I needed a vintage truck towed from east Memphis to Bartlett. I was referred to Marion Towing. The driver, J. Holmes, was outstanding! I needed the truck loaded a certain way on the flat bed and he accommodated my request. When he dropped it off at my house I was thinking he could only put it in driveway but he was able to put it exactly in the garage where I needed it to be. He even made a few adjustments to make sure it was situated where I could work on it. Excellent service and he showed up at the time I had requested. I did not have to wait at all. Fair pricing as well. Go with Marion if you need any type of towing needs.

Police told me to use these people and said it would be 125 for the tow then they got here and said it was 400 and was smilin once they herd i had insurance... I have a running car got ran off the road from someone with a gun. Cars not damaged and still want to change me that to winch me 15ft. They didn't get a dime from me

This company is a must use. I needed expedite haul and they came through.The customer service to the gentlemen that came to haul it away was so nice and patient. We had to wait for my cousin to come and get the dogs out the way. Before the tow could happen.They were so professional. I totally recommend them.Service: Local hauling

Its often hard to get friendly, honest, and reasonable companies to tow big rigs. This company has it all. Dispatch was very friendly and when the service was being wrapped up the driver was too. Just finished meeting with Joe at my home. My car gear was stuck in Park last night so we had to get a lyft home. Call Marion this morning and customer service was very friendly and dispatched Joe out right away. He was very nice and pleasant and informed me on how to get gear unstuck and even let me know to call me insurance to see if my policy would reimburse me for what happened. Thanks so much you guys!

I called for a friend of mine and was told they would have someone out to tow a friend's car within 30 to 45 minutes. Finally after 45 minutes I called and they gave me a lame excuse that they had talked to my friend and there was some other company coming. I know that was a lie because I was on the phone with him the whole time and no one called him. I would never use this service!

Was towed to the shop because road debris punctured my air tank and drive tire and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and Tommy Melton (tow truck driver) was definitely the nicest tow truck driver I ever met.Thanks Marion Towing for the wonderful service

I locked my keys in my car as I had a wheel come during the time operating my vehicle it was hard he placed it exactly where I wanted it in a small driveway
