My experience at O Reilly's on Bellevue anx Walker in Memphis Tn was horable. They were very impatient and rude,rushing me out the store as if I'm a criminal. With that being said I will never return back to that particular store location

I have had bad experiences with this store. I would buy parts here with lifetime warranties. But when it comes to using the warranties, they can never find them in their systems. I've had this problem a few times and went through the process of trying to get help and no one gas helped me yet. I've called corporate office and no help. I believe after a customer purchase their parts, someone working in the store is refunding the customers purchases and pocketing the money. And there no trace of a purchase in your number, which they have to have to put your parts in warranty for the customers. And it takes them 30 plus minutes to get me out the store, because of all the inexperienced employees.

As a woman, I am very leery of going into auto shops for various reasons, particularly because there are mostly men. One man in particular has made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. First of all, he acts like he's not getting paid to help people and it's a problem when someone asks him for help (I have witnessed this happen to other customers and I have experienced this myself). TORIN is the rudest customer service rep. Aside from his constant rudeness, he argued with a customer on my most recent AND LAST visit. He was yelling, cursing and THREATENING a patron of this business. He was yelling his affiliation (gang maybe?), yelling where he's at "in the hood" and where he can be found. He threatened a customers life and I am so grateful that I didn't have my 3 year old daughter with me because she was suppose to be with me. Although this location is closest and most convenient for me, I WILL be burning more gas to go to the NEXT closest location just to avoid TORIN and his violent behavior and any violent repercussion that he may cause and bring to the store and any patrons that frequent that location or who maybe innocently shopping there. I give it two stars because aside from TORIN there are good people in the store. Yes he took the rating from FIVE to TWO.

K so I used to go to auto zone and everywhere else to get the points.but they just keep screwing you over on the points and I'm willing to bet if corporate looked at the numbers it would look normal.but for some reason I spend a hundred and get no points.they are getting spent somewhere .anywho my conspiracy aside . O'Reilly gives you that part the computer tells em to give ya .they just don't know the difference.its like when you go to Lowe's or home depot and there is no one to help ya thank god for utub.

The Workman ship at O'Reilly's was exceptional did not receive worker's name ,but he was wonderful.very professional and helpful as well

I call there yesterday and they have my parts and suppose to had them this morning and lady put me on hold and didn't never come back to phone finally I went to another one and got parts I don't think I want that experience again
