I went into your store 1/26 to order an replacement for an subpar alternator (which could have turned to a bad experience cause I was angry to have to replace the part) but Rick was helpful and polite and ordered a better non-rebuilt model to be in the next morning...I called prior to returning and Camillia had impeccable customer service over the phone...not only using verbiage I only learned from working in in high-end company's such as "Is it okay if I put you and a brief hold" but other words I definitely didn't expect to find at an auto parts store in my "ghetto/hood" community in Memphis TN and was very positive/polite/energetic about helping me...when I came to get my part and complimented her...her manager Erika who must have been attentively listening in a nearby office came out and gave her and me thanks ...I was WOWed by this experience and although it not at the best times when I have to get car parts due to car issues; i look forward to returning to this location and definitely will be ONLY using this location at 4550 Elvis Presley Blvd for all my future needs..in a Memphis hood it is good get positive for a change!!

I was very happy with the service I received today. I brought the wrong part for my car. I had no problem returning the item and the money was back on my card the same day. Very good people!

My salesman Tyson was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family members. I would more than likely return to this location when purchasing automobile parts for my automobile. As you can see, I purchased an O2 sensor by Bosch

I have been to many O'Reilly stores around the country .....This one was the worst. It was shocking. so ..I left and called to get a part on a commercial account only to be on hold 48 mins. You guys just lost a good size transaction...and account..the store manager here should be fired. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone...

I'm not sure of the young man name. I'm guessing Anthony Edwards so I was told... He has great customer service skills. Pleasant attitude and eager to help.. Thank you for all of your help. I'm the lady that purchased spark plugs and front break pads for an 04 Altima... Thank you Thank you Thank you.. Keep up the great work!!!

Better than AutoZone !!!!! Remember y'all AUTOZONE is cheap for a reason !!!!I can't count the times I've put brand new parts from AutoZone that the customer supplied that didn't work from the jump.

Customer service is ALWAYS AMAZING and helpful. They also helped me save money by explaining certain things dont matter when it comes to quality over quantity....or at least in my particular situation. Awesome job, yet again. I've NEVER had a bad experience here THANKS YALL

I arrived at the store at 4550 elvis presley Blvd at 830pm and the said they were closed but it's lts listed at being open until 9pm . Obvious personnel problem

Today I had to get a boost I believed my battery was bad. I went to O Reilly and Johnny Elmore volunteered to help me since everyone else was waiting on customers. He checked my battery and replaced it within minutes. He was professional, courteous and exhibited great customer service skills. Thank God Mr. Elmore kept an old lady s blood pressure from going out of range.

Friendly service, or at least there was tonight. Very nice lady, was more than patient with me even though I was rudely using my phone, although it was to ask the customer if he wanted to buy parts after she gave me prices. Either way, it was a lot better than I'm accustomed to having anywhere in the big city.

Everyone that I have met in that store is helpfull and, friendly. They greet you when you walk through the door and they are very knowledgeable about of cars and parts and the ones that are right for your vehicle. The ladies will come from behind that counter and help you find whatever you need as well as the men. Greatest part store in Memphis!!!!!

The Assistant Manager Johnny is Awesome! He tested my Battery, Alternator(twice), and Starter for me because the dealership told me I needed a Alternator. Smh, I needed a battery! It was corrosion around my battery terminals. He also put new battery terminals & protectors on for me! Thanks Johnny for going above and beyond & team members for assistance when needed.

Called to get a price check from Kion only to get to the store an he tell me a different price that was a $50 difference . Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge!!! Your employees need to do better!!!!Update went to get the part put on my car and Kion gave me the wrong part!!!!

I went to o'Reilly to get a battery for my car and this guy Johnny was very helpful, he also installed my battery in for me and he was very friendly and nice. he got the job done quick as possible

This is one of the only places that had my battery and would install it. The older gentleman was so helpful. He checked my battery first. Then proceeded to take it out and install a new one.

I went to three other auto parts stores to find the belt I needed for my bucket truck. One store didn't have the measure divice. The other insisted they search by vehicle model number, I told them its for a speciality item on a bucket truck, they had the measuring tool but didn't know how to use it.. the last one said that's a lawn and garden part. Finally I made it to Orilly in Whitehaven. They looked at it anylized the belt in a few seconds...got me what I needed and I was out of there. THANKS Johnny you made a world of difference...

Bought a battery and had it put in on a Friday, didn't drive my car til that following Monday only to find out that the battery wasn't even hooked up properly! This caused my alternator to go bad causing me to spend more money! Beyond pissed and will NEVER go here again!

The store manager Carlos went an extra mile helping me by ordering a part that no one else could find or locate for my 1931 Ford pickup truck thanks alot for your time a customer service an patients an taking the time researching to help me get the right part to get going again
