I have used Meineke 2x to plug my tires. The most recent time, my car ended up dying while it was there. Originally they thought it was the battery, but once I picked my car up, it died again. They told me to bring it back and they looked at it free charge. They kept it over night because they wanted to make sure they made the correct diagnosis. I ended up taking my vehicle somewhere else to get the needed repairs, but they honored the battery warranty and still didn t charge me for the diagnosis.

Brandon gave me excellent customer services. It was some of the best I've ever had dealing with my car. I think he even worked on my car. I don't know anything about cars. He was so helpful in helping me understand what was wrong. I didn't at all feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. He was so great and my car is running like it's new. The mechanics did great work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants outstanding customer service and exceptional quality work done to their car.

I appreciate everything. Mike and the other employees were respectful and professional. I was going through car shield and Mr. Mike made sure they didn t get over on me by me being a woman. Meineke was good with feedback and knowledgeable about there work. The employees were kind and made me feel comfortable with every decision that was being made and to know that I could trust them to get the job done.

I was very pleased with the quality of the repair job which I know was not easy. Mike is friendly and professional, and the mechanic is very knowledgeable of his skills. The price was fair and acceptable for the time spent and the job completed. Everything was up front, and I will be using this service again.

Bringing my car here has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. In preparation for a long road trip, I decided to bring my car here for a quick inspection. They advised replacing my brake pads, and I agreed, wanting to prioritize safety. Little did I know that this decision would put my life at serious risk. Just 24 hours later, while driving on the highway, the rear brake pad completely broke off, it was so terrifying. The auto shop I had to tow my car to was so shocked at the shoddy brake job they had done. The parts were improperly installed, forcefully pushed together, and not even bolted on correctly. I m realizing now that my brake pads didn't even need replacing, and they totally ripped me off. It's one thing to try and make a quick buck, but jeopardizing someone's safety is unforgivable.This establishment's utter lack of professionalism and disregard for safety is beyond appalling. Their attempt to make a quick profit at the expense of someone's life is unconscionable. The supervisor, Will Guimarin, and manager, Mike, displayed a shocking lack of customer service skills after the incident, making this experience all the more infuriating.Words cannot adequately convey the extent of my anger and disappointment. I implore you to take this warning seriously and refrain from ever bringing your car to this place.

Really great team at Meineke on Union. I had tires shipped from tire rack to another place nearby with an appointment. They said they couldn t get me in. The Meineke guys took great care of me at a fair price.

I went to this location and worked with Mike the manager, I had a check engine light for a catalytic converter issue. Mike saved me over $2000 in repairs be he was honest and informed me to take my truck to the GMC dealer and it should still be under warranty, he was right. Thank you Mike for your honesty. I'll keep my business there and refer others.

Each of My Experiences at Meineke Has Been Nothing But Superb. They are the Greatest at Fine Friendly, Concerned, Courteous, Polite, Informative, and Precise, Full Car Care Service. Their Lobby, Bay Areas and Parking Lot Presents Cleanliness and an Atmosphere that You Can Be Confident in Trusting Your Car to This Business. They Repaired My Car With Care as Though it Was Their Own. Nothing can be compared to the Service You Recieve at the Union Location. Thanks and May God Bless.

Never felt so taken care of at a car repair shop before Meineke.. I have a vintage Suzuki Sidekick Jx and needed a new part which was very hard to find and they were transparent the entire time, and giving me updates and giving me truthful options. Brandon and Mike were the best and super friendly! This will be my go-to shop from now on! 5 stars!!

Honesty is hard to find in the car industry. These guys made me feel as though they were genuinely looking out for me and my 2010 infiniti G37. I felt it was a great experience and they fixed me right up and gave me an estimated time and stuck to it. My car is driving amazing with the new clutch. I definitely will be doing business with them again, hands down.

I absolutely love this place! I live downtown where there is constant construction so I m always getting nails in my tires. They always take such amazing service of my tires! One tire was giving me trouble and they worked to correct until it was fixed! Perfection- wish every customer experience was this excellent!

I wouldn t go back. The man who works the desk is incredibly kind. I waited 25 minutes to get air in my tires. When someone finally came out to do it, he didn t bother to check my door to make sure he was putting the right amount of air into my tires. And when he finished, he just walked inside and put the hose up. He said nothing to me. I wasn t even sure that he was done. This place was close to my house, but I d rather drive further out for better customer service.

Service desk and mechanics were helpful and efficient in fixing our vehicle quickly and getting us back on the road. We did push back on the initial parts estimate which seemed more than anticipated. We appreciate their service!

Please be careful at this shop. I took my vehicle for a brake issues and they said I needed brakes and rotors. Later I found out from another company there was no rotors replace. Fix my issue easily. Thought it was the thermostat but was a bad radiator hose.After the inspection, there were a few things that weren't right, but it's an older car, so they made a few assumptions that I didn't agree with, nor worry about.Overall, it was a great experience for a walk-in.

I ended up at this shop, unexpectedly. My catalytic converter was stolen off my Mitsubishi outlander sport while in town. The older gentleman at the counter, was an absolute gem. He provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. I was stressed out, and he got me back rolling with a smile on my face. The service was pricey, but I needed my car fixed. They was done with a new catalytic converter, O2 sensor, and new tires within a few hours :)

I went in for an oil change. Mike the manager was super. He took care of everything for my Avis rental. It only took about 35 mins after getting approval from Avis. Super nice people there and good service.

Absolutely 5 stars!!! My car had an issue of oil leak and was down on my way home. Meineke performed a comprehensive inspection of the engine and quickly figured out the reason of oil leak. They fixed it same day at a very reasonable price. I do like their ways to carry out the business. They always ask for my approval before they proceed to the next.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I started my car this morning to go to work. Shift into drive and I heard a pop noise. Gear selector wouldn't go in any gear. I had a friend shift me into drive under the hood.i immediately drove to meineke and they fixed the issue for a very reasonable price.meineke is a true life saver.i missed a day at work. But I'll be there tomorrow thanks to meineke

Meineke on union Avenue went above and beyond with Thier customer service. Thier staff was so friendly and they checked out our car. They really know what they are doing. They have really have excellent customer service.

The workers at meineke was very cooperative. Service advisor Mike was very knowledgeable and transparent about the repairs to my car. Shopped around for parts so I wouldn't be forced to buy the most expensive one. Highly recommend the crew there. Got me in and out rather quickly with satisfactory results!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My son just moved to Memphis from Atlanta to attend law school. After only 4 weeks in Memphis his car started running hot. Not knowing where to go he took it to Meineke on Union. Would have been easy to take advantage of a young man from out of town. Not the case here. Staff treated him well and were honest. They replaced his water pump for a reasonable price and out the door for the quoted price. My son has found his mechanic in Memphis! As a dad, it is nice to know there are still honest businesses out there.

I normally don t leave reviews wherever I go, but I had to for these guys. Truly a respectable business, and great team of guys. I came in right before closing time after work in a frenzy, because I had a nail in one of my tires, they fixed it up in no time and were more than happy to service me. This is the type of place you need to be giving your money to. Trustworthy, dependable, and service with a smile. I highly recommend!Service: Tires
