I frequent this location a lot since it is 5 minutes from my home. The crew that worked tonight were just there. Not hospitality whatsoever. The store smelled of marijuana. There was a gentleman who stated that he no longer works there, directing the gentleman who was working, to give his discount to a customer since his discount is still active. There was no sense of professionalism from anyone with a green shirt on. I will not be back to this location.

OReilly is a top auto parts store, but due to the increase in price, on everything I can no longer shop here.

Jason greeted me as soon as I opened the door who happened to be checking out a customer at the register. He had a upbeat attitude that should be the standard for most of their employees because they are always helpful.What impressed me about Jason was a he was able to work on two registers at the same time assisting me and another customer. Talk about multi talent He was able to do it without a flinch all the while keeping a positive attitude.I give this store location 5 .

I brought an unopened item back to this store with a receipt. The barcode was a bit faded but the barcode numbers were there. I was told that I had to drive all the way back to the location that I purchased it at because they couldn't scan the barcode....even though they clearly had an O'Reilly's receipt with a barcode number on it. This is why I stopped going to O'Reilly's.

Store staff was very rude and did not know how to do something as simple as give the right studs. Now I have to drive all the way to their distribution center to return the ones they gave me. Because they wouldn't take the wrong one back. They said my son said they look like the right ones so it was on us. I felt very disrespected by the employees at the Raleigh store and they had NO knowledge of auto parts at all.

Jaylon (hopefully I spelled it right) was so nice and helpful with replacing my battery. It was so cold out, and he didn't hesitate with helping me at all.

Many thanks to the incredible hospitable/professional/knowledgeable individual named Jeffrey. He was AWESOME in assisting me with my auto care needs. A few days later, I had the pleasure of returning to this location and had the pleasure of dealing with "Frank the Bank" of knowledge. He was of ALL-Star Quality...keep up the great job of hiring quality individuals like Jeffrey & Frank. PLEASE ADD ANGIE "the Angel" to the newest member of this All-Star team, she is knowledgeable, beautiful & knows even more about auto parts. Keep up the good work hiring quality individuals like Angie "the Angel."

I bought brake pads and shoes here. I dealt with two guys. The first was a large black gentleman and he was incredibly nice. I had to return because I ordered some brake shoes. This guy was Hispanic and very nice. They both helped me get these brake pads and shoes. PS I don't know there names.

I purchased wiper blades for my GMC and could not install them. I went back and the manager MR. Barron put them on in no time at. I told him that he was genius. I am now and always will be a happy customer.

It took half an hour to get checked out, which was odd. Why? Because there were two people at registers and only one other customer. Also, I knew what I needed and grabbed it myself. But at least they had my battery in stock.

It has always been my understanding in doing business dealing with people to always make the customer feel like they are important. Well cody made me think my money wasn't worth his time nor o'reillys. There was a gentleman standing in front of me needing a part looked at outside on his vehicle, so instead of checking me out as the gentleman suggested he do; cody walks outside like we're all the same with a smug look on his face then says he can wait, never asking me if i wanted to wait or be checked out.I'm going to say we had 4 yrs of that attitude in the white house, we don't want to see that trump attitude in Memphis at the stores we shop in.Please attend to this situation.

Very Unknowledgeable! The guy knew nothing about simplest thing but acted as if he did. I needed to drill out a broken bolt in the steering wheel of a customer's car and then use a tap so my steering wheel puller would screw in.First, he measured my bolt wrong and said it was an 8 x 1.25. Which I then found the tap for an 8 x 1.25 but it didn't tell me what size drill bit I needed. I asked him for help again and he stared at the drill bits like a deer in headlights. He said, "this looks like it will work" instead of pulling up a chart and that's when I got worried. Because he should know the bit needs to be pretty exact.I had to use my phone to find a chart and, turns out he was way off.I used the drill and tap since I didn't know at the time that I was told the wrong size of my bolt. And when I tried to screw in my bolt it slid right through the hole without even catching a single thread. That's when the nightmare began!I went back to O'Reilly but they didn't sell the 8 x 1.25 bolt that needed to be at least 4" or 5" long. I had to go to 2 other stores until I finally found one at a hardware store with a $10 minimum! Don't forget I was on a job at a customer's house while doing all this running around that I wouldn't have had to do if I was just told the correct size of my bolt in the first place!!!I wish I got the employee's name but I do still have the receipt. I will update this once I find out his name. Until then, stay away from this store unless you specifically know what part number you need!!!!!!

Must be under bad management! Ask for them to check check engine light and one person pointed to something and the other person laughed as they said can't do it! I don't see what was funny. Terrible customer service and I'm sure they'll be out of business at this location before you know it.

Not sure if they were shorthanded or the customer service representative did not care, but we all stood in line and there was no urgency to speed up the line. He could have apologized for the long wait.

Always have what I want some times employees are loud and have conversations that some wouldn't take kindly to but it doesn't bother me but would advise that they may wanna get a handle on that just cause everyone may not be as easy going as myself but me I live this location
