My family has been coming here for years. We love this place. They always do fantastic work, you can't ever tell the car had work done in the first place. They've replaced mirrors, windshields, grills, and other parts from accidents. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone. The people are always friendly and they leave your car spotless and in excellent condition. If you need collision repair, come here!

I had got into a car accident in February of 2023. This shop was one of the preferred locations for my car insurance. I choose this shop due to location to my house. Memphis Collision Repair Center. On Charliewood is the definition of exceptional customer service. That's how customers should be treated anywhere you go for service. Janet and Jeff are wonderful assets to Memphis Collision. Memphis Collision Repair took on my late father's 2006 Buick Lacrosse which had been stolen and crashed. This was not an insurance covered repair. Can you imagine the time and patience required to scour the globe looking for parts? This past winter was an icey one in Memphis, and everyone knows Memphians drive stupidly in these conditions. All body shops were busy and who wants to repair the mangled front end of a 2006 Buick? My father's car is perfect. I was treated with utmost courtesy and empathy, which matters to me. Thank you, Jeff and Gina and staff for bearing with me and I am truly grateful.Christi Morton

The staff at Memphis Collision are the absolute best. This was my first ever accident and Jerry took the time to explain what to expect, how they work with the insurance company...he really made me feel at ease.Gina at the front desk was also really nice and helpful during the whole process. At the end of it all, I got my car back looking brand new again. I sure hope I never need them again, but if I ever find myself in need again, you better believe I'll be coming back here. I love these guys!!

They do quality work and they treat you like family. When I say family I mean the good family not bad family. LOL I have never been more happy with a body shop and I've used several body shops in the Memphis area. They are the best that I've used. I highly recommend them. No offense to anybody there but I hope I never have to use them again.

Absolutely amazing service all around. My car was fixed faster than I thought it would be and looked great. All staff is very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend to anyone.

The absolute worst business of any kind I ve ever encountered wasn t for my wife I would have sued them!!!My wife paid them over $700 for dance, bumper and hood!!!They only painted the hood. I was so upset if my wife wasn t there I ll probably been in jail please I m not a violent person, but the manager act like he didn t care go there on your own risk.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Memphis Collision & Repair did a fantastic job repairing my car. They even had it cleaned for me upon pickup. Their customer service was fantastic-clear communication, courteous, and they even volunteered information to help me with my rental process. They went above and beyond and I am grateful for the exceptional service.

The car looks great, and I m grateful the Memphis Collision team showed such good attention to detail in cleaning it up before returning it to me.While frankly I hope to never need the services of your company again , if I do need repair work in the future I will certainly consider Memphis Collision at the top of the list for consideration to do the work.Thanks for a first-class experience.

Omg! When I tell you I m so ecstatic about my experience with Memphis Collision! They went over and beyond for me when I was only getting a repair on my bumper! Not only did they make my car look brand spanking new but they cleaned the INSIDE & OUT & put air in my tires without me even asking them! & I have a 4 year old so I know my back seat may have gave them the blues trying to clean it! I really appreciate them & will most definitely come back if I ever have any more accident repairs! Thank you so much for everything! Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

After having excellent experiences in the past I demanded that my insurance company not require me to get an ESTIMATE from anyone else. I had them tow my truck to the shop and repair it. My insurance company approved the estimate and they started on the truck. They found more issues and requested more money from my insurance company. I was told they only gave me an ESTIMATE. My insurance gave them more money and they completed the work. I picked up the truck and on the first time I used it (11 miles) it over heated. It was towed back to Memphis Collision and they said the fan shroud was not replaced and was broken. My insurance would not pay for this and it cost me an additional $450approx. Without hesitation or even looking at the bill I handed them my credit card and paid. Twice I requested that they replace the seat belt while it was in there .I was going to pay for the seat belt it was not part of the claim. When I picked up the truck yesterday I was told that Bob the owner didn't replace the seat belt because he knew that I was already unhappy. This really did not make me happy!

This was my first time getting service with them. They are very professional in terms of their service and communication. They gave me a realistic deadline for my car and even finished my car one day earlier. I really appreciate Jerry for being flexible and being able to answer all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They did a wonderful job on my car! I had a minor issue, that a 3rd party audio shop caused, when I got my car back. Initially I was going to fix the problem myself but Ms. Montgomery went above and beyond to get back in touch with me to make sure that issue was resolved free of charge. I was definitely impressed with the customer service that they presented and would highly recommend doing business with them.

Please do not take your car to this place. I had insurance claims, and they still put used parts on my car. I also had to return so they could fix the same problem. Integrity is everything to me.

Got my car back today... almost 2 weeks earlier than was estimated. Car looks perfect. Customer service from day one to completion was outstanding. Not enough businesses are run as well as this one. Will recommend Memphis Collision Repair Center again and again.

Twice now, I've had to have my car repaired after accidents, both times I ended up here.They fought tooth and nail to make sure the insurance, who didn't want to pay for a proper repair, actually paid up, and wouldn't let them only cover half way, or patch instead of properly repairing it.I can't give a high enough recommendation.I went here after a family member pointed me there, and now wouldn't go anywhere else, they really went above and beyond in both repair quality, and dealing with insurance.Fantastic place with fantastic people.

Memphis Collision Repair is the best body shop in town!!! The customer service is incredible. There is always someone there that can answer any question you may have. If I could, I would it give Memphis Collision 10 out of 10 stars!!! Not a single bad thing to say about any interaction I had with them. Make sure you set your appointment early because they book fast!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business! First of all, I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist- so that sucked. On the phone I was initially told it would take a month for them to service my car but after taking it in I was told they could start work on it that day and it would be done within a week.Bob gave me all of the information I needed and call my insurance providers to get extra information. Jeff was very helpful too! I am VERY happy with my experience here and I would definitely go back(although I hope I don't have to)

Absolutely a great experience here! Just seem to be a great group of folks doing a good job. Great customer service! My car is 2017 VW GTI. Got in a little fender bender, car looks new again. AND even better, they buffed out a scratch on the drivers door that had been there since new. That may be the best thing they did for me, it has bothered me since new.Highly recommended!

Simply put I had an situation that I needed sorted out. Literally all dealerships recommend them for repairs in my case I m lucky that it was just a passenger fender for 2015 GMC Acadia . They primed painted and installed my new part and even cleaned/ detailed inside of my truck so yes get your ducks in a row and go to them trust me you ll be in good hands ....

I love Memphis Collision ! I consider them as family since 1998 :) I only let them repair my many vehicles that I've own and have recommended them to friends and family. I promise you will not be disappointed with their service nor the work they do .

Everyone at the Memphis Collision center is so friendly. I loved how hospitable they were. If you want great service with a friendly atmosphere this is the perfect place. My car looked great when i got it back.
