I came in to test drive and end up getting a good deal on a Lincoln Corsair which I liked when my daughter had rented one so I had to have one for myself. Alicia, my salesperson was very helpful in showing me how to operate the various features on the car.

I had never even considered a Lincoln until July - now I own my first one and am thrilled with my choice. So far customer service is amazing- they pride themselves on that so time will tell but I have no doubt based on how I was treated from the start.Shoutout to Chris and Emmit!

I have to tell everyone that I have had best buying experience I have ever had in 45 years of buying vehicles at Lincoln of Memphis. They have been absolutely wonderful. Alicia White is an awesome sales representative!!! I recommend her to everyone!!! Emmett, the manager has been outstanding. They have taken exceptional care of all my car buying needs. Wow is the best word I can use to describe my car buying experience with Torren and Lincoln of Memphis. He was patient, recommended a great vehicle and then got me exactly what I asked for. No hassle, no fuss, just amazing customer oriented service. I've purchased many vehicles but this was unequivocally the best car shopping and purchasing experience I've ever had. Great experience at Lincoln of Memphis, would highly recommend working with Will Diener he was very understanding of my situation and needs. While also being very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. After making a trip to Memphis to purchase my vehicle Will went the extra mile prior with making sure all fluids and such needs were taking care of while also detailing the car prior. If you re in the Memphis area or Tennessee in general I would highly recommend stopping by.

My recent experience at Lincoln of Memphis was a totally positive one! We were greeted by a salesman who was both friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in! I highly recommend everyone to stop by Lincoln of Memphis, they have many beautiful cars to choose from! I drove home that same day in a new beautiful Aviator!

Lincoln of Memphis definitely understands the true meaning of customer service! Derrick did an excellent job managing the service on my Lincoln Corsair. Additionally, Antonio was absolutely outstanding in providing transportation to and from Saddle Creek while I was waiting. Both Derrick and Antonio were extremely accommodating and are definitely assets to Lincoln of Memphis!

I went for a recall on front and back cameras and when I received my vehicle back there was a popping in my steering column. I called to tell them about it and they reschedule me another appointment to look at it. Got there they had me waiting for 3 hours just to say I need a new steering column after doing the diagnostic. Paid for the diagnostic test and got vehicle back the popping sound was gone. Now I have the steering wheel motor just continue run with no movement. Went got a second opinion and low and behold they left it unplug. So I am really disappointed in the service cause you put me in danger. I feel they were going to scam me because I am a female. Its a shame how people are so quick to do strange things for a little change. Called and text back to inform them of this haven't heard anything from anyone.

If you need any repairs ask for Derick he was phenomenal! My experience could not have been any better...Also I don't want to forget the lady sitting where I paid was so friendly and they made me feel like they were a team and I was the most important one in the building ! Hats off to both of them !

Marissa Gressel was such a pleasure to work with. She was VERY knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. Loved how she wasn't your typical "stereotype" car salesperson. She allowed us to look and she was there and ready to help us once WE were ready. Would definitely do business with her again! Highly recommend! Thank you Marissa. We are loving it!!!

Amazing! Everyone was so nice. I had been having trouble with my Lincoln. I called this afternoon, and Tanika and Lewis worked to get squeeze me in (even though they were busy). I was in and out (with my problem solved and car wash) in less than an hour! I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else from here on out!

Both Marissa and Omar were easy and enjoyable to work with. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle and able to answer all questions. I came there to buy the very vehicle that I wound up with. I'm a buyer not a looker. But they made the experience very enjoyable. The trade in was also very fair. Top notch team at Lincoln of Memphis.

Very good except for a few hick ups in the process. The business manager, sales manager and process manager does their own thing but no one can answer or help customer in one call or email especially when I am not visiting the dealership and completely trusting to buy a car online. Otherwise they are good people and Will Diener is a great person. He was away from work due to the death in the family but he still answered my calls and messages. Thank you Will. Continue to do the great work and you will achieve your goals at some day. We need more people like you.

The General Manager Nick is very unprofessional and does not have his workers in his best interest. Would definitely not recommend purchasing from this dealership if you want a professional experience.

Nick listened when I told him what I was looking for in a car. He called me when he had two options available. We came to see what they had, loved one and purchased it. They handled our trade as well. Nick and his team are top notch, we trust them and look forward to working with them again!

the experience was exceptional. From the moment Will answered my inquiry call to the delivery of the vehicle - it was white glove service the entire time. We were kept informed of what was going on throughout the entire transaction. he connected with us through shared interests and hobbies and which put us at ease for the long distance sale. I worked with Will Diener to purchase a new Lincoln Navigator. Will is my type of sales person. He operates with a bias for action, no wasted effort, eliminates sales process friction where possible, conducts accurate and timely communications. He understands that a positive deal means both parties are satisfied and the outcome is to acquire a customer vs win a negotiation. Since owning this SUV I have learned that you are buying top notch service as opposed to the vehicle. It's a night and day difference from my GMC Yukon Denali car buying, owning and service experience. I will 100% buy more vehicles from Will and Lincoln of Memphis. Good job, guys.

Lincoln of Memphis has a knowledgeable, courteous, friendly staff, in a first class facility!! purchasing my 2023 Lincoln navigator black label was an excellent experience, and I would recommend them to anyone I know!! Emmit was a great manager to work with and Marissa was an amazing sales person!! Nice job all !!

Justin overall was a nice and polite person. The dealership as a whole is worthless though. I got there at 9 am on a Saturday for a scheduled appointment. He informed me that he didn't see my notes that described my issues. He apologized and told me they couldn't do any work that day and didn't know when they could because they have ONE employed mechanic at the dealership. He then recommended I go to Ford because he didn't know when the ONE mechanic would be back. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I am STILL trying to get someone to call me back so I can schedule my car to be fixed. He also ordered me a new key, but that was 10 days ago and I haven't got a call from him or parts dept. and they nor service will return any of my calls. I really feel stuck and wish I didn't buy a Lincoln for the simple fact that I have to deal with this dealership. It is very unfortunate. And to top it off I emailed Cooper Hopkins, the GM and wrote out all of my complaints. I did not get a single email reply or call back from him either. You would think they would want to at least attempt to fix this issues I've had, but it seems as if he is as worthless as the rest of the dealership.Edit: This dealership is so very bad, still...removing 2 stars.

Five Stars because of Nicole in service. It's a blessing to see a friendly person. Her tips on curly hair was a great help. She does whatever it takes to make everyone comfortable.She's a rare gem in today's corporate world.

My entire experience was exceptional. From Emmitt to Mr. Butler in finance. My salesman Chris Harris was hands down the best. It wasn't a question he couldn't answer. His personality and professionalism was everything. Will be looking to business with him very soon.
