Tamika on 1st shift @ Winchester & hickory hill deserves a big raise but I don't know what I will do when she leaves cuz she says they don't pay her enough and any other OReilly im afraid 2go 2 cuz of terrible customer service

Great Customer Service!!!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles. AutoZone could learn a thing or two from them. Thanks O'Reilly's for making it easier for me to work on my own truck.

PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PART GO TALK TO TAMEKA AT THIS STORE! She was insanely helpful, knowledgable, knew exactly where everything in the store was, very friendly, and we were in and out in 5 minutes. I literally gave her a random broken part and she knew exactly what it was. Turns out I needed a whole assembly. She was great, needs a raise!

No other stores had the car part I needed in store or online.. except oreilly. If u order before 8am it says u will receive delivery next day at 8am.. but they alerted me around 4pm that same evening saying part is ready for pickup. Great

Guy with the dreadlock said that he couldn't help when I wanted my car codes scan because they can't come out at night. It's 6:26 pm.

Compared to AutoZone which has terrible customer service. O'Reilly's really stands out to greet all the customers coming in and the O'Reilly Associates are very polite at the cash registers. And I thank you for your business. AutoZone doesn't do this. As a matter of fact after my AutoZone visit I have to go around and look at the windows to find a manager's phone number so I could at least let them know that they do not have customer skills

I have been going to O'Reilly's for about 8 years. They have Great Customer Service, wether on the phone or in person. I never feel rushed, I always feel appreciated.

Wouldn't check my check engine light because of covid( you dont have to get in anyone's car to check a light) just a sorry excuse but you want people to buy parts from you guys!but there is a big sign out front that says free check engine light service and there wasnt a customer in the store!

Sold us the wrong size wipers for the car, didn t do the free installation and then argued that the wipers were the right size. Finally came out and realized they were wrong. Got a full refund and wen to Auto Zone where the right sized blades were 10 percent cheaper.

It was good they have mechanics on site here sitting on the lot that assists and do great work especially the man bishop in red truck

Went to this store and had a great experience with Raul he got everything I need and also gave me a good deal on all my parts and also installed my wiper blades.GREAT EXPERIENCE!

My battery was dropped at 8am came to pick it up at 5pm it haven't never been on charger. MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE.

Staff was really nice. I was there during a power outage. I was walking they let me use the restroom, and get out of the heat. I on foot at the time.
