I definitely recommend this store, not only did they have what I needed after going to several auto part stores but there was a very nice tall black lady who helped me. She also brought the parts to my car and helped put them in the trunk for me. Excellent customer service

Hello, I don't know the young lady name, she works at the Napa on Ridgeway in memphis...she drives the pickup truck, very pretty...all I have to day is, if you don't know something about automobiles, trust me, she knows exactly what she's talking about...she's helped me everytime I went in there...today I thought I had an oil pan gasket leak, I talked to her cause I was buying more oil to put in my truck, she walked out and literally got down on one knee and suggested I look at the oil pan drain plug cause it has a gasket in it...I went home, crawled under my truck and come to find out, my oil filter was loose...she saved me money...the average guy would think she don't know anything about vehicles cause she's very pretty, but I don't know anyone else I'd talk to at a parts store...thank you again Ms (Damn, I didn't get her name), but just look for the dark pretty young lady...thank you again

I don't know who this man is, but he came through in my mother's darkest hour. It was last cold, raining, and the weather was predicted to get worse from here. We were struggling for about 5 minutes when he suddenly the sea parted and this wonderful man risked his health to help my mom put the windshield wipers on. He didn't accept our money but I truly hope he has blessings on his way!!

Went there to get a part. Guy at the front desk told me they didn't have it in stock. I then asked him if another location carried it. He pretended to look it up in the computer and told me it was at the Bartlett location. Drive more than 30 miles in 100+ degree heat only to find out the guy lied and they didn't even carry the part.

They tell you that all the parts came with a rotor and it doesn't.....you have to purchase all of the other parts separately, like ballbarens, back seal, cotter pin, locking nut & nut, dust shield or cover, packing grease, all of these part's doesn't come with the rotor and it should....

I think the employee is very polite and helpful, this young tall light skin man, make me feel comfortable with communication and consideration, and " REASONABLE" price parts that I will purchase it and he gave me some quotes paper to print out for me, too. Thank you young blood, I hope see you again, next time I see you try get your name, too

The service is EXCELLENT! The staff was more than helpful. The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable. She offered and explained promo deals which helped w/my decision to purchase more from this store. I definitely recommend this location. Great AA++ service.

Brandon helped me with my issue of being sold the wrong kind of oil from another Napa location. He did the right thing and worked it all out for the customer. I appreciated his great customer service and would recommend this store!

The women that work here are undesirable with their customer service, rude and on the phone while assisting a potential customer is disgusting.

I went there to buy some wipers for my car, I stood there for about 15 minutes the clerk was just walking back and forth no can I help you or anything. And he started talking on the phone so at that point I took my business somewhere else. I will not be going back there no time soon . Bad business

The BEST parts place in Memphis. They have GREAT selection and the guys behind the counter are outstanding. They even ordered my parts and had them in just a few hours.

Called in for parts and they tried and over pricing the parts called another local napa and the pricing was half of what this store tried and sell me
