The mechanic sam is on drugs bad . Nodding off while working on my truck and left me and my daughter stranded and then refused to finish the work because he tried to push up on me and I rejected him

I went into the shop. He inspected my vehicle. He immediately knew what was wrong with my vehicle. He quoted me a good price. I let him repair my vehicle. It didn t take long at all. I appreciate the respect that they give for their customers. The work was excellent!! I will return if I need anymore work like this did on any of my family s cars. I highly recommend this company!!! Very courteous, got the job done quick and cheaper than everyone else. But they still didn t sacrifice quality- used OEM parts and showed me everything. Midas was going to charge $4400 and they charged $875 for the same job. Great people here!

This company is well rounded and very professional, they were caring and very patient in explaining things to me, (I know nothing about cars), overall, a very well job done, and took great care of me, highly recommend!

***muffler replacement was completed here in 2021***I have a delayed review because I wanted to see how the repair would hold up. An older black man(53) appeared to be the shop manager.He was extremely professional, offering both of my children snacks and a drink. There was a younger white man(22) that did the welding. I provided the muffler and tip that I wanted to replace. He pulled it around back and had it repaired in approximately thirty minutes. I looked at those welds today, thus the reason for this review. If needed, I would go there again. Very professional and lasting work. Highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

Trifling and rude whoever answered the phone. Don't come up here. My mom is up in age. She called up there he hung up in her face before she could finish her sentence with! I tried to call back for hanging up in mom's face so quick but he didn't answer at all. Bad and horrible customer service!

I brought my car to Major roughly about a week ago to replace my converter, the gentlemen that replaced my converter did a great job. At the time of replacing my converter I had both my upstream and downstream o2 sensors. The gentleman replaced the upstream sensor but believed that the downstream sensor was still good so he recommend not to replace it which is understandable, he was attempting to save me money. However while driving my vehicle my check engine light came on, I had it checked it was determined that my o2 downstream sensor in fact did need replacing. I brought my vehicle to the shop today where the gentleman who initially changed my converter, also changed my o2 sensor. The only issue Is the Owners Son very poor customer service. When speaking to his employee it wasn t done in a respectful tone. He initially tried to charge me $40 and denied that he was present while my vehicle was serviced the first time and claim to be in Chicago. If the gentleman who actually performed the service on my vehicle had his own shop I would continue to go directly with him and not back to the Shop where he works solely because of the Owners son rude disposition and which he is the one running the shop now. I didn t give one star solely because of the gentleman who actually performed the work on my vehicle did a great job and I appreciate him for it.

Got an exhaust tip welded on here. Looks great. They install it exactly as you ask. They even went extra to add another hanger to make everything fit nicely. Fair prices and good work. Would go again

This man is a shade tree mechanic he will talk to a woman ANY KIND OF WAY...he cursed me out on a level I have never experienced before...I had a catalyst converter put on my truck on Saturday by..Wednesday my car would not go past 25..I'm speed I called back to express my concerns I was then called Everything but a child of God...and was asked what am I supposed to do about it...you charged me 218 dollars for labor that my child could have done....I work really hard for my money and to just give it away....hurts....

It took a minute to get logistics sorted but they took care of my issues for very reasonable rates. I plan on using them for everything they are willing to get right on my vehicle.

If I could give less I would, very rude and unprofessional. Wanted some exhaust work did to my car instead of him simply saying he couldn't do the job he gave me the run around. Had a very nasty attitude. Would not recommend going here period !

terrible welds and the pipe that was used wasn t even the size of my exhaust and now i have an exhaust leak from the weld being poorly executed. not to mention i got charged $200 for this Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust
