Great customer service . They full body painted my 2 door yukon when nobody else would.Fast service, great looking paint job. Less than half of what a custom shop would have charged .I will def recommend them.The masking tape that was left around windows is cheap tape that I put on when I thought I could paint it myself, this is not something maaco did.

Excellent customer service, very good paint and advice about care for new paint. I would have given a 5, but there was some overspray in areas I felt could have either been protected or taken care of before delivery. MAACO, will take care of overspray even after the initial delivery. The 5 year warranty is a very attractive extra that covers overspray and things like peeling, among others, if they occur; 5 years!Service: Painting

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Monica was extremely helpful. I was only in the city for one week and she was able to squeeze me in and get my car in. I had a dent in my fender, and I ordered a new bumper to be installed on my vehicle as well, as the old one had peeling paint and a crack running through the bottom of it. The paint job was literally amazing, and the body work was phenomenal, and the quote was cheaper than other places I had looked at. Definitely would recommend. The photos I have attached show after the work was done, and the damage that was there before.

Insane quality of work! I had a car with a rear bumper scrape that looked pretty bad. Several body shops like Icon, Mr Touch Up, etc. wanted to remove the entire bumper, replace, and repaint costing about 800-900 to do the work. I took it to Maaco where Monica confidently told me they could just redo that specific area and refinish it for $550 and make it look like nothing ever happened. I picked the car up and it looks BRAND NEW. I dropped the car off on Saturday and was ready for pickup on Tuesday. I am shocked the quality of work I got for such a price! I highly recommend this location!!!

I will absolutely be coming back here if I need any body work done in the future. They were able to see me for a quote very quickly (morning of) and got an appointment booked to bring my car in within the next few days. Austin was terrific, but everyone I talked to at the shop was friendly and helpful and they really helped me out in a pinch. Definitely recommend!

My car was side swiped by a tractor trailer and caused damage to the right side of my car. Maaco Collision Repair & Auto fixed my car so well I couldn't remember at first which side was damaged. My car looks brand new again. Thank you guys.

We have an older car with plenty of good miles left in it, but the paint had completely oxidized from being parked outside for too many years, as well as a few minor pings here and there. Rather than spending a lot of money on another car we decided to look into having it re-painted, and we thought about trying Maaco since they offer complete auto paint jobs at prices significantly lower than what most private body shops charge. We went in to the new location on Summer Gale Dr., and were immediately impressed with how Monica and Austin went over the car with us in detail, making sure they understood everything we needed and what type of final result we were looking for. Monica also explained all of the options for prep work and paint types, then showed us an itemized quote with the final price for the work, which was about a third of what a private body shop would charge. As promised, four days later the car was ready, and we were really surprised at how great the paint looked! It was obvious that they put a lot of effort and care into their work - the finish was even and smooth and you could tell they did a careful job prepping and masking everything off before painting. We are extremely happy with how good our old car looks now, and I would not hesitate to recommend this Maaco shop to anyone.

I had my vehicle for 9 years and some time ago I had a dent on my tailgate from a trailer mishap. I had Maaco (from the Summer Gale location) fix the dent and repaint my 2011 Toyota Tacoma. It looks good as new!As an update: I had them do my son s 2015 Scion FRS, to which they did an excellent job. It was quite an taking the sap from a tree I had in my yard ate away at the paint.Well I also purchased a 2008 FJ Cruiser that had major dings on the hood from the previous owner. However, the large part of the work was excellent, but they failed at the small things and there are some paint chips forming at the edges, in time this will be a problem. I sent it back but I it became worse and some of the weather stripping was taken off. I cannot believe they gave it back to me like this! I won t use them again for my FJ. Since it is a small fix I ll go elsewhere. It just burns me up because, though the original estimate wasn t so bad I ll have to spend extra money when the total cost would equal to the amount had I had wanted to do for my entire vehicle. I also downgraded from a 5 to a 3 stars.Service: Painting

I went to have my fender replaced and painted and was very disappointed. After having my car for two weeks I was never notified the repairs would take this long. The customer service was non-existant and the staff was very rude and aggressive. I went to get my car back because of their lack of concern just to find my car severely damaged. There were pieces missing from my car after they reinstalled the original fender. This shop did not meet the Maaco standards and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

First of all, Monica, who was very attentive and personable, drove me home in her own personal vehicle upon leaving my vehicle for painting parts replaced after wrecking it. She offered to come pick me up when it was ready but I had someone to drive me there. They gave me over and above excellent service. My 2007 Toyota Corolla looked like a brand new car inside and out! Not only did they masterfully paint the replaced car parts, but after the paint had dried, they washed and shined it, vacuumed the inside and and thoroughly cleaned it better than any car wash has ever done. The staff is so very accommodating and eager to dowhatever it takes for customer satisfaction. MAACO is A-One in superiority as well as being a business extremely worthy of your trust.Service: Painting

I used Maaco located at 6397 Summer Gale Dr. to repair a dent and paint on my vehicle. Staff was polite. I was told the job would take 3-5 days. It ended up taking 11 days to complete which was more of an inconvenience than I expected. The damage was minimal and cost $2,000 to repair. That included replacing the rear bumper and a few assembly parts plus paint and labor.Also, when I picked up my vehicle I noticed one of my headlights was foggy and there was a new scratch near the headlight. Maaco produced a grainy photo that was supposed to show the condition of my vehicle when I dropped it off, but I know that was not there. After taking longer than expected to get my vehicle back, and sending they were not willing to own up to this minor damage, I did not pursue it further. They were all too happy to let me leave after pointing it out. I m the future, I will take my own Before pictures.Service: Painting

Once my car got in it was done when they say it will be done. When calling to check on the progress. Everyone was very well aware of the schedule when my car would be finished. Austin was great. I have finally found my new body shop! I was super apprehensive after having a bad experience with another local body shop. Jose and team were so professional. I had scratches going down the entire drivers side of my 2020 Toyota Camry. The Maaco team made it look like new! I could not even tell where the damage previously was, which is the way it is suppose to be. Look no further. You are not going to find a better quality body shop at such a reasonable price. I have been dealing with a bumper issue for almost a year now (pre-existing, not caused by Maaco) and Maaco has been wonderful! When I bought the car a few years ago, the dealership never disclosed damage to me, but I m now having to deal with it all. The employees here have been wonderful and very understanding. They understand my frustrations and have worked well with me to get things fixed for a good price. I just love the service here and have loved how they care for all of their customers. Hopefully I won t have body issues in the future, but if I do, I will definitely bring my car back here.

Great Service!!!! I took my 2008 jeep wrangler in for a new paint job. Service was incredible from the time I got the estimate until they delivered my freshly painted jeep. Maaco contacted me throughout the project advising of hidden issues that need to be corrected and what additional cost i could except. Jose, Monica, and their staff went well beyond normal customer service to make sure I was pleased with the outcome of my jeep. If you want quality service with a smile, Go see MAACO. I had my passenger side mirror replaced which has a lane camera attached . Maaco was aware of the camera and took my money replaced the mirror and then told me they were not able to calibrate my camera This means they were working out of the scope of their practice. The crazy part about it the manager said to me after they could not calibrate my lane camera. That he didn t charge me for this service . THIS IS THE CRAZIEST THING I EVER HEARD. As an expert in any field you should never ever take work you know you cannot do. Because of this I have an extra $800.00 dollar bill because they messed up my system and I have to get it fixed. I m currently talking with my lawyer because the is considered malpractice . If your company had no knowledge of working on my car you should have never taken my money. Then to tell me you didn t charge me to complete the job..replacing the mirror and ensuring it worked is ONE JOB! To say this was an insult to my intelligence.

I had a wonderful experience with this Maaco on Summer Gale...everyone I came in contact with here was so courteous and kept it professional.I felt like I was a part of the family. The owners are very much involved with the daily operation. Everyone that sees my car loves the paint job. Well if you going there planning on getting the $450 package deal keep driving. They will find a way to charge you at least 2500 to $3000 at least...not helpful at all. I got they told me it was so high due to prep work that had to be done. Ok cool. I prepared it myself and brought it back . The price went from 4800 to 4500... I think its to compensate for rent or whatever ...over. theyre like the dude on marketplace that post his 25000 dollar car for a dollar. if you want to waste gas and time go here. And come back and post your experience...To the owner: Automated message please don't respond

There were two issues with my vehicle, a panel was bowing out and a patch of paint was gone. When I went for a quote, I was clear that I needed both issues fixed. I was told that the piece probably didn t need to be replaced but they would let me know when the work started. The quote seemed reasonable so, I took my vehicle for repairs. They had it four days and didn t call until the work was done. When I got home with it, the piece was already bowing again so I took it back the next day. I was told that they had discovered they could not fix the bowing so they had only painted. NOBODY TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I PICKED IT UP. While I was there, they put the piece back in place but a couple of days later, same thing. The next time I took it in, somebody put in a screw, which seemed to work. After a few weeks, the piece was bowing again. Essentially, I had paid for only paint and had not been given the option of replacing the part. I am not pleased and will not recommend MAACO off Summer Ave in Memphis.

This Maaco is the only Maaco in Memphis, TN that I would recommend. The business is extremely professional. I took my vehicle to the Maaco on Summer Gale Drive after the Maaco on Mt. Moriah completely ruined my vehicle. I was hesitant to given them a try, simply because of the horrible experience that I had with the Mt. Moriah Maaco but I am so glad that I did. When I picked my car up, I was amazed. It was beautiful. They did an excellent job repairing the botched job from the Maaco on Mt. Moriah. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was so pleased that I am going to contact their corporate office to express my satisfaction with the Maaco on Summer Gale Drive. This Maaco should be the model for all Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting centers. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I will definitely use the them again in the future for painting and repairs on my vehicles.

This repair did not start off well I was told that I would receive a call after three weeks to start the repair .after 6 weeks I had not heard from Maaco. I then phoned them and I was told that they were waiting on a part and that they would call me in a day or so .I never got that call so I phoned them again and was finally told to bring my vehicle in .I am pleased with the work but I feel that they could have done more to make this a smoother repair.Service: Body & Trim
