After the winter storm on December 22, 2022, I had a collision accident in Memphis that destroyed my bumper. It was hard to find places to work my car, in the small time after the holiday before New Years.After calling around many businesses, Mr Touchup's was willing to help me out and get my car fixed up fast, which I really appreciate. I setup a collision repair with them and mentioned I wanted OEM parts and they were quick to give me an estimate. They got my car done fast in 2 days and initially the repair looked very nice body wise.After some inspections myself, I noticed a few things. I had mentioned to them that I wanted my windshield wiper motor system replaced, as that had gotten damaged during the collision and that I wouldn't mind paying for it. That was ignored and not put on the invoice initially, hence they did not fix it. They said they would take a look but left it as is. After looking a bit closer, I also noticed that the left fender, that was replaced, is not an OEM part at all. It sticks out next to the hood and rubs against the left side driver's door. I am not sure if any other parts used are aftermarket but this one clearly is. Noticed a bolt missing in the driver's door as well. The invoice stated I was being charged for OEM parts so that's what I thought I would receive.I was initially going to leave a 4 star review but it has to be 3 stars after being lied to about having OEM parts only. I appreciate the quick work on my car to get me back on the road, none the less.In response to the owner's reply:Hey Lee, appreciate the quick response back.Regarding my travel, I was looking to get back Friday but wanted OEM parts. I would have paid for expediated shipping for OEM parts if that was possible. I was not informed at all that they were not OEM parts.Regarding bolts, my front door is scratching the fender every time it opens so I will have to get that checked out. Some bolts holding the fender on that side are missing as well.Regarding the windshield washer, I think my reservoir was damaged and split the hose after my accident. I wanted all the windshield related things checked while the body was being repaired. If there was a possibility to repair that as well, I didn't mind being charged more.I'm satisfied with the repair job just wish it was a little more transparent.MatthewService: Body & Trim

I had them fix and paint my bumper six months later; the clear coat started peeling. So my husband called them, and the guy stated that we should drop it off to him for three days to put on a clear coat. And I have to pay him. He is crazy. So I told him I was not dropping off my vehicle because it the only vehicle I have and not going to leave my truck with them. He got upset and told me to find someone else.Service: Paint repair

Steve does a wonderful job. Had some damage on my vehicle, and everyone in town was quoting a couple months out. Called up Mr. Touchup, he got me in and out in a timely manner. Very professional, and my jeep looks like a brand new car. Also I really appreciate the fact that they don t only take insurance but you can also pay cash out of pocket. Took it in one morning at opening. Picked up the next morning ...my 2018 Tesla model 3 pearl white (a challenging color) they fixed 5 bumper scratches and repainted the bumper and it looks great. Good team ... good work....great company vibe by Lee and team ... fair price. They also gave me some touch up for my black rims. These guys are for scratch and dent and good auto paint what Jerry s is for a Sno Cone ... Memphians will get that.

This place was perfect to work with in July 2022. I needed the front bumper repainted on a 2003 Camry as well as the headlights and fog lights polished. He quoted me a fair price and the work was completed ahead of schedule. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. They were absolutely great to work with. Will use them again to touch up vehicles in our work fleet. They also do auto detailing. The paint on the car is faded and dull. I asked if the could bring it back to life. There were honest with me and said they could make it look good for a few months and it will go back to looking like it is now. I believe most places would have told me a different story. From the reasonable estimate to the excellent customer service, I was impressed with Mr. Touchup's Bumper Repair. My car looks brand new and the cost of repair was more than reasonable. Steve did an amazing job at getting my Jeep Wrangler bumper fixed! It looks brand new!! And he had it done in one day! We searched around and got a lot of unreasonably priced quotes to pull the dent out of my hard plastic bumper, but these guys were reasonably priced, quick, and did better than I could have asked!! I won t be taking my cars anywhere but here from now on for body work!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service!! Excellent staff!! Excellent price. The great reviews on here were the reason I chose this place and, believe it or not, they surpassed all expectations!! I had the bumper and door scratches on my car done here and it looks like new!! Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I recommend Mr. Touch-Up Bumper Repair to anyone needing paint repairs! I have a 2006 BMW 325i sedan (Arctic Blue, a BMW only color) that I purchased new and have enjoyed all these many years with no car note. I recently had the interior restored, invested about $5K proactively into engine upgrades and other mechanical items, then decided I wanted to have the bumpers repainted to factory appearance and have some minor body touch up work done. I called a premier body shop in town specializing in Mercedes and BMW repair and they quoted way more than Lee Rich (Mr Touchup's Bumper Repair Inc) quoted for the same work. Lee and his team repainted my bumpers to perfection and touched up some minor scratches. I highly recommend their services.

Bought a car and had the bumper get scratched up accidently in the parking lot due to no fault of my own. The person responsible, car company, and Mr Touchup took care of it and he did an amazing job. My car still looks new, like it never even happened. I'd highly recommend.

Took my car in today and Lee and Joe reattached a part that was torn off of my car. I have used them several times. They always do excellent work at reasonable prices. They are very honest, good people. I would highly recommend them for auto body work.

I spoke with Lee today about repairing a grille for my car and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Instead of taking my money, he suggested that I purchase a new grille because it would cost more to repair the grille. Mr. Touchup s Bumper Repair, Inc. is the place to go to repair or replace your bumper. I will surely do future business with Lee and his company. Thanks.

Just purchased my 2017 Armada and unfortunately let the garage door down and had a small scrape and chipped paint on the bumper. Stopped by to see what they could do and not only did he buff out the white scuffs but also painted the small chips with the exact color of my car at no charge. Very nice people and I really appreciated the service!

Took my car to get my rear bumper fixed and painted. Got my car back the next day and i was very happy with their work. Also, Mr. Lee Rich doesnt try to rip you off like some of the other companies out there. His price was almost half of what the other companies asked for. Highly recommended!

Mr. Touch-up is fabulous!!! Lee is the nicest, most honest person I've ever dealt with in the car business. Unbelievable customer service and amazed by the cost; I would have paid at least double, if not more, at other body shops.If you ever need your car repaired go see Lee first, you will be very glad you did!!!

I took my 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring to the staff at Mr. Touch-Up's Bumper Repair on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 12:00pm. Earlier that morning I was backing out of my parking space when I turned "too short", and scrapped the front end of my bumper! It looked horrible, and paint was missing. After searching Google and asking for recommendations from Friends I came across a life saver, Mr. Touch-Up's Bumper Repair .The staff were courteous, friendly and polite! They also arranged for Enterprise Car Rental to come pick me. To my surprise, I received a phone call around 7:30am on Friday, October 28th to inform me that my car was ready. Mr. Touch-U repaired my vehicle in ONE DAY. I am so appreciative for their service!As a suggestion (not a complaint), I would recommend that the business hires or delegates someone to wash the customers car after their service is complete. The outside of my car was very dusty and the inside on the drivers side was dusty too.I will most definitely be a repeat customer should anything else happen.

If I could give this man 10 stars, I would. Absolutely outstanding service, with speed! Car had minor damage to paint on bumper; fixed it within 24 hours, car looks absolutely brand new!I will use this man and his team till the day I die, or him first. 110% recommended!

Two days after buying my new car, I pulled too far into a parking spot and scratched the bumper. I brought it to Mr Touch-up and he buffed the scuffs out and touched up the paint for me on the spot. He has earned himself a customer for life.

If you're tired of being put off by other repair shop's rudeness and unwillingness to work with you, give this place a try. Lee was patient to get me the repairs I needed at a reasonable price. I will absolutely pay for quality work, but I also want to know what I'm being charged for and why.Very professional. Excellent work. I will be taking any future repairs here!

After finding out that my car was not an total lost, I still couldn't find someone to do my bodywork or other additional problems. I depended on GOOGLE!! Thankfully it lead me into great hands. When I tell you, my car looks brand new and I was at a lost for words. Bodywork issues or whatever, Mr.Touch-Up's is the place to go!!! Thank you again Mr.Lee Rich. You are a true blessing!!!

I have taken my truck there twice after getting estimates in the thousand dollar range...they are waaayyyy cheaper and the work is absolutely perfect. Quick turn around. Great customer service.

The guy who painted my hood and bumper was in a hurry. Brought it to them freshly detailed . I get it back with dried up paint and dust all over the car, thank god it came off. As well as the floor board. A few specks on the hood where they missed spots I paid cash with no receipt I guess I learned my 800 dollar lesson.

Lee is so helpful and knowledgeable. He and his staff are so talented. I would recommend him to ANYONE that needs body work on their vehicle. Very reasonably priced!!!
