As always, great service from awesome people. Rocky has worked on both of my cars and always does great work. He always looks out for the customer- not the profit and is one of the most personable people I've met in Memphis. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Great experience! I had my car towed to Central Automotive with a dead battery, after a AAA battery tech told me that my alternator was bad. I was dreading the expense that would inevitably come with the installation of a new alternator and battery. Central Automotive ran diagnostics on my charging system and determined that the alternator was charing within acceptable limits.They replaced my battery, did a courtesy inspection of the vehicle and suggested (but did not hard-sell) some maintenance work. I was back on the road in a couple hours. The service advisor was friendly, straightforward, and even cleaned greasy smudges off the upholstery that were left by the tow truck driver. Above and beyond!

The customer service and mechanics knowledge at Central Automotive is top notch. It's nice to walk in and have your issues taken care of in a timely and efficient manner without breaking the bank. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else for service.

I'm giving two stars only because they couldn't fix my problem. They are not LGBT friendly. Maybe one person was nice to me. I'm a Trans Woman if you need to know. I brought my truck in because it was running hot anf quitting on me. The fixed the quitting part and assumed they fixed the over heating problem. They didn't fix the over heating problem and they temporarily fixed the quitting problem. They gave me my money back for the over heating problem and told me to take it elsewhere. I was still out of 1200$ for the quitting problem.

Painless auto repair. Comfortable waiting room and good coffee. Friendly atmosphere, up-front information about the work to be done, reasonable prices, competent work. Yes, I'll be back...because now and then my car wants more attention than I can give it...and I've found Central to be a good place to take it.

I called a couple of months ago to find out how much it would cost for a tune up on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The lady that answered the phone said she would have to look up the price and would get back to me in the morning, but never did. I finally called back and she said she forgot to get back to me. Strike one. (Went somewhere else). Then a couple of days ago my fuel pump went out and decided to try them one more time. Same lady answered and said the same thing, that she would look up the price and get back to me first thing in the morning. Again, she did not call back. Strike two. In my game, you only get two strikes and your OUT. I guess they must be SO busy that they don't need new customers.

I have been using the services at Central Automotive for MANY years !!!! Goodmechanic's are HARD to find, but the service at Central Automotive has always been very good !!!! Thanx for the many years of great service !!!! I will continue to use their services.

Nice to be able to trust a repair shop and not worry about unnecessary work being performed on your vehicle. The Holliday s have been working on my vehicles for over 28 years.

The mechanics got a lot of knowledge on german cars , specially BMW, the price is rigth on the repairs, I will recomend this place if you have a german vehicle!!

This place is a ripoff. Suggested repairs not necessary. Brought car elsewhere, got it fixed for much less.
