Cowboy Jr Tire repair is fast, and complete!No getting out of vehicle for a plug. I picked up a BOLT in these mean streets THIS time. Since I've put new tires on, Memphis area roads have given my truck 5 punctures.SHOP is clean, and small, so it's easy to miss. Ten dollars and up to plug with air fill.

I was referred here over 30 years ago by a friend and I still take my car for tire service. Never left dissatisfied and great customer service with professionalism and a smile, thanks Sylvester for the referral

Fast Service, however the serviceman were rude!!!! Here's a tip if you can take our money, you can be a little more curtious to customers!

I bought a used tire, which looks like it had good tread on it and I noticed once the guy mounted on my rim he dipped it in the water for just a second and never looked at it and put it right on my car. I pulled in to the Family Dollar one and a half block away and I heard the tire hissing. I drove back to them and they said I had got a nail in it by driving only 100 feet. The nail have been worn completely smooth with the tire so there s no way that would ve happened in 100 feet of driving it only 15 miles an hour. they refused to fix it unless I pay them. They will put tires on your car that have nails in them that they have bought second hand. stay away, they can t be trusted.

Twas awesome....I'd called beforehand, and he told me I could come in right then.I let him know I'd come by on my lunch break.He saw me right away, and fixed my tire right on up.If need be, I'll definitely return... Quick, easy, and great price!!!

This local shop owned by Cowboy Jr was inherited from his dad, Cowboy Senior.Cowboy Jr. Only works on Sundays, but the rest of his team takes care of the rest of the week.When nobody else was open or completely booked on a Sunday, Cowboy Jr helped me fix my flat for only $5. I didn't have anything but a credit card so he trusted me enough to let me go get some cash and bring it back to him. He was completely willing to let his service go without pay, but of course I brought the fee back w a tip after running to the ATM. That kind of trust doesn't exist anymore and so it was refreshing to see it from Cowboy Junior and his team.Cowboy Junior and his buddy are a great team and I'm really glad I sought their help.

I highly recommend this place. Great customer service in they will hook you up in have you back rolling less than 10 minutes in the owner cowboy is a man of his word he made sure his staff took care of me before I left and if they made a mistake on you re vehicle just know they will fix it for you with no problem. Whenever I need something done to my car as in breaks in tires wise Junior Tire shop is the place you want to go in once again friendly staff in highly recommend.

Cowboy is great. Had a flat tire on my trailer with 450 miles to get home. He fixed it on a Sunday. Great guy, will take care of you and great prices. Thanks Cowboy!!!

This shop was awesome! I live in Houston and got a nail in my tire, so woke up with a flat the day I was driving back home. 2 Walmart locations had 2-3 hour waits. Cowboy jumped right on fixing my tire so we could get on the road. He and his worker were extremely friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you have a tire issue in the Memphis area!

Very respectful and pleasant. One of the workers noticed that I was on a cane and immediately offered me a chair to rest my back. I will recommend this tire shop to all I know.

Bruh said he could fix we needed and then left the front desk area to go off and tend to another person.. dude was not focused he lacked the part out of how he should be engaged with his customers issues they come in for him to fix.!! If u not paying attention to the issue fully then how can u know what u need to do to fix it and also make sure u do it right?! We pulled off after he wasn't there when we came with the tire.

My in-laws were visiting Memphis. While out and about, they called to say they discovered a screw in their tire and to ask if I could recommend a tire repair place. Junior Tire was nearby and well-rated, so I suggested they go there for a patch. The service was there was quick, inexpensive, and friendly. Thanks!

I love these guys.Ever since the Firestone dealer on Jackson at Evergreen closed, Vollintine-Evergreen hasn't had a good neighborhood tire service (that I know of). But Junior Tire on Jackson, just over I-240 from midtown, is close, safe, courteous and HONEST. Don't be put off by the hand-painted signage [it could be in a folk art museum a hundred years from now] or the aging facility. But don't bring your American Express card....or any plastic. They take CASH ONLY. I didn't know that, but after plugging a leak in my tire, the owner immediately said "no problem" and directed me to the nearest ATM a half mile down Jackson Avenue (letting me drive my pickup away to get the money). Would a corporate franchise let you do that if your credit card wasn't approved? Doubt it.

He broke few my lug nuts and never tightened any of them on all 4 tires. We had stop and tighten ourselves. Had alot of other issues also never will go back.
