I love O'Reilly's because they always have what AutoZone doesn't so I pump gas and my check engine light comes on instantly after pumping so O'Reilly's was 2 miles away so I went to put it on the machine to check the issue the worker refused to put it on the machine telling me wat he thinks happened never solving my issue I will never go to this location people don't do their job these days

I can clearly say that the place was clean! The experience was that we called from the parking lot and was put on hold. Waited for 3-minutes, and no response. I got out and went inside, 2-attendants, but moody attitudes. Another customer heard me asking for Lucas and helped me out with instructions and all! Other than that, It was cool.

O'Reilly's on Lamar was not check my auxiliary battery on my Mercedes Benz E350 I was going to buy a battery but they said they didn't have time to go to work putting the cover off and all that so I'm unsatisfied and bad report

The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The manager is a pleasurable to the customers and is always willing to go above and beyond. I would totally visit this particular store again for my auto parts.

People were nice but had a problem getting the part must have been a new employee but after the customers that were in the store left she showed the guy how to find the right belt it was just a long wait for a belt

Went in yesterday guy sold me the wrong the rotors for my truck. He didn't apologize or anything, but the young lady was apologized. He just was trying to get people out the store.

They tried to sell me items for more then the display said and tried insulting me saying that i couldn't pay for them. The money wasn't the point of it was the principal of the matter.
