Wow!! Where do I begin. Land Rover Bluff City is a joke and simply wrong. I took my Discovery there for a simple $200 service check on a Thursday @ 10:00 am (appointment time) and don t get a call until the next evening. When they called and said we have good news and bad news , your vehicle checks came back good bad news your timing belt broke and you need a new motor. WHAT!!!! Then we talked to the service manager Shannon D and he just read the notes of what the guy who worked in the vehicle wrote. And then said well Land Rover is known for having BAD MOTORS we fixed them all the time, why say that about the place you work for to a customer . Then he proceeds to say it will be $18,000 to get fixed as if I had this money in my purse. They claim my vehicle was knocking but I thought protocol is to call the customer before you do any work on the car if it was so called knocking. They will not admit to their fault in this and expect me to pay. Then we spoke with the General Manager Dennis F and he s very arrogant and acted like we don t know what we were talking about and just brushed us off. Oh he also goes by the notes but not the FACTS. And refused to pull the camera to view the person who worked on my vehicle. Now I m forced to go to legal action against the company. They don t understand the pain, stress, and mental toll this has taken on me. I have no vehicle and now trying to get rides to work until this is officially resolved . DON T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM YOU MIGHT NOT COME BACK WITH ONE. If it was their wife or child they would not take this lightly at all,. If I could give them a negative 100 I would. They treat certain people like crap and expect US to just take it. They didnt even attempt to try to come up with a resolution. This is not over . I m a woman without a vehicle now. The hurt and stress is tremendous on me. The sad part there was not one apology from the Service manager Shannon or the General Manager Dennis F. Very Sad establishment and how they will do a female .

Jaguar Bluff City has been a great experience. My car salesman Derrick Chatman is outstanding if you want great customer service and someone professional. He will make sure that you're happy with your purchase.Brian and Grant in the service department will make sure that you're vehicle is in great shape before you leave out the door.I appreciate the TEAM WORK!

What an absolute joke. I worked with Derrick Chatman on trading in our Range Rover for a 2023 Defender. I sent him a photo of the vehicle I wanted from their website. I then went and test drove the vehicle. After going back and forth with him on what we would be willing to pay for the vehicle, he text us at 1pm on Saturday saying that if we could get there before close that day (4pm), we could do the deal for the vehicle. Minus the trade in value of our vehicles, we would be paying 10k for the new Defender. We dropped what we were doing and headed there right away. When we arrived, I was told there had been a mistake and that the deal we had agreed to was for a completely different vehicle. I was told that to in order to make the deal for the vehicle that I was interested in (the vehicle that we had been discussing the entire time and the vehicle I personally test drove) I would have to pay $23k, $13k more than what we had agreed to. Needless to say, we ended up leaving without making a deal. I m not sure if the salesman is a liar or simply incompetent, but I will NEVER do business with them again. I would advise everyone else to avoid giving them your business if at all possible.

Great People. Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. Not very good on offering you the best deals on leasing. They are a bit expensive but does a great job in service. The parts department is very helpful and polite.

Thank you Land Rover for such a great experience in service! I have never felt so well treated by any car dealership before now. You got me in and out in no time and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. Todd Fulford and Grant West are irreplaceable!

I think they need to mention that a courtesy vehicle will be provided as part of Landrover policy and not just letting customers book cabs.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair and my windshield was cracked while at the dealership over that 9 day period. They said nothing to me about it, let me drive away..I got to the end of the drive, turned around and brought it back. They said it was already cracked (it was not) and showed me a video that does not show a crack but stated there was one. No one noted any crack when I brought it in for repair. No one did a walk around at the point of drop-off to let me sign that something like that was there. I already spent over $5600 to now have to spend over $1800 for a new windshield that was broken at the dealership. They would not take responsibility for it.

My parents were so satisfied with the quality and customer service they received with Jason, that they came back and bought a second Jaguar for my mom. They are so happy to be in such a comfortable, tech savvy, efficient, sporty, and reliable car, with wanrantees, and services that aren't matched by any other company.

I just purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this Land Rover/ Jaguar dealership in Tennesse. I found the Jeep on Auto Trader. I bought this vehicle without testing driving it or seeing it in person. I relied on the sales person (Tripp) to help me and answer my questions. I am an out of state resident and live in North Carolina. After having the vehicle delivered I noticed 2 small tears on the soft top. You can even see light through it when you push on the tear/ spot. I wish I would have known this before I purchased the vehicle. I wouldn't have bought it. I spent an additional $1300.00 for a new Bestop/ soft top because I was afraid of rain/water damage that could occur during a down pour. The sales person promised to send me copies of the paperwork I signed when I purchased the vehicle. It's been a month and NOTHING!!! Even after several texts and calls to this sales person. The sales person also promised to send me a free ball cap as a souvenir. Still NOTHING!!! I guess the business moto for this company is get the person' s money and who cares about the customer. As a business you have to be honest, follow through with your word, and do what needs to be done to satisfy your customers. PISS POOR customer service, Very Sad!!! People Beware!!!! Carlos

No problem buying a RR here. Derrick was great and we had the deal done within 10 minutes of getting back from the test drive.EDIT: After 5 years of ownership and less than $100K miles, it needs a new engine (quoted $24k for a refurbished). Ridiculous! I've opened a case with Land Rover of North America. We shall see if they do anything or if it's just lip service.

BRAND NEW Discovery has a warranty issue, they come to pick it up to work on it and charge me $40 in gas. ITS MY CAR. $40 was never discussed prior to the offer to come pick it up. DONT BUT FROM HERE - SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

My brother found a great car for me he purchased on my behalf. He transported back to his home in Nashville and I flew in and picked it up! I sent over my paperwork and all went well. I am now the owner of a great vehicle

The entire process was easy and enjoyable. There were no new vehicles on the lot, so I had the opportunity to build my vehicle which made my experience that more personal. My Sales person (Jason) was really nice and provided great customer service. Purchasing my first RR Sport was a wonderful experience. To say the least, I love driving my Range Rover Sport!!!

Called the sales department today at Bluff City about InControl App that was attached to the previous owner of my Range Rover Evoque. I asked for help with this matter. Only to be treated with disrespect. I ve had my Rover serviced at this location prior to the call. The sales woman started asking was it purchased from their dealership. I explained I didn t want another individual having access to my information and I could provide all LEGAL DOCUMENTATION for PROOF of ownership. Also, they have my information due to service already but I was willing to email all required information to get the previous owner off of the InControl App access. She kept asking me was it purchased from a person or dealership? Irrelevant. I was told I could come into the dealership ONLY THEN THEY WOULD HELP. Then I explained I live in a different state. Her reply well you can go to one in your state. How was this issue solved I called Land Rover directly and within 5 minutes the previous owner was disabled and I have control of my Evoque! So, to be fair my overall experience with Bluff City was absolutely without a doubt, far from professional or even pleasant. I was looking into purchasing a new Rover but after this it will NOT be from this location. Range Rover USA WAS HELPFUL, WILLING TO LISTEN, & disabled a previous owner within MINUTES of having access to my Evoque. So thank you Bluff City for your terrible customer SUPPORT!

Found a car I needed online and had a really smooth buying experience even though I was out of state. Grant B. was super helpful and they really went out of their way to accommodate me! Loved my experience and would happily buy there again if they have what I need! Also, peeked in the shop and found it was extremely clean and well organized. The staff was equally as nice as their facilities.

I just purchased my third vehicle from Land Rover Bluff City. I can say this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. To walk into a dealership and have people call you by name making you feel like family is special. They make you feel special in every aspect from the deal to the service. I thank Virgil, Mike, Michael, and all of the service department for all of the great service!After posting this previously years ago today I had a terrible experience in the dealership! I took my 2016 Range Rover Sport 23,000 miles in because the HVAC wasn t working. I was told that the warranty was expired March 28 of this year. I responded with no Sir I have an extended warranty. 72 month 100,000 miles that I purchased at the time I purchased the vehicle at this dealership new. After being treated in a way that I felt was disrespectful and rude by the service advisor and Dennis Fry, I was told that they couldn t find any evidence that I had purchased an extended warranty. They said if I could prove it other than old text messages with the former sales manager that I had to come back. I felt like they were treating me as though I were lying. I returned 30 minutes later with a copy of the extended warranty and really didn t feel that I got an apology considering they couldn t find my warranty and treated me as though I were trying to cheat them out of something. As a business owner myself I can honestly say that I have received better service at Sunrise GMC.

Lived in another state when I bought my Jaguar. If I knew I was moving to Memphis I would never have bought it. All the service reviews are spot on. Horrible service and it s rampant. It took 4 days of leaving voicemails with no return call and finally calling the main number, refusing to be placed on hold to get someone to make an appointment. Then they wouldn t have a loaner for 3 weeks. I was also told to get my car serviced every 7500 miles instead of every 10,000 and when I asked they told me I was lied to when I bought the car (not true as I called Jaguar directly). Then I made an appointment to get my car fixed for some minor damage resulting from a small car accident. They made me wait 2 weeks to get a loaner and when I drove down (25 minutes out of the way) I had to wait to be seen and then was told they don t do body repair work. They knew that was what I needed when I made the appointment but didn t bother to tell me. So I wasted more time and still have to get my car fixed. They are incompetent, rude, and dishonest. Won t buy another one. Love the car but refuse to deal with the dealership for service so I ll be shopping for a new make this week. Too bad. I would have been a loyal customer for life if they hadn t been miserable to work with.

Even though we did not buy my Land Rover from this dealership I have been getting it serviced here for the last 5 years. Every time I drop off the vehicle and pick it up is a breeze in the park. I can proudly say they hire a great team. Whether it be a small issue or a regular service checkup the guys seem to really care about you and provide the highest customer service. Dane is my service contact at the dealership and he is always there to help in a fast and timely manner. I would highly recommend using this dealership not only for the exceptional service, but also the friendly individuals that go above and beyond.
