Great service, excellent work. I had a ton of small dent hail damage on my new car and they Mid-South Dent Pro took them all right out. And amazingly, the owner actually worked thru the entire weekend to get finished earl.

This is a dishonest shop . I brought my truck here for hail damage repair. Ultimately, in the midst of repairs, Joseph caused significant damage to my hood. On pick up, he wanted to file a secondary estimate to place financial responsibility on me and my insurance coverage for further repair to damage he caused. He has at this time completely stopped answering any attempts I have made at communicating about hood replacement that he said he d do. For a business to not only refuse to take ownership of mistakes made and damage caused in their shop, but to also ghost a customer and not respond to make this situation right, is completely reprehensible. Do not give this place your business, unless you want to be lied to and cheated out of proper repairs.

I was caught on the interstate in a recent hail storm that did quite a bit of damage to my BMW. I inspected it the day after and found dents on the hood, roof, and rear deck. After researching paintless dent repair I met with Joseph and he put a LED light on the car. What I saw under the light was not a few dents, but dozens. He even pointed out a couple of areas that were repaired in a less than perfect way before I bought the car. We agreed on a price, and I hoped for the best. The repairs were complete in about half a day and I was stunned. The results were flawless. Every single spot was gone, and the previous repairs were corrected, true perfection. Joseph did an amazing job at a reasonable price. If you are looking for fast professional service, you've found the right place.

Had Joseph repair what I thought were 2 dents in my hood. Turns out that after he put the flood light on it, there were 5. All fixed, and it looks perfect now. Would highly recommend. I'm a very critical person (OCD), and the repair seriously looks awesome.

Found this place on google and gave it a try. Got a couple minor dents on my SUV. The guy was very polite, professional, and walked me through the process of how dents get repair. He shows me the car he is working on at the moment and to be honest I couldn t tell the car got damaged by hail. The guy not only did a fantastic job repairing the dents, but he also found a couple more minor dents that he wasn t quote me initially and repair those for free. I recommend everyone to give him a chance and you won t be disappointed.

Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He goes over and beyond by during a courteous check for other dents and repairs if needed. My husband and I have taken both of our higher end vehicles for repairs.I highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would. I had a pretty deep dent from a door ding on the upper quarter panel of a Mercedes Benz. I stopped by on my way to a very expensive repair shop...what a great experience. I didn t think there was any way it could be repaired at a Paintless dent removal shop. BOY WAS I WRONG!The repair job WAS FANTASTIC. AMAZING.The work was so good my wife laughed when I got home. She joked that I must have gone to a magician because it was like magic!Seriously, outstanding work. Thanks!!!
