Are this store sucks and obviously they don't care about customer service or making money 12 minutes before they're supposed to close and they have the doors locked and then they shut the little thing that blocks you out

I tried to purchase something online and the store was unable to produce a receipt or give me a refund for the core charge. Do not go to this garbage store. Maybe a different location. I'm not sure. I have heard the alternators here are good. That is the only reason I made a visit here.

I suppose not all O'Reilly are the same, but this one has a serious gratitude problem, I get the impression that they are doing me a favor. I'll excuse them once, but after 3- 4 times, I'd say my perception is spot on. I'll pass on by next time.

Went to store and let me tell you, you have individuals who would help and those who just sit there and act like they're lost. Went to exchange some brake piston hardware and some brake pads it was 2 Latino guys (one was a manager and the other was a regular employee) and they actually didn't want to give me a refund regarding they gave me the wrong parts from the beginning. Then after being confronted about what they did, one of the Latino individual said, "I was playing the "race card" and I'm looking at this dude like huh? Just because I told them they can't do their job? Seems like these people have a chip on their shoulder at this store and hopefully can be resolved.

Great experience. I was offered assistance as I entered the store. The associate looked up the size of the wiper blades for my car. As I was paying for the purchase; the associate offered to install the new blades for me for no charge. I accepted, he installed and tested. Thanked me for my purchase.Excellent service. I was very impressed. I definitely will go back for any automotive needs.

Super nice and knowledgeable!Fun fact: this O'Reilly happens to have people from several off-site auto shops in the area working with them so you can get help from various knowledgeable people and they can refer you to nearby shops for different issues. Everyone there when I went here seemed to be concerned about making sure my car, along with myself, were okay and safe, which is REALLY nice as a younger female. I didn't feel at all like they were not taking me seriously or trying to pull something over me, which is a common problem at a lot of auto shops. So don't be put off by the area; this is a good place to go to.

I love coming to O'Reilly's for my auto essentials. They have great customer service.No thanks, to the local AutoZone in my area... Seldomly, to not having the parts needed and seems they're always having me go to their other stores...My mechanic suggested I stop getting the "run arounds" from A.Z and try O'Reilly.I have never been redirected to O'Reilly's other stores because their parts always seem to be available.I also love the shorter lines and wait time. This place is great and evidently under-rated. But in many cases, less is more.Keep up the great work guys! Love it.

I wish I remembered the young man that helped me here. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond what I asked of him. I'll always shop at this O'Reilly's from now on.

Love them the workers answers the questions that I need to know about what I need done to my car. Since this is my first car lol glad they are helpful and good vibes up there..

There's something wrong with their inventory. I had to return brake pads twice because of wrong sizing. The associate stated that those were the only ones for my car, but I bought the right ones from Auto Zone. Also you can only return high marked items that were paid in cash at a certain time.
