I would like to say, thank you John McKinley and Chelsea for making my purchase to be such an easy process. John McKinley has done exceptionally well with his customer service! I visited Mercedes on a Monday. I was there from 11-6. John had so much patience and made sure I viewed every vehicle until I found what was fitting for me. This is my third Mercedes, but neither experience has been such as this! Thank you all again!

I ordered 2024 model and waited for nearly 4 months and I am delighted with my new car and grateful for the exceptional service I received. Thank you, Brady for making the car-buying process a positive and enjoyable one.One of the key aspects that stood out was Brady's extensive knowledge about the different car models available. Awesome dealership. No matter what I say about it, I will do a disservice to it. It's a Mercedes dealership, and it exceeded all expectations . Even the Men's room was off the chain. Emasculate facility and pleasant experience.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Memphis on a Saturday was nothing less than spectacular! I text drove the new EQS 450 + Sedan and was SOLD! My sales person, Alex was patient, knowledgeable and polite. The finance manager, Brandon showed me financing options which also included their new 84 month financing option. Tom the sales manager was able to get the value we had wanted for my trade-in. After I signed, I was able to meet with the lady who gave me the keys, car manual, and copy of my paperwork. She didn't stop there; she assisted me in setting up my charger point account and connected to my mercedes app. The experience wasn't over because Alex needed to show me all the new luxury features the sedan has to offer, which by the way are incredible. Finally, I had a photo op with my new car!~ Thank you to all that assisted in making this happen on my birthday week! I'm excited to be a part of the Benz club!

I have nothing but good words and praises for Mrs. Keke at the dealership. I had an ongoing issue with my license plate for a long time. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She personally took my car and figured out a solution that was so simple. She treats everyone with respect and kindness. Customer Service at its finest. Thank you Keke and the team at Mercedes Benz of Memphis who work so hard to keep this dealership at the highest level.

I have purchased several new cars over the past several years. However, the customer service experience at Mercedes Benz of Memphis ranks superior to all. My salesrep, Mr. Jeff Echols made the car buying experience smooth and pleasant. Mr. Echols is well versed with the Mercedes vehicles. All of my questions were answered professionally, promptly, and honestly. I was well informed regarding all details of my car purchase and the delivery of my 2024 beautiful, GLC 300. Kudos to Jeff Echols for treating me like I was his only customer. Who can ask for more? My next car purchase will be with Mercedes Benz of Memphis and with Mr. Jeff Echols. You rock, Jeff!!!!! My experience with Mercedes Benz of Memphis has been outstanding. My wife and I had been looking to buy an EV and the salesman Brady went above and beyond taking the time to explain the features that is offered from Mercedes. And the product expert KeKe cleared up an issue i had with the MercedesMe app in a speedy fashion.

Very bad customer service I spent over 5k here in just one day on parts because I m a dealership so I spend a lot of money for some parts and the parts man came giving me a bad look because I made him look a lot of parts like I m doing something wrong very bad customer service don t go here and I recommend the one in collierville where they treat you right and very happy with a smile on their faces and yours unlike this one. These guys here even judge you by the way you look After my card Went through He looked at me and said, did your card get the Declined I said no sir it approved after checking his computer, he looked at me and said it actually did go through just because the way I looked when I had my Work clothes on That doesn t mean you need to judge me by that Very bad customer service

I would say it s just so much overpricing at any Benz location I paid 2k for 4 tires . The service was okay . They definitely are privileged in there, then they give bad attitudes just like negative vibes .

This was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership! Our salesperson, Brady, went above and beyond to insure that we were satisfied with the Nissan Pathfinder we purchased. He also made sure to cover all of our financing options to make certain we were satisfied with our choice. My husband and I highly recommend Brady as the person to help anyone with their car shopping needs. He made the experience of shopping for a new vehicle an easy and enjoyable one!

I want to make sure I took the time to let the public know, his bosses, and staff know that Tom Hammond went above and beyond his call-of-duty to help me assist my mother in getting her vehicle on yesterday, 08/08/2023.She was called by the dealership to pick up her vehicle at some point during the 4 o'clock hour after some critical repairs were completed. She called me, her son, to take her to the dealership to pick up her vehicle. I live just outside Collierville, TN so the drive to her during rush hour traffic was going to be at least 40 minutes to reach her in Arlington, TN. When I reached her, it was about 5:10 PM. I thought the service department closed at 6 PM so I figured we would get there in enough time to pick up her car. I was wrong. The service department closed at 5:30. The mechanic in the service department told my mother and myself there was nothing he could do until tomorrow. I did not want my mother to be home without a vehicle overnight so I went over to the sales side of Mercedes to see if someone could help us.Right away, the associates in the sales side listened to my concerns and request to speak to a manager. Mr. Hammond {sales manager} tried to help right away. His first attempts failed because he could not reach the service technician who managed my mom's repairs because he had left for the day. So, Mr. Hammond tried to reach a person who knew the service technician to see where the paperwork was on the repairs. Meanwhile, he let me know that he had done all that he could in that moment and as things stood, we would have to consider coming back in the morning. I saw his effort and believed he had done what he could so we (my mother and I) left the dealership. We were disappointed but understood that all that could have been done was done and started planning for going to the dealership the next day (today, 08/09/23).While on the interstate, Mr. Hammond called and said he reached Peyton (service technician) and had located the car and paperwork and that we could pick up the vehicle! At this point, it is about 6:10 PM the sales department was closed, and everyone had gone home except Mr. Hammond! His selfless act and commitment to our desire to pick my mother's Mercedes speaks to his character! Thank you, Mr. Hammond, for going above and beyond to help my mother. We appreciate you!

This is a little late, however, I definitely did not want to prolong this review. I would first like to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my vehicle. Everything about it!!!! Secondly, I would like to say that from beginning to end my experience was fantastic. I initially worked with Tesh but closed the deal with Ron Counts. Both of them were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I do not believe I could have asked for a better experience! Thank you all sooooo much for everythingPlease go by Mercedes of Memphis. You will NOT REGRET IT!!!

First I will start by saying, when I purchased my Mercedes, the experience was amazing! Tesh was so helpful and always available if I had questions! However, I recently had to take my 2023 Mercedes in because the window was busted out of drivers side and I had to have it replaced. The invoice stated it was replaced and all glass was cleaned up and so on. I get my car back and there s shards of glass all over dash, floors and door handle. The vehicle wasn t vacuumed at all the back seats were all folded down as if you were storing cargo while traveling! I let Ellen know and she admitted she hadn t inspected car before releasing the keys to me. I really expected better from Mercedes! I asked for a partial refund since I had to clean it myself and haven t heard back. They charged over $500 for the clean up, that wasn t done and labor to replace window, which thankfully was done! Not pleased with them right now.

Greatest Mothers Day Ever! I searched for another vehicle for my wife from Texas to Florida. I came upon the Mercedes Benz of Memphis were I received phenomenal customer service from the Sales Representative ( Mark), Sales Manager (Doug), Finance Manager ( Desmond), and (Product Specialist) April. The vehicle was priced exceptionally well and the process was seamless to acquire ownership. If you are looking for a Phenomenal vehicle and Great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership, one of the best in the nation!

Very poor service. I made my appointment over 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation the day before about my appointment. When I arrived Stan was very nasty to me. Informing me that there was 53 cars ahead of me and that there was nothing that could be done. If they were that far behind why didn't anyone call me to reschedule my appointment? I waited over 5 hours before being asked to reschedule my appointment to June 7th. Today is May 12th. Mind you when he speaks to my husband all of a sudden he changes his tone with me. Should have bought a Lexus. They have better customer service. Also when I made the appointment I gave them the warranty information for my car. When I get there they have no record of it. This was a waste of my time. I took off work for nothing.

The service department is HORRIBLE . The 1st service guy (Jeff) lied several times about ordering parts for my car, then went on vacation & never called me back. I called back & spoke with the device manager Wes Burrow who lies TENNES to my complaint, apologized and did the same. Never called me back but emailed me saying please be patient . This went on for a month and half before I called the other benz of Collierville.

I visited the dealership one month ago to build a specific GLE car and paid a deposit. I was told that the car will be allocated to me and will be built in November and delivered in December at most. I emailed the sales person asking for updates two weeks ago and never got an answer! I called today and I was told that they are having problems with the system and the car is no longer allocated to me now and they have no idea what s the time frame until I can get a car.Why did you take my deposit and tell me that the car was allocated to me if it wasn t! And why I wasn t informed about the changes. Overall this was a very bad experience and the worst communication I ve ever seen by acre dealership. I don t recommend MB of Memphis at all and I would give zero stars if I can.Update:Bad customer service continues!The sales manager called and left a voice mail, I called him back and he didn t return the call for almost a week!

I was only here for a recall, but the experience was very nice. The business inside is very nice, and they offer a free shuttle or Lyft if you don't wanna wait around. Also, they have complementary water, coffee, and sodas. Very professional team. Thanks!

I had a great experience with this dealership. I am currently going through the purchase of a lemon (my brand new vehicle broke down 3 times in the span of 7 days while moving cross country from CA to NJ) and received the utmost care and consideration from Wes and Mike at this dealership. When I made contact with this dealership after my car battery malfunctioned for the second time in 4 days, Wes immediately was accommodating and offered me a loaner while I waited for Mike and the service team to run diagnostics. I have an electric vehicle so not every single MB dealership has qualified technicians to care for them. Mike was extremely helpful and once his team ran all the diagnostics they could despite the fact that my car had started up on its own once they got into it. They contacted MB engineering to get their recommendations and replaced my 12V battery. My car initially seemed to be working well but then broke down again in Asheville. At this time, my trip had been delayed by 7 days and I started to run out of medications and food for my senior, diabetic dog. I left my car in Asheville, had it towed to their MB and rented a car to finish my move. I contacted Mike to let him know MB Asheville was having difficulty getting into my car despite it being unlocked and he was very willing to speak with them and help them out. Overall great service by this dealership despite being in the most possible worst situation with a brand new car. At this point I have owned this car for 27 days and this car has had issues for 19 out of those 27 days. Additionally and unfortunately, my dog ended up getting euthanized because of the stress he endured and the length of time that his routine had to be disrupted due to repeated troubles I ve had with my car. At this point, I hope that MB-USA has some empathy for the fact that I purchased a brand new $150k vehicle which broke down 3 times in the span of 7 days and are able to get me a replacement vehicle in a timely fashion. Anything less than this would be completely unacceptable. Would give a 5 star review expect for my frustration with MB-USA as an organization at this point.

I recently purchased a beautiful custom built Mercedes C from MB of Memphis. The car is everything I wanted. However, the dealership didn't live up to Mercedes standards and reputation for class and service. The absolute best part of the experience was working with Keke Birgs (Product Specialist), on a return visit, to learn all the fun stuff about my new car. Keke was AMAZING! Professional, courteous, and patient. She understands customer care and demonstrates it at a level expected with the purchase of a luxury vehicle. That's where the good stuff ends. My salesman, Alex Bovee, seemed inexperienced, lacked knowledge, and didn't follow through on a commitment twice. He was supposed to pass my contact info to Keke for her to contact me. When I made a follow-up call to him after not hearing from her, his response was "I thought I mentioned it to her." He left that call and still didn't give her a message. I had to call again and speak with Doug, the manager, to finally get Keke looped in to schedule a time to meet with her. Doug also doesn't model Mercedes class customer care either. After an unpleasant interaction with him the day I took delivery and having to speak with him after the salesman didn't follow through on his commitment, when I walked into the dealership for my appointment with Keke, he was standing next to 2 other people who greeted me as anyone would greet a customer entering their place of business. It appeared Doug didn't say good morning, hello, welcome to Mercedes of Memphis..... he just stood there as if he didn't just have a customer enter his dealership. Based on my personal experiences with Mercedes Benz of Memphis, I would not recommend them or use them again. I do thank Keke for showing Mercedes Benz class!

I took my 2018 E300 to Mercedes of a Memphis on 9/02/22 for it s 40,000 mile service. When I called to make the appointment, I was given the estimate of the service. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment, due to me living an hour and a half away from this dealership, and wanted to make sure to give myself plenty of time. After the service began, the service advise came out and gave me the price which was more than double than the price I was given over the phone. I was stuck at this dealership for nearly 4 hours waiting for this service to be completed. Yes, a Lyft was offered, but I had multiple errand that needed to be be done that day and refused to pay for Lyft to transport me various to various points in the city. When a customer comes from a from a location that is greater than an hour away, a loaner vehicle should be offered, but undoubtedly this has to be asked for when you make your appointment. Plus employees are not friendly and will not acknowledge you if you don t fit their ideal of what a MB customer should be. I received numerous excuses and not an answer as to why this service took nearly 4 hours. I have owned various other luxury cars, and this by far is the worst experience that I have ever encountered. I am only leaving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I would not and will not recommend this dealership. I would like to speak with a member of management regarding this experience. When I asked to speak with management prior to me leaving the dealership, my service advisor (a term I hesitantly use) was unable to locate the service manager, and did not offer an alternative member of management to speak with.
