My best friend had a flat tire on her way home. Called for services and was quoted a price. Services were REQUESTED but after a little over 2 hours of WAITING a technician never arrived. Please note ETA for technician arrival was 1 hour and no further information was communicated regarding a revised ETA. Called another company who arrived in 5 minutes and made repairs within 15 minutes. Seem like nice people based on phone etiquette but nice didn't fix my bestie's tire. Your word should be your bond personally and professionally.

My tire went flat dropping the kids off at school this morning. I wobbled on to the house and had no one to call to help remove this tire. I found him on Google and he came within 20 minutes to my location. His service was quick, and he was friendly! Well worth the price for a tire change on wheels! Thanks!

Second time I've used their services and both times I was given tires that thread separated with knot in tire I even left a $5 tip the last time to only find out he put the side with knot on tire on inside

This is the worst place you can ever spend your money for a tire. First they put the wrong size tire on my truck so when I bring it to their attention they say we will return with the proper size. That has never happened I've called several times only to hear I'll have someone there within an hour. I called yesterday and he he said he was sending someone that never happened I called to see if they were coming got no answer. So I texted got no response so now today is Sunday September 10,2023 and they will not answer my phone or my text. They put me and my child life at risk by not doing what I paid for it's been since May. I have not been able to move my truck I'm having to pay for Ubers to move around that's extremely costly. Mobile tire service trust and believe me when I say until you refund me my money or replace my tire you're going to get a negative review daily. Since I'm having a new tire put on somewhere else you're in for a problem. I feel you took advantage of me because I was a woman but the worst of it all is the fact you took the old tire that was full of nail holes patched it up and sold it to someone who didn't have a clue to your actions. If what I'm saying is incorrect take that up with the guy you sent to replace my tire I have a witness to the conversation that took place. It's sad that you run a scamming business legally but you will not prosper doing people dirty. I'm reporting you to the BBB that's for sure.

Had a blow out on the freeway ..Labor Day ..managed to get the cheater tire on but unable to find tire repair (and we were 60 miles from Memphis!) We just happened to drive past a nearby business that directed us to Brothers. We were met by friendly, kind, professional people who had a used tire on no time! Highly recommend this company!

These guys came from Memphis to Oakland on Christmas Eve to help me out. Everyone else was closed or couldn t drive that far. Even the options nearby wouldn t help me because it was Christmas Eve. These guys did the job they re the only folks I call when it comes to mobile tire service. I haven t had no luck with anyone else these guys are legit

Tire got blown in the middle of Interstate, and help arrived literally 10 minutes later. Got the tire hooked and git moving.Thanks so much!!!

This service is fabulous. He arrived faster than a towing service. Had the size we needed in stock. Popped the tire off, put the new one on and we were off. We couldn t have asked for better help at 9:00pm at night. He was also very reasonably priced for an emergency service. I highly recommend him!

Bro told me he was coming back with the other tire and bring me the right sized one to replace the one he put on. That s was 12 hours ago. I was quoted 11am and it s now 2 and my calls not text are being answered. Dude who fixed the car was cool but I missed a whole shift waiting on them and they they never showed up. Just poor communication and no follow through

Had a complete tire blowout on my BMW 535I. Got a replacement tire and it was installed. The tire was stubborn to get off but he did it. Thanks and we'll worth it. Appreciate the time and professionalism.I definitely would recommend this service.

These Guys Are Top Notch! Quick reply on an after hours call 45 min away! If you need something in the Memphis Area, Do not hesitate to call them they will take care of you (or your stranded kiddos like me)

We were hundreds of miles from home, four women coming from a church service, when we caught a flat. The owner and workers at Mobile Tire Service gave us excellent service and made us feel safe. I highly recommend the business. God bless Mobile Tire !Service!

I want to first thank you for coming to my rescue !!! I am extremely happy with the service. The service was wonderful and your team was very friendly!!! I know it was cold out there but she did not complain not one time about what she was doing!!!! It took her no time to change my tire!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! Full service mobile tire shop. Amazing service they will come to you if you can't make it to them. After hours work is a little extra which is expected. Service is friendly and swift they were prepared had everything needed to complete the task.

I called and told the repairmen my location. He said it would be 20 minutes and he were on time and got my tire changed in less than 10 min. I appreciate him a lot for being on time due to me needing to be at a meeting.

Thanks for coming to my rescue so last minute after 3 people told me they where coming and stop responding Mobile Tire Service answered on the first ring and continued to communicate with me while in route. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great service Great price!

Definitely gained a new customer! I had a tire that kept going flat. I needed to get a new quickly and didn'twant to risk driving on a bad tire with my 5 year old in tow! He was professional and nice! I sent a text and showed up! He was on point! He was quick! I bet he could work on professional racing teams in the pit! Lol! He was fast and new what he was doing! Now that I know about him I will be going to him for all of my tired needs! Awesome guy!!

He told me that he would be there to fix my tire. Left me sitting there for over an hour before I changed it out and put the spare on. Quit responding to text messages and wouldn t answer the phone. Be aware.
