing. It s always scary when you have car problems and don t have a mechanic. Both these companies were so friendly. Brett and John are honest and trustworthy guys at Oak Court Auto. Came to them as another auto care place gave me a list of needed repairs. After their full inspection of my vehicle, none of those repairs were necessary and handed the keys back to be on my way. They just gained all my future business and will recommend to all friends and family. Thanks Oak Court Auto!

My starter went out on my car and I was able to get it towed in the next morning. They fixed it right away. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thank goodness for Oak Court Auto Repair.

We were from out of town, and 140 miles away from our RV when our Jeep's right front caliper locked up and stranded us. AAA recommended Oak Court and towed our Jeep there. The next morning I called and explained the issue to John. Although they already had a full schedule, he moved projects around to give us priority. His technician quickly diagnosed the issue as well as the root cause, made the repairs and had us back on the road by 2:30 PM. The charge was very reasonable for the work done- Memphis has a top-flight shop in Oak Court Automotive- John Smith and Co. has my highest recommendation- thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Oak Court Auto is conveniently located. I never have to wait for service. My last visit took only an hour and a half. They help me keep my 1997 Sonoma pick-up in good condition w/ their annual check-ups. We were passing through TN, and our battery died! These fellas took care of us and had us back on the road in 30 min. If I lived in TN, I'd probably use them for repeat business. Excellent work and service guys!

I love this auto shop! John is unfailingly honest and professional. I like that you can make an on-line or phone appointment and comfortably wait while they do the work. The one shop I trust not to up-sell me on something I don't need. Great shop!

Took my old Civic in because I thought there might be a problem. Guys were very cordial, professional and polite. I dropped it off at 7am and they called me by 1230-1300 to say they had run it through all the checks and tests. They didn't find anything but the part I most appreciated was that they didn't charge me anything for the service provided. If I'd gone to Firestone, I would have had to pay $100 for their time at least. Next time I need maintenance, I'll be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance
