Dustin is absolutely horrible. Lies about what needs done and then doesn t do the work he claims to have done. It s a shame you have someone like this working for your shop.

They were excellent at diagnosing and fixing my transmission. When the problem resurfaced a week later, they went ahead and fixed it again at no cost. Highly recommend.

These guys are jam up! We are from SC and were looking at buying a car in Memphis. Not wanting to risk driving 16 hours round trip to find we didn t like the vehicle, we began looking for a shop local to Memphis to do an inspection and be our eyes for us. Despite their busy schedule, the team at Madison Automotive made time to work us in for an inspection of the vehicle we were looking at. After a very thorough inspection and detailed report, we decided to continue to purchase the vehicle. Thank you Madison Automotive for helping us from many miles away!!

First Coleman Taylor reference me to them caused I had an electrical problem , They lied said it was a fuel pressure sensor , wasn t that they you it ! Transmission problem all that time , charge me 15090 for something they didn t do ! Took advantage of me as a lady don t know nothing about a car ! And I ask them before I pick the car up and he stated that he has been robbed before he can t trust that ! They all about game not making the customer happy!Service: Electrical repair

A garage with Honor and Compassion! They DO the RIGHT THING!David and the folks at Madison Automotive are not only true professionals but also have hearts of gold. SCENARIO: on a Tuesday evening we get the call your brother was running and was stuck by a vehicle. He is in North Carolina. We live in Dallas. Storm of the season has tornado warnings in Dallas all over the Mid-South. The same system should be hitting NC the next day. Only option Drive 16 hours. At 2AM as we near Memphis the van begins to misfire. No choice but to discontinue and wait for a dealership to open up. We go to 2 Dodge/Ram dealerships and are told they can t help or fit us in for 5 days. We stop at a random shop who could help but not that day. They provide two leads. I chose poorly and wasted an hour waiting for the tech who said he could look at it in 10 min. Called David and the folks at Madison while waiting. He offered immediate assistance. Within 2 minutes of showing up he had a tech looking at it. Short story from here he had us on the road with a new fuel injector and some additional engine maintenance work in under 3 hours despite being significantly stacked up with other work. In a world were the tendency is to not believe what the client tells you, David was willing to trust his clients and do the right thing. Thanks to the great folks at Madison and the Emergency Room team we made it in time. Can t THANK and RECOMMEND this shop enough.Service: Engine repair

David is very sarcastic and is always being smart when he gets asked a question. This has been on going in several vehicles that s been sent there. Vehicles have been misdiagnosed and they are always being smart when you call them for answers. Personally wouldn t recommend anyone to them.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Too expensive didn t do the work they said they did AC broke an hour after I picked it up brought it back. They said I needed more parts plus $1200 for labor so I said no when I went to get my truck they were rude but I still got it and took it to another shop they fixed it for real only charged $300. Let me buy my own parts. Madison wouldn t let me do that they wanted to charge more for the parts.The new place fixed it right and it still works to this very day. I would not bring my car back to Madison if I were you, I wouldn t go there unless I just wanted to waste of money and have people be mean to me. Madison automotive charges too much and is overrated.Service: A/C installation & repair

Have brought all my vehicles here for an array of services. They have always done exactly what they promise. Fair price and excellent work. I brought my wife's SUV in with two separate issues. Turns out both problems were caused by one thing. They didn't try to double charge for two repairs. Very straight and honest. I highly recommend them. When you call ask for Savanna. Great customer service.

I trust the crew at Madison to repair my vehicle, they explain what's wrong and what it's going to take to fix it. They're also good at letting me know what future maintenance may need to be done. Friendly staff and trustworthy.

We were on the Hot Rod Power Tour that started this year in memphis. We left Graceland heading back to the Hotel and my car just stopped at a stop light. We were able to get a tow company to pick up the car and bring it back to the Marriot East Hotel. The driver did recommend we call Madison. When we called the person who answered said they had taken care of one person from the tour already but were backed up over 1 week and really could not take us in! Did give us another recommendation. About 20 minutes later, they called back saying the boss would take us in if we could get the car in asap! We called a tow truck and got us to Madison. I believe it was the owner who said he would try and get us back on the road so we could continue on the tour. Using their diagnostic equipment, they found a loose connection causing the motor to shut off! They were able to salvage the bus bar and salvage the main fuse box! They keep me informed every step of the way! This is one very professional and highly qualified shop. While waiting I was extremely impressed in the way they treated customers coming in their door and on the phone.They had me on my way by 12 pm. Satisfied is way too simple a word for my experience. I absolutely LOVE THESE GUYS!!! They are ALWAYS patient, professional, informative, and friendly, AND... they know what they are doing. They have always repaired my cars in a timely manner, they've always been truthful in the diagnosis of the issues I was having with my vehicles, and they have very competitive pricing. Again, I LOVE THESE GUYS!!

I had an oil leak that I couldn't track down so I asked Madison automotive if they wouldn't mind helping me. They went above and beyond with trying to find my problem and also kept me in the loop daily. In the end they found where the pesky leak was coming from and did it in a timely manner which I more than appreciate. Awesome place which I plan on using again.

We followed Brent Redwine to this location and the service has always been wonderful. Trustworthy and honest - - you find that in a mechanic, and you stick with them. Everyone needs a good lawyer, a good doctor, and a good mechanic. Check this one off your list.

I take our work vehicles to Madison Automotive. I have begun taking my personal car to them. They have always been fair and reasonable. I would recommend Madison to friends.

Good people. Fair prices. They shoot straight. Never have I had that "I'm being talked down to bc I'm a woman" experience. I know more about cars than my husband. Do not act like I can't keep up. They don't. Doesn't matter how well you follow or not. They will break it down for you if you need them to or they will just shoot straight with you. Don't have enough to fix it all? Tell them. They will help prioritize the repairs. Good place run by good people.

We had one of the most complicated automotive jobs sent to Madison Auto, and they handled it better than a dealership. Friendly service. Had issues with aircon. Went to two other service centers to get it looked at as it had the 1234 freon in it, and they found and fixed the problem in 2 hours compared to the dealership telling me they would keep vehicle for 3 days and no loaner vehicle for another 3 weeks. Was spendy, but because of the new freon not the center.

I used to take my work van there for years. Dave and his crew has always done a great job now I take my personal car there. They are very detail when it comes down to explaining what's wrong with your car before they actually start the work.

Very bad attitude! stay away from them or be ready to wait for weeks to get your car fixed they promised to get mine fixed in few days it took them 3 weeks. I had to get the police involved to get my car finished n get it out of their lot after waiting for over 2 weeks. David the owner is very rude and unprofessional. After he was pushed by police to finish the job and give me my car he did a cowardly action by intentionally breaking my windshield window on the left corner unfortunately I didn't see it until I got home. I own many businesses around the city of Memphis and I treat all ppl and all colors with same respect and same great customer service. It's so sad to see ppl running businesses the way Madison does.I have pictures to prove all my claims and I will use it in court.100% real n honest review.

Madison Automotive is an excellent car shop. They are very knowledgeable and will explain exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle. Unlike other mechanic shops, they are honest and up front about everything and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.

My brother spent $2000 getting his antique car repaired and the wrong spark plug wires were installed. Upon returning to get the proper wires, they gave part of the wires that had been removed and made no offer to give him the correct wires.
