Liz and her team are the best! Not only did they come out to tow me off of a rained out road, but Liz walked me through the process when it came time to deal with getting the vehicle back to the rental car company. Liz had my back 100% of the time as I communicated between my insurance company and the rental car company. She was very instrumental in helping my insurance adjuster get the information he needed to proceed with all the necessary payments. Liz was more helpful than the rental company! She deserves a raise!

Work being done was done in a timely manner, the staff including Liz who kept me informed as to what was going on and when repairs would be complete were very helpful in getting the job done. Would recommend to others and will be a repeat customer.

Liz and company are the best! No one beats the quality of work OR their pricing. Most importantly, they clearly communicate regarding expectations, time frames, etc. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I can't begin to express my gratitude and thanks to Liz and the entire crew.My transfer case went out after hours. I train retrievers for a living and we were on our way back home with 19 dogs on the truck. From the word go Liz was all about getting us to a safe place. They let me take care of the dogs in their secured lot, loved on the dogs and went to work finding a new transfer case. Every single person there put in a Herculaneum effort to get us back on the road. They stayed late, called in reinforcements to get the truck done once the part arrived. My worst fear is a break down hauling dogs, they took so much stress off of me.Professional in what they do and so very, very kind. I can't completely express just how grateful i am for what they did. Memphis Auto Center did a terrific job of repairing a large gouge on the rear deck of my car. The repair and painting are so well done that one would never know that there had once been a gouge. I was very satisfied with the fair price charged and found that dealing with Liz as the general manager was a pleasure. I have used Memphis Auto Center numerous times in the past and will continue to use it for future body work. I highly recommend the business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed some work done, Liz was very helpful an the mechanic was nice too. They're very fair an knowledgeable bout cars I give em definitely will be taking my car back there for service, valvoline on Winchester recommended them too

Getting cars worked on is never cheap, but I will say that the prices here are fair. They helped me stay within my budget. And did quality work. I've already referred several friends!

Liz and her crew are amazing and the only auto industry professionals Iwill use in the future. The mechanics are very knowledgable thorough and communicate well.Liz works her tail off on getting the fastest parts at the best price. She also does a great job at scheduling the work with her mechanics and getting everything completed on or before time. The experience was 100% STRESS FREE. Liz kept me updated throughout the process and the outcome was amazing. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them....P.S. Ask for Liz, she is the bomb!

These folks took my son's truck in for repair. Apparently, their was some trouble at their shop that resulted in the radio from my son's truck being stolen. They refused to replace or pay to fix. To make matters worse, the repairs to the truck were sloppy, lots of overspray on paint job. Beware of these folks. They don't do good work and are not honest.

Worst Shop Ever.......They had my Van for over 2 months & Did not update me until I called them..... then when I finally got it back the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON....I'D NEVER RECOMMENDED Them to anyone ever.
