I'm sure I've already left a review for this place, but I'm so happy with them I'll leave another. This is my go to mechanic. After years of being scammed and over charged by FireStone and similar shops, it's so refreshing to work with a small business that cares about their work and their customers.Honest, good working group of people here. Thanks as always, Mosley's!

I hope they remember Darryl with the civic. I brought my car to them twice, they never took advantage of me like other mechanic. Very honest man runs that business. It s either Mr Mosley himself or a nice person at the desk. Please never change up guys

This will always be the first place I take my vehicles for anything. They always communicate everything really well, are fairly priced, and are super professional. I can't recommend them highly enough

I don't recommend this place at all considering the experience I had with them. Luckily I did not let them work on my car as I never made it past the front desk.I did not appreciate being yelled by that old man behind the counter. I'm advising anyone to avoid this business at all costs. Luckily for that old man that yelled at me like that, I happen to be a law abiding citizen and a mature adult, I also happen to be a veteran that served my country faithfully for 6 years. I could have escalated the situation into something really ugly, but I chose to be a mature adult and walk away from the situation. I think businesses that allow this sort of rude and obnoxious behavior should close down

The most trusted shop in Memphis TN to me. I have had my cars serviced there, never a problem. I have refered female friends to them, they experienced the same fair treatment. You are family and safe here.

Moseley s has been truly great! The work done to my car is always explained and is also priced fairly. I have never felt like they were being dishonest with me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

This family owned business goes above and beyond to help you in any way they can. Once we found Moseley s we have used them for all oil changes, brakes, starter, etc I would recommend them 100/100.

This place is wonderful when it comes to auto repairs. I didn't realize I had a few major issues with my car, and they were able to detect those issues within an hour or less. They were extremely helpful with explaining what was wrong and simplifying terms for me. My car was also ready for pick-up within 24 hours. The issues that were wrong were noticeably better.

I can't say enough good things about this place. My family has been going here since I was little, and as an adult now this is the only trusted place I will take my car! I recently moved to Memphis and this place was recommended by several of my neighbors in SIP. I see now why this place has such wonderful reviews. This is a family owned place that is 100% transparent and doesn t try to oversell you anything. I came in for general maintenance on their busiest day and they fit me in no problem. They also gave me a heads up of some issues that were likely going to need to be addressed soon which was helpful to financially prepare for. They have a great play area for kids with a Fisk tank which my 18mo loved. I ve since recommended this place to several of my friends and family and they have had nothing but positive things to say. My only negative is that the sitting area could be spruced up a bit-definitely an older building with older furniture. But otherwise 10/10 recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I move from Nashville where I got my favorite shop and they always was doing great job on my car,unfortunately I got problems with my vehicle, my friend recommended Moseley for repair and I have to say it ,,, they are best shop what I was dealing with, very professional all around , highly recommended

Always supplies me with great service! The pricing is fair, and they never try to push unnecessary added costs onto the bill. Fixed my wipers when 2 other mechanics tried and failed. And charged less than the other companies! I definitely found my new mechanic!

Moseleys is truly a family feeling ran company. Fixed the AC on my 2010 Corolla and it s like brand new!! Highly recommend for all future car problems and maintenance.

This shop and the people who run it are awesome. Efficient, knowledgeable, and transparent, they always told me exactly what I needed done and have reasonable prices. I dealt with multiple cases of my catalytic converter being stolen or damaged, and they were very helpful and worked everything out with my insurance easily.

the old man behind the counter has a horrible, rude, and nasty attitude! he should not be working the front desk as his communication skills are horrible. he is not friendly! I used to always bring my car to the shop for routine oil changes and I would always get a very uneasy feeling from the old man. I called months ago and he literally yelled at me over the phone and said can I just talk to you like I talk to my daughter? ABSOLUTELY NOT! for one I am not your daughter and I would feel horrible if I was his daughter because he has such a rude and nasty mouth! I am not the only one who feels like this. if you scroll down the comments you will see where someone else stated that they also had a uneasy feeling from him. also if you scroll down the comments you will see where a woman commented and he asked her daughter if she just wants to hit her mother sometime. I am not surprised that he said that because as I previously mentioned he has a rude and nasty mouth. if you are a woman who doesn't know anything about cars please be aware! the old man is highly rude, doesn't have any patience, and lacks customer service skills. I received a much better experience at unidos auto repair. the owner was very friendly and we had a great conversation while I waited to get my car serviced. there a newer mechanic shop right across the street. do yourself a favor and take your car to unidos instead!

Refused my business because I wasted his time by not waiting all weekend to get my car worked on when I have full time work obligations (including weekends) and orthopedic therapy to worry about. Very unprofessional. I ve been looking for a missing pet all weekend while dealing with a life changing medical diagnosis and just praying to God that everything would work out with my car. The shop I had it towed to didn t fix anything/misdiagnosed the problem, and these guys decided to rub salt in the wound instead of helping out. I honestly don t even know what to say.

I would recommend this place to everyone. I have recently had problems at automotive places where men would act condescending towards women. This place is literally the opposite. I hate taking my vehicles in for anything. I don't know enough about them and have to just trust a mechanic, which is nerve-racking. Based on just Google reviews, I went to Mosely's when my truck wouldn't start. I am glad I did. They were nice, efficient, and I definitely felt like I could trust what they were telling me. It was also very reasonably priced.Then, because my luck sucks, I had a problem with my other vehicle the next week (after no problems for a long time). I took my car in and they quickly diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of.Two thumbs up. I will be back, for sure.

I am sure this shop can do very good work, but for who is the question..... In all honesty I've had one good experience here, with the owner's son, but I had a bad feeling about the old man. He seems polite enough, but I can feel the contempt in his demeanor. The son fixed my AC once, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I have frequented the business several other times following this, and the old man was up front instead of the son. The old man would always say they are booked up, even though there are no cars in the bays and the technicians are just standing around, or quote me a ridiculous price, and even when I made an appointment, he said the job would take all day. I can take a hint, but I thought money was just money. I guess some things never change with people, they just try to hide it better now. Best of luck to them.....Service: Air conditioning

I have had the best experience with this shop. I am not from around here and have moved for school, I wish I found them sooner.I m always nervous bringing a car to a shop for the first time with the fear of being screwed over. But not this shop, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop, the mechanics and how they work with you and how they explain everything with such great detail.I would recommend them 100%. Always the best quality.

They were very professional and kind. I hadn't had AC in my truck in over a year. They diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost. I was out of there in good timing. My son asked me yesterday could I turn the AC off cause he was cold. In other words...job well done! I don't trust ANYONE with my truck. But, sadly "mechanic" is not one of my strong suits. Mr Moseley is my mechanic from here on out. As long as they'll have me.

Took my Nissan Maxima, which needed a new radiator, to Moseley's to get repaired.Allen was very professional and thorough in diagnosing everything bad needed repairing or replaced; no schemes and no gimmicks.My car was repaired and ready to ride it one day and I was very relieved and thankful. The cost wasn't too bad and I definitely I would recommend them to anyone who needed their vehicle fixed professionally!

I am so happy I was referred to Moseley s. They are very reasonably priced, but more importantly, they are professional and reliable. They go above and beyond. I took my car in for brakes. My tire pressure light had been on for years. I just assumed the sensor was broken because it stayed on even when I filled the tires to spec. I didn t mention it to them. Just needed brakes done. Well, I was so surprised when I picked it up and they had found a leak in one of my tires and patched it for free and also found that the spare tire had been low! I never even thought to check the spare! That is why the light has stayed on for years. Just that small thing they did proves to me that they are a superior business. I will never go to another mechanic!Service: Brakes
