Went there on 02/23/24 for the first time to have my 2018 Mercedes Benz C-class AMG oil changed. The receptionist Madison was very friendly, engaging, and professional. They even offered to wash my car (I guess it s customary) but I declined. The reason I declined is because my lazy self had already washed/ detailed my car 2-days prior. In conclusion, I recommend this company!

Very professional, knowledgeable trustworthy, and excellent customer service. I bought a used car and after 5 monthsOn my first visit, I went to get my oil changed and was told I didn't need an oil change yet. Great, they washed my car and I told them, I would come back.A few months later my battery light came on early one morning. I called Autowerk and their truck was due in by 2 p.m. with batteries. Called other companies to get a replacement but no one could help.At 1 p.m. they called and told me to come in their batteries had arrived and they worked me in, so I purchased a new battery. They took very good care of my battery needs within an hour.I was very thankful because my nerves were on edge thinking my car might just stop on me anytime.I went to Mercedes Benz of Memphis by 10 am to see if they had batteries and they couldn't work me in for 4 days.I am glad the Autowerk battery was less.Madison the receptionist was so nice and helpful.

I was referred by my cousin and the service completed confirmed what he stated, fast work and friendlycustomer service, myhubby and I even made a couple of friends while we waited.

I brought my car to get my engine replaced. Prior to the engine replacement I had no issues with my cold air intake afterwards it was throwing a code. I took my car back to the shop 3 times and they failed to resolve the issue. I took my car to AG motorsports and they fixed the issues immediately. I told them about this and asked for reimbursement and nothing was made to help out.

This place is great! Customer service is great . Their knowledge when it comes to repairing foreign cars is great! I have a newer model Mercedes and will not take it anywhere else but Midtown Autowerks. Oh! And, let me not forget about the nice wash job you receive after your car has been serviced. I called Shane to explain our check engine light situation on our Mercedes. While he said they were booked three weeks out, he offered to have me bring it in so they could put the computer on it to check the codes to find out if it was safe to drive, since we're moving in less than three weeks. i brought it in, Brandon could not have been more cordial, professional and helpful. They cleared the codes and weren't even going to charge me! I insisted on paying! These guys are awesome. Don't go to a Mercedes dealership, these guys are WAY better...and I know from experience.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am so excited about this establishment. My convertible top wouldn't work at the eve of Summer. I took my car in and was initially told by the mechanics that Shane couldn't fix it due to a aftermarket radio interfering with the signal. I asked them to try again because my radio and top have been working for a long time with no problem. I had faith that they could figure out the issue. Shane went back in and found the culprit. It was the limit switch in my headrest. My top has worked every since. Midtown Autowerks has gained a customer for life. Love it! Customer Service at its best!

Shane & the entire crew @ Midtown Autowerks are THE BEST!!! They've diagnosed/serviced my Mercedes 4 more than 6 yrs & just took my Porsche 4 scheduled maintenance a couple days ago Had 2 lock in that appt 6 wks. ago bcuz they are ALWAYS booked!! HIGHLY recommend Midtown Autowerks 4 Any maintenance or repair on import vehicles bcuz they mos def save u $$$$ compared 2 any dealership srvc dept

Very happy with the post flood assessment we received. My husband has been dealing with this service for years. I found everyone friendly, the garage working areas immaculate. Infact the garage area is almost odor free, work areas are neat and organized. That leads me to think they take great care in the care they provide to customers cars. My car needed a new battery and thankfully had no water damage. Give them business.

This was my first time taking my car to these guys. They were referred by another local mechanic whom I have always taken my cars. The service was FANTASTIC! What a great experience. Locally owned, super clean workspace, and they washed my car before pick-up. I will 100% be going back to this group again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND***'

Great shop, honored their warranty for a full repair at no cost to me. They worked my car in without an appointment after calling that morning. Great shop, great customer service and a great location for midtown. Will definitely be back for all my Mercedes needs.

Purchased a Mercedes from the owner Shane Herber and I am VERY pleased with price of vehicle and its condition is a 10/10. Shane and his crew are the BEST and most reasonably priced European car repair shop. Flawless, timely and on budget work which will have me back again and again.

I truly must say, this was one of my best car experiences. I definitely will be using them for all future repairs and services!!! Didn't know what to expect when I arrived, being it was my first time. Everything turn out ok. I was pleased at the service I received. Everyone was pleasant and nice. Wow! Been going here for 3.5 years for my Mercedes. I first heard about them when I asked around bc the dealership wanted to charge me $700 to replace a headlight. Turns out I just had some faulty wiring in my parking light and they fixed it no charge. I ve been going there ever since. Spent a good deal of money over the years bc I know I can trust them. They re fast, reliable, and trustworthy. Can t recommend them enough.

Top notch!!! I have been here multiple times, the price is always more than reasonable, service is timely and perfect. Not only do they do superb work, they also recommend other places for your other car needs that are also great. First class business all the way around!! Highly recommended!

Great staff very friendly i just had a problem with my altenator and thought they may have got tge wrong 1 for my now i have to take my car back to them to fix

Took them my car for transmission service.. And not 3 days after my car was returned, the transmission and my engine(my engine had no issues before they worked on my car) were failing.. Took my car back, took them 3 weeks to even work on it again and i received a call from them telling me a computer in my ECM was failing and that they had not the ability to fix it. And told me they wouldnt pay for the newly found issue that my car came back with from THEIR shop.. Just avoid this place.

I'll recommend this shop to everyone. They did a really great job - took good care of my car AND washed it when they were done.. Merry Christmas to me! I was really pleased. Shoutout to Brandon for his professionalism and hospitality. And shout out to MB Collierville who will never receive another dime of my money! I'm a Midtown Autowerks fan for life now.Service: Brakes
