This shop pretty ruined the entire back of my car and refused to stand by their shoddy work. There is hardware missing, visible drip marks in the paint, paint inside my wheel wells, my back up camera isn t functional, parts are loose, air bag/seat belt service light still on, spare tire never ordered or stolen. The air bag service light is related to repairing seatbelt sensors but as far as I m concerned if the SERVICE light is on, it needs to be verified that it s operational. If it needs to be reset and they don t have the proper equipment, they shouldn t have accepted the job. A spare tire was lost during my wreck and insurance replaced. However after waiting and waiting and no return calls or communication from the shop, I assume they didn t bother ordering or it was lost. The inside of the shop was cluttered and messy with zero organization. I would have never chosen this place, insurance had my car towed to them and they tore my cars apart before I could object. This place gives off chop shop insurance fraud vibes. He also doesn t accept a credit card for anything, I would assume to avoid chargebacks due to poor workmanship and refusal to take accountability. Stick to the bigger name shops who can actually provide quality work and will stand by their work.

I would have given them 5stars because I am a stickler for great customer service. Due the the two mishaps I dropped a star. The owner or man I dealt with was amazing and really aware of service. I think he had an apprentice to work on my truck (I really don't like that but I'm always willing to give someone a shot). Carlos was his name. He was not enthused about the job but it didn't take away from his performance. During the installation my mirror was cracked and I was told that my second would be installed free. That did not happen. Next after the replacement of the second mirror the apprentice had problems with putting everything together. My door gets stuck to where I can't open the door. He also replace mirror without putting cushion in which caused the window to hiss as I drive. It was fixed and I feel that during that time I when the problem with the door arose. They are ready to correct a mistake but oh do I wish it wouldn't have been a problem. Thanks MJ Auto for taking care of my car news. Now can we not allow allow apprentice to work on expensive vehicles without constant supervision.

My car was wrecked and MJ brought it back to life and it was done in a months time. Very friendly service I would recommend MJ auto shop for all your auto body needs

My car was destroyed from the back nearly impossible to fix but MJ Auto Body did their thing and made it possible. Made my car look brand new with a great price. Thank you all so much. I bought car from him car was looking outside awesome, but internally car having problems and he said he will take care of me for engine and transmission. After few weak transmission is messed up he was given another transmission which is also used and not good enough. I everyday contacted with him to help me because I am student I spend 6000 USD and car is useless.They know all the car issues but still they given us hope and let us buy and we trust them and at the end we lost money for nothing.

Words from a mechanic that worked on my car after them whoever worked on your car has your bumper pinned up with nails used for Speaker boxes or something, they rigged it. Plus MJ had my car for 1.5 months at that and somebody stole the Bluetooth out my car lol. This that one shop I tell everybody when speaking on worst experiences. Cheap, lol it s a reason. But I chose this shop because it was close to the house. Take your insurance to the yt folks that s going to give you a Warranty, simple. Bumper and hood still wasn t 100% and Paint eventually peeled. Only replaced what I can see and pocketed the rest. To h** with these folks. And this happen a few years ago. Just realized I never left a review so here it is. Happy New Year

They did a great job on my Genesis g80. I had bumper damage. They matched my paint perfectly and did a great job replacing my rear bumper. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And they had reasonable prices. Great job

I have been wanting to get my car fixed for 3 years after an accident and wasn t able to pay out of pocket for the cost. I took my car to these guys, got a quote and bit right away! Do not come here if u want to save your money and time. They never keep you updated on what s going on with your car, they only take cash app so u can t be refunded your money, if they make a mistake on your car they won t fix it. Literally worst shop in the city , just unprofessional

WARNING!!!! Do not DARE TO GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM. BE CAREFUL !!! They STOLE my car, I am going to process legally from now. My car had a transmission issue and gave it to them, they ask you get transfer money through cash app and not through your bank. They took my car 3 months back and they never answer calls nor respond. I had no other option so visited the place and saw my car in a very bad conditions with few other dents which were not there when I gave my car to them. I have even called them a minutes back posting this, as usually they did not answer the call. I WARN DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM. I have spent hundreds on dollars on my transportation ( uber and lyft ) from the day I gave my car to them, they are merciless human beings, showing no concern towards their customers.Proceeding legally is the only option I have now.

Unprofessional service. Had bumper work done and its already coming apart in less a month. Car was not serviced in a timely manner, which was promised. Wrong hubcap was ordered And not even put on car or was I even reimbursed. Mechanic was late everyday. Staff lied and played games about my car being ready for a week. Further damage was done to my car in the process of it bring fixed. I'm so hurt about being beat out of money. I will never go back, not even to fix the mistakes!

Don t buy car them they are simply cheating you, after they are cheated you they will not answer the calls making always story. I don t recommend anyone to get any services from them

NEVER GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM, you guys have to beg to get your car back, I DID NOT GET MY CAR YET, I might have to proceed legally. He will not return your car, nor get your work done but ask for payment before they start the work. I have been cheated guys, do not do the same mistake.

They cheated with everything, I bought a car from them and the owner told me it's 2012 then when I signed up I was shocked it's 2011 why he's lying to the ppl , for much more money ! Never buying a car from them , they took many months to fix it. They are not professional enough at all.

Took my car there for a free estimate they said they're going to save me my deductible I said if you have to cut any Corners I don't want you to I'll take it to the dealer and pay the $500 sure no problem MJ Junior says went met with him saw they were not equipped to fix my car to my satisfaction told him I didn't want to use them they immediately made up work that they did not do and they wanted me to have my insurance company pay them up front for they even would get started but when I said I don't want to use them all of a sudden they had got started they bought a door for it everything they're nothing but Crooks I have pictures showing they didn't touch my car then when I show up to get it with the police and another tow truck after they're making me pay them $350 to get the car they got rush in and take my door off so they're nothing but Crooks they also walked across my hood causing more damage
