I did business with the one off mt Moriah I took parts in to be painted. the manager was very friendly and helpful. She took my parts and told me when they should be ready . This where it all goes to hell. To make a long story short my parts was not ready when they said it took about a month to do them the new owner has no customer service skills he was going to let my business walk out the door because I was concerned about my parts but finally got my parts back and over all I think they did a pretty good job on them I don t think I will use them if I wanted something back soon if I didn t care if they kept it a year then their good to go . They painted my door handles spoiler and my defuser to match the car.

I had the hood to my daughter s Suzuki SX4 painted. At first there was a problem after the hood was painted in that there was a chemical reaction which was causing the new paint to bubble. The front desk manager spoke with the GM and they stripped the paint and repainted at no additional cost. They matched the paint perfectly and the hood looks great! Very satisfied with the entire process and final product!

Repair shop has great service & the staff communicated with me during the whole repairs. They were able to explain different options on how to go about repairing my vehicle. Full paint job or just paint the parts that needed to be repaired. I decided to get the repairs done on my hood and fenders plus the full paint job. Great prices! Highly recommend this shop!

Maaco in Memphis exceeded my expectations! They are under new management and it shows... I had my car repaired and repainted through insurance, and they also took care of unrelated scratches for a great price. The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the repair made my beat-up car look brand new again. Highly recommend their services!

When I first arrived here, I came with doubts and worries that my vehicles wasn t going to be fixed to the best capacity. But I was WRONG. This Maaco location has changed drastically and I can honestly tell that this location is a very distinctive one from the body shops around. The owner cared for my vehicle as if it was his! Im definitely coming back and I guarantee you will share the same experience as I have encountered here at this Maaco location .

I took my car in late December. I got it back mid February. The paint job is great but my radio not working now and plus a brake lamp light is on. I had no lights on my dash when i took it. It was some errors and Their part. I paid over a thousand dollars for the job but was pissed my radio not working now

I was not satisfied with the service that I received. The promise date wasn't met with what I was told was due to a malfunction of equipment. Paid for decals that haven't been replaced.
