I was making a turn onto summer from Shelby oak dr, my light was green and had the green arrow pointing left. This white truck of theirs was coming adjacent to me (their light was red) he was coming so fast as I made my turn we almost hit each other. I continued to drive and it s like this person had no patience nor cared about anybody else on the road, they were switching lanes and swerving their car like it was their road. They were not going the speed limit which is 40/45 . I was going 45. This is very inconsiderate and the company should educate their drivers on how to drive the company cars. I had my children in my car. At 2:29 they turned into their location, I called the establishment and I was placed on hold. I wanted to tell them to mention to their worker to be more considerate of others on the road since at that moment he was pulling in. Bad look for the company.

The manager at this location has a positive attitude and great customer service. Also the manager is well knowledgeable of his product and if they don't have it,he will find it.

Well stocked shelves. Prices on automotive bulbs and various HELP accessories were as reasonable as economy budget requires. Caught them in-progress of inventory and, I saw many varieties of cordless drills and accessories. Stop in just to browse, they got plenty of nik-nak shop items that make life a little easier. Counter service was friendly and attentive. Store was clean & neat.

It's hit or miss at this location. If a certain employee is there, he bends over backwards to make sure you're taken care of and I love it when I get him. I made a mistake on a heater core and had to go to Millington to get it addressed.

This NAPA store had some very interactive employees they were very helpful and very nice and were Hands-On and showing us exactly where the stuff needed to go and explain it to us exactly what stuff we needed although they did not have in stock what we needed they pointed Us in the right direction and we appreciated it

Just called the store. Customer service was awful! I had to repeat myself several times due to the guy not listening and asumeing what I m about to ask for. I had to say, No, I m asking for the price of the headlight itself, He replies, it s about $400. I ask could you tell me the exact price. He place me on a brief hold and told me it was $620. I asked him not to guess when someone is calling for a price. He says, yeah, then hung up the phone. Called Autozone they heard me the first time, gave me the total with taxes, and ended with is there anything else I can help you with. Poor customer service totally made NAPA loose out on this sell today.

This store is my go to location now whenever I'm in need of a new car part. I just found out they sell you the original parts for your particular vehicle. It's like going to the dealership, but the only difference is that you can choose your own mechanic(s) to perform the labor!

Veronica, store manager, took my customer service experience to the highest level. I had to return to the store after paying to pick up a part, it was raining. Veronica was standing in the door with the part. I did not have to get out of the car. Rolled my window down and She brought it to me, she got wet. No where else can you get this type service. Thank you Napa for hiring Veronica.

They re always putting you on hold and never coming back to the phone. I ve called 5 times this morning with the same outcome. It only takes a minute just to look up a part and give a price.

I've typically gone to the Raleigh location, but this one was closer and had the basic items I needed. Namely rear sway bar links.When I got them, they've sold me a pair in which both were of a different manufacturer. Also, one was a rebox and clearly used, and the other seemed blown as there was far too much play in the part. I wasn't informed of this and was sold as new. I should've checked the box. The nuts even had lock washers on them, making them useless.No doubt they both would have fit my car, but it was inexcusable two get such a mismatched pair and in such questionable condition.So I returned them a few days later and explained the issue. I was immediately met with hostility and told that they were fine. I insisted that it was not "fine" and a potential hazard. The clerk made a big show of giving me two new parts, actual NEW parts, of the same make. And that was that.The blunder from the start, and the unprofessional dismissal of my concern upon return is not what I'm used to when dealing with NAPA. I will continue using their inventory, but I wouldn't advise using this location at all.

I was driving an old Kenworth from west Virginia to Texas, and experienced an electrical short killing my batteries. My wife and I visited this store for heavy duty jumper cables. The young lady behind the counter not only got me the cables, but was able to put a smile back on my face amid the stress of being stuck so far from home. I called back a short time later to price commercial batteries, again the young man remembered me and was extremely helpful and gracious. I've used Napa some in the past, but after my cisit to this store, I'll be using Napa almost exclusively.

Needed a oil seal the guy said if it wasn't in the computer he couldn't help me . They used to measure things like that and could find it . Might not be the same manufacturer but it would work
