Awesome customer service! I first went to two different Autozones near this location and they were of no help at all! I called this location was greeted by Tony and he assured me that he would be able to help me with purchasing and installing my battery! He did everything with a smile! Thank you so much Tony

Cameron and crew are awesome!! As long as they run the show at O Riley s on Cleveland, I ll be visiting them for all automotive needs. Best service ever!!!

Terrible customer service. I went up here to get some oil for my car the man with the dreads and glasses gave me the wrong oil which is okay I understood but when I told him he gave me the wrong oil he started arguring with me and the older guy with the gray beard was letting him. I went to the guy with the gray beard to help me and he claimed I was in the wrong all because I told them they gave me the wrong oil and was okay with his coworker going off in front of other customers. I just wanted the right oil but instead I got harassed and was blamed for it. Will never come back.

Went in to get wiper blades. I usually don t this all on my own (look through the book for right model blades). Then I hear, I can help you with that; it s faster on the computer. We go through the types of blades for my two different cars. While I m paying the associate goes and gets the blades for me! That is customer service. It wasn t required, but much appreciated. It was excellent customer service. Will go back for my auto parts needs.

Very rude staff.. i asked for an alternator check by 2 women they told me they cant come out its raining.. while they were sotting down on their phones and no customers. Said they only coming out if its sunny. But its only sprinkling right now. They just caused this store an alternator sale or battery because they dont want to do their job!! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Cam was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!!! I walked in there thinking my car had a majorly expensive problem and I walked out without having to spend a penny & my car is driving beautifully... NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

I had a great experience here! I needed more oil in my Subaru and Brandon, the most knowledgeable technician helped me with great speed and kindness! He even helped me put it into my car. It was a delight to work with him and I would be pleased to do it again!!

My check engine light came on and I stopped by for their free test. The man told my husband that they don't do this any more due to Covid. Then gave in and let my husband use the scanner to help us diagnose the issue. I asked them if I could have a print out so we could further look into the fix since there was more than one thing that could be the problem and they said that wasn't available. A couple months ago at an O'Reilly's in Bartlett I had received one so I wasn't sure why they didn't offer this service. Also if they we're so busy they couldn't come out I'm not sure why there were 3 employees sitting around. Guess they better remove this from their website... " If your Check Engine Light is on, our Professional Parts People will scan the code for you and provide a list of possible fixes."

Very helpful and friendly staff. Being an older female with severe back problems, it's hard for me to walk far or stand long, so when I visited this auto parts location on my way home from work, looking for a replacement blub for my Sorento, I was pleased to be waited on by the courteous young lady at the counter. When I couldn't find the bulbs I was looking for she looked for more in the back, found that they were out of stock but found that an alternate bulb could be used instead. All I had to do was wait while she did all of the leg work. I truly appreciated her professional matter and friendly attitude. I will definitely return to this O'Reilly for all of my auto part needs.

My car stop near this store today actually in kroger parking . On October 7 , and not move . When I ask them for help there manager franky and another person come to there and get a Jumpstart to my car . Then checking my car too. I am thankfully for all they help me . So nice

I wish I could give 0 stars. Oscar and Catarina are the most unprofessional, lazy, and rude people I ve ever had to deal with. I ve been going to O Reilly for my car needs since I bought my car, but not anymore. They both were clearly not wanting to help me with my simple car battery issue. After some back and forth and help from a friend they finally decided to take a look. But then didn t want to charge my battery to test it. They had issues with jumping my car, too. All simple stuff. On top of this, the whole time I was mumbled at, I could barely understand anything they said. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there, unwanted, and there was no reason because I wasn t rude and was trying to be very nice. I went to the Autozone down the street and every employee there talked to me like we were good friends, were nice, they were quick to help and did not question me at all. They charged my car, checked the battery, and got me a new one. I could ve bought my battery at O Reilly and be done, but at that point I was tired of being disrespected and ignored. I had to ask Catraina about 5 times what she was even saying the price of the battery was anyway. Just drive the extra minute down the street to Autozone, do not waste your time here.

You won't find any better service and you will not find anyone with better manners than Kenneth that works there he's absolutely helpful I recommend this place to anyone that needs anything or even any advice for their car or truck.

I am on a long road trip from New Mexico to Connecticut, and was having issues with my car battery in the middle of my trip. I pulled off I-40 to this neighborhood O Reilly Auto Parts in Memphis to assess the situation.Felicia tested the charge on my car battery and determined that it was reaching beyond it s usable capacity. I purchased a new battery and attempted to install it myself in the parking lot, only to struggle getting my socket wrench tool set from my car packed with all of my belongings, and further complicated by a sudden and violent downpour of rain. After retrieving the wrenches, I walked around to the front of the car where I found Felicia under the hood already loosening the case of the old battery, a gesture and assistance she was not required to do.We ended up discovering that my wrench set wasn t compatible with the length of the bolts that needed to be loosened to take out the dying battery, as we both stood at the open hood of the car in the pouring rain. Felicia ran inside to retrieve the necessary socket wrench set from the sale shelf (with sales tags still attached), to successfully free the dying battery. She quickly got the new battery installed, terminals lubricated, and connected to breathe new life into my vehicle. We both dashed back into the store with the old battery for recycling, drenched in rain water, but successful in our labor.I cannot think of how my situation would have ended up without Felicia s kindness and altruism to help a traveler in a vulnerable situation. My gratitude for Felicia s help is beyond measure. She deserves promotion to manager for her service. I am back on the road to my destination without delay because of her help.I will continue to give my business to O Reilly when auto service is needed. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend this O Reilly store for both general service and auto emergency situations.

Better than that other place,if you know what I mean. Usually helpful staff,have a larger inventory that most other auto parts stores. Prices comparable. Nothing special stands out for me.

Me and some friends went to Memphis to see a concert. I started having problems with the alternator which kept us in town over night. In the morning I drove to O'reilly's to buy the part and change it, which I had never done before and Anthony there was extremely helpful. He helped me out so much and saved me what would have been a lot of time. Give that man a raise, promote him, or whatever. He absolutely deserves it and was extremely helpful.

Stopped in for a quick visit at Cleveland location to p/u antifreeze and radiator thermostat . Customer service employee was friendly and professional for the most part.
