We have a 2023 Lexus NX that was in an accident. Took it to one dealership and they told me they were out of level and they could program them and get the light to go off did on my dash. Reached out to Gary York here and was told to bring it in that they would fix it. Took it down they gave me a vehicle and by the end of the day they had it fixed. Treated me great and took care of my issue. Highly recommend this service department and Mike.

Experienced and well trained staff and associates. Always welcoming and accommodating no matter if I go for a routine oil change, maintenance, or simply to abide a recall.

Lexus is a very nice facility, but the customers pay a hefty price in return! The End! That's all I got!
